I don’t know how this motel is still allowed to be open. The toilet wouldn’t flush. There was no hot water. The tv didn’t work (according to a sign in the lobby, the satellite tv is out of order. There was not even a remote in the room to use the tv). There was a coffee maker but no coffee or cups or anything. The bedding was dirty (there was hair in the sheets so obviously the bed was just made after the previous person, not washed). There was no amenities at all - the ice machine was not operational, the vending machine was empty. I had low expectations for a “budget” motel but this was disgusting. I don’t know how they haven’t been shut down, as they fail to provide basic necessities. Don’t stay here.

Our room was quite dirty. The sheets had stains. The bathroom was dirty. Everything in the room was dusty on the shelf in the closet area. It was a dirty rag and a used razor blade garbage in the drawers. The snack machine was empty, the ice machine looks like it’s been broken for a long time, I had to go to the convenient store to buy my own bag of ice not a pleasant stay cigarette, butts and garbage all around the front entry. Front door didn’t close the smell of dirty oil in the hallways. The heater has never been vacuumed out dust dirt debris, not a pleasant stay

For that amount of money, they had no snack machine, no ice machine. Just the basics.

Garbage all over parking lot and front of building. Ice machine doesn’t work. Every time we left building and came back in neither key worked. Carpet in room was wet along with bathroom floor. Room had a terrible smell. Air conditioner was so loud you couldn’t sleep. When we first checked in window was open with no screen and we were on ground floor.

The area outside the hotel is full of grass, paviment in the parking lot broken and unattended, the building looks ugly and dirty. The only good thing is the room, it was with fridge, microwave, coffe machine and tv(without signal). I couldn't finish my shower, the water disappeared

Do not stay here! We showed up to a run down inn with the grass as high as our son. Clothes habging to dry out front and garbage everywhere. We made it into the office and walked right out. The smell walking in the hotel is a turn off. This is definitely a 1 star if that! Not worth 200$ what so ever!!!

I did not like the TV did not work. I did not like the snack machine was empty. I was surprised to see all the dirty mess when I went outside and seen the garbage at top of stairs and down the stairs. I did like the bed and the heat was very warm made it very comfortable.

The pull out couch was so uncomfortable and there was no sheets for it...the rugs are not vacuumed and there is a coffee machine no coffee...the water doesnt work when the washing machines are on so no showers during the day. For 408.00 for 2 nights not the best option..

A/C not working properly, there was a sign in washroom saying do not drink water and room had no cable boxes even though there was a flat TV screen mounted to the wall. Not recommend, only as a last resort if you have to.

Room was really dirty & bad, towels in the bathroom were not washed, floor was not vacuumed. Terrible situation. Waste of money

The pillow cases had stains on them, there was writing on the bathroom wall and soda on the wall in the bedroom. The hot water did not work at all even after waiting 20 plus minutes for it to warm up. The tv was a lovely decoration for the as no channels worked. The ac did not work in tbe room and the room had a terrible smell to it.

This motel is awfully dirty, mold growing on the floors, burned blankets, dirty sheets, overall just a place I would not recommend.

Not clean

Room not cleaned, used bedding, half full water bottles, stale smoke smell and the bathroom was falling apart and disgusting. Did not stay.

Room was very dirty

Absolutely no way would I stay here, sheets were blood stained, black hair all through them. Bathroom disgusting. I had to leave!!!

The smell of weed was disgusting, condom, wrappers, dirty beds, tons of dirt and cobwebs in the windows, remnants of weed in the room, unsafe, room, and bathroom were disgusting! Very sketchy and unsafe! Not a place for sensible people, and children! it showed as a hotel in their ad turned out to be a dirty motel. If it hadn’t been midnight, I would’ve left.

It is dirty

There is no wifi . There is no television. There is a vending machine with no drinks no snacks.

No tv was working at all

Room smelled of smoke, had a knitted sock or baby hat over the smoke alarm. Towels smelled fresh but had stains on all of them. Pillow case had lipstick. No sheet, just a fitted and a comforter. Couch was sunken, chair had rips. TV was stuck on hdmi and couldn't watch anything.

The TV didn't get any channels. The bed was uncomfortable. When I got home I retook a shower after staying there. Not very clean.

