We stayed in a studio room which was quiet small. It was clean and close to where we wanted to be. The breakfast price was a bit expensive. You still had to buy your coffee. Three times we said we would pay the $15 per night for a secure parking spot and went to go through the gate and it still didn't open. Had to go see the staff at reception again.I think if you are staying there then car parking should be free. Because of the room size and the parking cost, would probably not stay there again.

Just stayed overnight room was comfy nice big bed , unfortunately one of the towels had a big brown dirty patch on it , which made me doubt there cleaning, and $15 to pack your car in the motel plus $350 a night was a bit steep and then $100 bond and due to the weekend 5 days to get it returned

One of us had an accident and had to go to hospital and H on Mitchell were marvelous and credited food for 1 person. The apartment was spotless and in a great position. We will definitely be back

We had an enjoyable and comfortable stay. The staff were all very helpful and polite especially in the dining area. Just a couple of things to look at. The bedside tables were a bit dusty. Instruct house keeping staff to wait until guest answers or wait a little while before entering room to leave fresh towels etc. Will use this hotel if visiting Darwin again.

Had a great stay. Only exception was there were items/rubbish left over from previous user of the room. And they try and clean the room very early in the morning, and on my first morning I was in the shower and didn’t have the deadlock on the door and the cleaners came into my room. I double locked the door after that!

This is a fairly new hotel. At first we were upgraded to a larger room. We had ordered an apartment (something with a kitchen) but ended up with a 1 bedroom apartment which was nice. The fittings and appliances were top of the range. My only real problem is I would have preferred a smart tv. You get unlimited WiFi but if you’re not prepared, you only get to watch standard tv, no extras. In this day, it’s a must

We loved our stay at H on Mitchell. Breakfast was great, best coffee, all staff friendly and helpful. Room was big enough for two adults, with mini kitchen and washing machine/dryer. We liked that everything was in easy walking distance or just an easy E-Scooter away. Good location for going one direction into the CBD or the other way to Mindil beaches area etc

I had a wonderful stay. Initially planned to stay for a week but had to extend for a few weeks due to a medical emergency. The staff at the front desk were super welcoming, easy to deal with and accomodating with my regular requests to extend for a few extra days at a time. Would highly reccomend

We believed we had our own laundry facilities in our one bedroom unit but had to share a washing machine and drier with the adjoining studio unit which was awkward We also returned to the unit one day to find the cleaner had thrown our clothes on the floor to make the bed

We were greeted at the desk by Kane and he was absolutely lovely. Very friendly and welcoming. Great customer service...Thats where it ended. The housekeeping was disgraceful. We came back from a day out and the beds werent made. The discarded toiletries in the shower werent disposed of. Dishwasher was never emptied...On one bin,the bag was just drapped over,not placed correctly. Other days the toilet and sink werent even wiped down. There was still a little soap in the sink. I have stayed in many many hotels across the world,. When you pay a premium for the rooms,I expect much better. Yes I did go to the desk to complain,but they were busy on the phone,then with other guests. Upon checkout,I wasnt even greeted with a simple how was your stay,was everything ok,or even a good morning.. Again I wanted to complain about the housekeeping,but felt after that,it wouldnt go any further anyway.. Not good enough Im afraid.

We stayed for 6 nights on holiday. It's a well located hotel on Mitchell Street but far enough down the street to avoid the noise of the nightclubs and bars. Clean, comfortable and secure. Room was a little on the compact side but had a good view. Evacuation alarm sounded and we had to walk down 14 floors to find it was a false alarm (the second in a few days according to another guest). The staff were all lovely. Happily stay again if in Darwin again.

We were given an upgrade to an apartment and the service ensured we would always return to this location for any future stay. The attached restaurant was excellent but there was little opposition. The nearby park was a pleasure to visit
