The meals were excellent. Beers very cold and the staff very friendly. We would stay here anytime.

Great spot, plenty of parking and convenient having the pub as a dining option. Staff were friendly. It was a bit bright in the room at night sue’s to the light being on outside and the blockout curtains being a little too short to keep the light out.

No undercover parking and definitely not secure you just park in the pubs carpark. Rooms need a lot of maintenance like taps falling off curtains falling down and not even big enough to cover the windows for privacy. It needs updating it looks like it hasn't been updated for 30 years, vertuly no storage for clothes it only had 1 hanging rail with 2 coat hangers , the air-conditioning worked fantastic but the pipes were put through the glass window and it vibrated non-stop.

Lovely clean rooms and good bed. Close to Regis Aged Care Sandgate - a short walk. Hotel bistro was handy and meal delivered to my room. Friendly staff too!

Cannot fault the place for the price I payed Stayed for a weekend prior to flying out early on Monday (aout 20mins to airport via Gateway Mwy). Onsite hotel with good meals, room service also available (not utilised by myself). Plenty of parking available at rear of hotel and adjacent to accommodation wing in a very quiet area. The rooms are older in style, but have been renovated, the bathroom still has the '70s feel. But everything was functional. My only negative would be that the bed was a little soft.

Check in was suppossd to be 12. Room was ready for us at 1330. Tv was dusty all over back. Mirror was half black and needs replacing. Bed was uncomfortable. Get what you pay for here. Cheap accomadation. If you dont have much to offer you at least need to be spot on with cleanliness and check in when it it supposed to be. Wont be back.

Firstly the upgrades to the rooms from the new paint in the main room, new bedding & fixtures to the new tiling & amenities in the bathroom & the restaurant are great. The staff are always professional providing a happy & courteous service. There were negatives for this stay in room 6 unfortunately:- 1 - The drain in the shower was fully blocked with hair, paint & sealant. I used the end of a teaspoon to open all the holes up to allow the water to drain away. 2 - There is pink mould over the floor tiles & up around the base of the tiled walls & grouting. Black mould is on the original shower partition at the base. The toilet had not been properly cleaned either. Cleaning with bleach once per month will maintain the mould in the bathroom. 3 - The music coming from the speaker near room 6 was considerably loud & started around 8am. 4 - I have stayed on multiple occasions in multipe rooms since the upgrade to each room which has been overall great, however they are still to replace the weather flaps at the base of the main doors. Every room i have stayed in have had virtually none existent flaps to keep out the elements like rain, wind & dirt due to the rubber disintegrating from very old age. These weather flaps can be picked up & installed cheaply to every room to keep the elements & insects out. Again, overall the improvements made to the rooms & to the establishment have been great, just need to keep up the maintenance. Thank you

Room very clean, but a bit of a hassle trying to wash the dishes. No plug for the handbasin or a bowl. Washed dishes best I could, then boiled the jug and pored over the dizhes. Staff very friendly

Was a nice place to stay for the price although the room had a few stains and hair on benches, blankets and beds, other than that staff were lovely and room spacious

Hotel was very nice, staff great, food very nice the rooms we stayed in smaller than the pictures on web site, also in the bathroom can hear the people in the next room quite easily, but the room was clean & tidy & i liked the chocolates left on the bed

It was very clean,beds were comfortable,the only down side,not much water pressure in the shower,a bit disappointing. Overall a great stay.

Never stayed at a hotel/motel before, it was a little noisy being located close to the kids playground, but the room was nice and clean and recently renovated. Comfy bed

The room was a bit pokey and the plumbing needs looking at cos my shower kept dripping no matter how hard I tried to turn it off. But the check in staff member was pleasant enough.

Great location and affordable. Although the down fall was the terrible water pressure and temperature of the water- needed it on straight hot to have a warm shower

Glass above door did not have a blind and so light from outside lighting entered room.

Beds were uncomfortable. Very small room for 3 adult's. Staff were helpful and friendly. Nice location.

The property itself is well kept, tidy and the bed was comfortable. The downside is that there is a lot of light that comes into the room at night and it's rather noisy. We could hear virtually everything in the motel which made it hard to sleep.

Has improved greatly when it comes to the overall establishment. Brighter & more welcoming when it comes to the restaurant. Customer service has also improved dramatically for the positive. The rooms & bathroom have been upgraded for a fresher more modern feel, which has been long overdue. Overall, a fantastic improvement on all aspects of the running of this establishment.

Disappointed in stay this time due to check in and dinning as some of the young staff we not very helpful.

How can a hotel be locked up with no one available to let you in? We arrived in Brisbane at 6:00 am and took an Uber to the hotel. When we arrived it was locked up. Nobody to get a hold of and nothing around to go sit at etc. Great scam! We took an uber to another hotel that was open and welcomed us with open arms. The Brighton then charged us one night for cancelling. Total scam artists!! Do NOT stay here ever.

Staff were wonderful and helped me with some chocolates on the house after Cyndi Lauper concert when nothing else was open and I was after some midnight snacks Thanks for accomodating us 👍

Great location. Walking distance to the bay and walking track along the waterfront. Close to Woolies (drive or 30min walk). Rooms were clean and comfortable. Nice big shower head which was lovely and nice cold aircon. Staff were friendly and helpful and we had no issues at all. If we needed to stay in the area again we would stay here. Thanks!

The Motel was very conveniently located for a short drive to the Brisbane airport while enjoying the ocean and views nearby.

The property is dated but functional and very clean. The pub is great and food and staff excellent.

Stayed one night as it was close to Redcliffe (for the football) and overall it was good. Rooms are small and basic, but functional and clean. Price is good. Pub is renovated and nice, food and service good and reasonably priced. Overall would stay there again and it was fine for what we needed.

Good to have the restaurant right there. Lovely waitress who helped set up our app for our discount etc. Unfortunately i didnt get her name. Very friendly and chatty. The room set-up was perfect for what we needed. One little thing was the water pressure in the shower was not great.
