It was convenient, staff was great specially Olga the lady that speaks Spanish. They have stove and the grocery store is at the corner and I was able to cook at least breakfast the AC was good and they have laundry room very convenient I was there 3 days and I wash all the dirty clothes before we fly to Italy.

The hotel is not comfortable. The vending machine for water and drinks is out of order. Don’t trust the hotel staff to hire your a taxi on behalf of you. They had a booked a very bad taxi for me. The driver had overcharged me 100% on the taxi fare. The hotel still not reply me the taxi company information on resolving it. Not helpful at all and gave tourist a extremely bad image.

This was our first place to stay in France and a 5 out of five as the best. We had requested 2 beds several months ahead and checked in 5 minutes after check in time. Their parking was hard to find and elevators from parking was difficult to find. BUT we were given two adjoining suites for the same price as our original booking. Construction was going on but they respected the guests. There is a mini mart, with beer and wine, one small block down and wonderful restaurants the other way just walking.

The rooms were really amd well stocked for self catering equipment. communal areas were very cosy, with nice big outside terraces which were lovely to eat breakfast on. Staff were welcoming and helpful. It's in the financial district so is very quiet during the weekend and in particular in August. There's a little supermarket two minutes away to stock your fridge up with. Breakfast was continental style with enough variety. I would happily stay here again.

The only concern was laundry terrible , only one machine and people go and leaves their clothes in the machine and they don’t have rules about it. Also no coins machine and they don’t have change at the lobby. But all the rest was perfect.

Parking (payant) très pratique, nous avons pu y laisser notre voiture jusqu'en fin de journée après avoir quitté l'hôtel. Bien situé (à 5-6 minutes du métro 1 Esplanade de la Défense).

Le studio est bien, la literie est vraiment confortable. Par contre, j'ai trouvé l'état de la douche moyen. Il y avait des joints noirs donc moisis vers le bas de la vitre proche du bac à douche. Pour moi, c'est vraiment le seul point noir du séjour. J'ajouterai que vous avez beau noté que la sobriété énergétique est de mise dans l'établissement, à l'accueil et dans les couloirs, il doit faire au moins 23 degrés, c'était un vrai four.

A great little hotel, with rooms that contain small well-stocked kitchens. Puteaux is a nice quiet clean area with Ubers available, and Metro stop only 10 mins walk away. Felt like a small rural town, but right next to financial “La Defense” area that has shopping and more. I was doubtful about booking because I felt it was too far out of central Paris, but it’s fine. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Complaints: TV didn’t seem to work. A channel would get fuzzy after only a few minutes. No vent in the bathroom, so a lot of steam build up. Maybe a little dim in the rooms, but all these things fairly minor. Internet speed was solid. And windows opened widely. I’d return for sure.

Wir hatten ein Studio mit Balkon. Positiv: Für Pariser Verhältnisse sehr groß, mit kleiner ausreichend ausgestatteter Kitchenette. Schrank und Bad für 2 Personen ausreichend. Außerhalb Paris, ca 10 Gehminuten zur Metro Linie 1. Puteaux selbst ist ganz knuffig. Negativ: keine Reinigung während eines einwöchigen Aufenthalts, kein Handtuchwechsel (hätte beides extra gekostet, zumindest Handtücher haben wir dennoch auf Drängen umsonst bekommen). Reinigung wird erst nach 9-tägigen Aufenthalt gemacht (so die Aussage des Personals an der Rezeption), steht leider so nicht in der Beschreibung. Balkon nur mit einem Stuhl versehen. Auf Nachfrage, ob wir auch einen zweiten Stuhl und Tisch bekommen können (wie auf allen anderen Balkonen auch), hieß es nur, dass man nicht ausreichend Mobiliar habe, wie könnten uns ja einen Stuhl von der Terrasse mitnehmen. Klopapier musste man sich selbst abholen und hat dieses auch nur limitiert erhalten. Es gab nur eine große Bettdecke, habe mehrfach nach zwei normalen Bettdecken gefragt. Es hieß, wird erledigt, passiert ist nichts. Service ist in dieser Hotelkette offenbar nicht vorhanden. Sehr schade, da das Zimmer/Studio an sich wirklich toll war. Hier sollte eine genauere Beschreibung bei Expedia zu Reinigungsintervallen etc stehen. Es stimmt schlichtweg nicht, dass eine wöchentliche Reinigung stattfindet. Den Müll musste man ebenfalls selbst runter bringen. Für den Preis und 3 Sterne eindeutig zu wenig bzw. gar kein Service.

I really like that the property is located juat outside Paris in Puteaux. The Metro Train is very clean and a 10 minute walk to take you anywhere you want to visit in Paris and surrounding areas. The staff is considerate, kind and front desk is open 24/7. I enjoyed my first time in France and would recommend to stay here for anyone wanting to getaway and relax after a long day of walking and embracing the iconic sights and sounds of Paris and it's surrounding areas. I would stay there again.

We knew it was going to be basic, and we're happy as long as it was clean. We booked 2 x inter connecting rooms so my teenager had his own room. There was plenty of space, and they had a small kitchen. The staff were friendly upon check-in. The rooms are only serviced if you stay 8 nights or more and there is a charge if you want your towels changed. The one pillow you are provided with is as flat as a pancake, so I didn't get a decent night's sleep in the 5 nights We stayed. I asked 3 times for an extra pillow, but it never appeared. We also had to ask for loo roll, which I felt didn't go down too well. The TV had loads of channels, but only about 3 worked as there was 'no signal'. The channels that worked were either French or CNN. It is very quiet, so that's a plus. There is a Carriefour at the end of the street if you turn right out of the hotel. If you turn left and left at the end of the block, you will find a Dominoes. I wouldn't stay in La Defense again as there isn't really anywhere to eat. The restaurant across the road is barely open. I wouldn't choose to stay at this hotel either due to the fact that you ask something for three times and still not get it. I didn't feel it was an unreasonable request.

Gostamos do apart hotel pois teve excelente custo benefício, nos permitiu jantar 2 dias no quarto e tomar café todos os dias de forma prática porque na rua da frente tem um Carrefour que vende coisas semi prontas. Então vc pode comprar e terminar no quarto, também compramos cápsulas e usamos na cafeteira já existente do quarto. Na recepção tem salgadinhos e cápsulas de café um pouco mais caro que no mercado mas num valor bom caso vc pegue o mercado fechado ou saia muito cedo. Tbm tem bebedouro na recepção. O quarto também tem outros itens básicos de cozinha, o aquecimento do quarto funciona muito bem, as janelas isolam qualquer barulho, cama e travesseiros confortáveis e o banheiro tem bom espaço, também tem secador de rolhas e de cabelo. Um item a destacar para as mulheres principalmente rsrs: os hotéis na Europa tem colocado apenas um líquido no box que serve pra tudo, corpo, rosto e cabelo. Então é bom comprar um shampoo e um condicionador de tamanho de viagens que cumprem mesmo essa função. E um sabonete de rosto. O metrô está a 10 min andando. O hotel fica numa area de prédios comerciais nova e moderna. Tem muitas lojas e restaurantes que funcionam mais durante semana. Fim de semana sem empresas trabalhando algumas coisas fecham. Da pra se locomover bem de metrô e o mercado é próximo, também tem MC Donalds e outras lojinhas próximas em um centro comercial e empresarial. A rua do hotel tranquila. Está a uns 30 min de metro dos pontos turísticos de Paris principais.