Sign says 250 channels and DVD players, no power chord for the TV box. Was told I would have to hook up a laptop or something else through the HDMI. HDMI chord is too short to plug anything in, and you can't have the TV plugged in unless you unplug the power bar for the mini fridge, lamp or anything you may want to plug in. They shut the water off over night so I couldn't flush the toilet or wash my hands.

No wifi no cable

Keep in mind this is a 2 star. All we really needed & were looking for was a place to sleep for a meeting the following day. It was adequate for our purposes. There are definitely some improvements that could be made cheaply to make a stay more enjoyable. In no specific order ..... There was what we hope was a stain on the bed sheet, there is a Coffee maker but no coffee or creamer. There are no cups or glasses to drink from. The shower curtain needs to be washed or replaced to get rid of what I assume are the mold stains. The ceiling above could use the black spots painted over or bleached off. Shampoo & conditioner would be a nice touch as well as there was none. No hair blower so we had to go to Costco to buy one only to return it a couple of days later to them. On the plus side it was under $100 and you could see that an attempt was made to have it clean. If you have ever been to a 3* resort down south it is about the same level of cleanliness where a good deep cleaning and refreshing would go a long way. They had something in their little office that I have never seen before which is really neat .... discount tokens for many different places and activities. Kudos to them for having that. Would be stay there again. YES we would but would be better prepared for the spartenness of it. There are also a lot of restaurants within 5-10 minutes of the place. We ended up at Big 6ix Sports & Wings on a Wed which is their 1/2 price wing night. They were so good . Would we

C’était à environ 20 minutes de Canada’s Wonderland et près des Autoroutes. La chambre était correcte, lit et oreillers très confortables. Parfait si vous êtes à la chambre pour écouter La tv le soir et dormir. Câble hdmi disponible si vous apportez laptop, vous pouvez vous brancher à Netflix ou autres sur internet. Odeur désagréable parfois dans le corridor. Très intense lors de notre arrivée et mieux par la suite. Fan de la salle de bain très bruyante et s’allume avec la lumière automatiquement. Par contre on a pu la débrancher et ouvrant la finition de plastique ou plafond. L’air climatisé non bruyante mais non réglable. On a pu aussi la débrancher pendant qu’on dormait car un peu trop froid pour nous. C’était correct pour nos besoins, mais si on retourne, on en essayerait un autre.

Room was a good price, nothing fancy but more than does the job. Only issue was the heater in the room did not change temp regardless of what you set the thermostat to.

Staff was rude, left called and asked for refund, absolutely disgusting how we were treated

Next door music too loud，went to front desk，unstaffed at 11pm，people waiting to be checked in，call phone number on expedia booking confirmation email，forwarded to voice mail，no room forvoice messaging..

We were not contacted to let us know that there was an issue with the door locks. When we got there we were told that we can stay in the room or if we leave we can leave our door ajar so we can get back in with all of our stuff inside. The only other way to get back in is if we find a staff member with a master key. The guy to fix the locks would only be there the next day after we had gone. Not an idea situation for security on your property. We had booked for one night only and went in to see the room. It was musty smelling and the staff member had a really hard time to open the door with the master key. We did not have access to find another room that night so we ended up driving back home in a snow storm after a very long day. We are not happy about the situation and it might have turned out differently had we been contacted earlier that day so we could look around to make other arrangements. We will not be booking with you ever and we will not be recommending your establishment to anyone.

I arrived at the hotel at 10pm with my confirmation, to be greeted with a sign the main office closes at 9pm for the night!!! I called the hotel number. No reply. I am now in the process of seeking a refund as I was forced to book another hotel. The booking indicated it was non-refundable. I need to be refunded given they did not offer the service advertised. DO NOT book at this hotel if you are arriving late.

my husband got to the hotel, and was given two different rooms that were both already occupied before he finally got the room he was supposed to be put into without even being given any compensation for his inconvenience of walking in on two different women already occupying the rooms he was given

No one at front desk after 11:30 p.m., locked. No answer on phone. Charged for the night even though I never got a room.

Very unprofessional, We had to wait over an hour to check in No one at the reception.

Staff unavailable in the mornings and not responsive to phone calls. Also difficult to receive refunds for cancelled reservations.

Mr. Patel at the front desk was very accommodating & pleasant. If I needed something he would do what he could to help me feel comfortable.

Convenient to the airport. This price was not worth the stay.
