Brighton Hotel

As room was small the AC was extremely efficient. Rooms are basic but clean and fairly recently redecorated i'd say.. Beds comfortable and fresh cotton sheets Staff are really helpful and friendly Bar and restaurant on site with extensive on site free parking . Plenty of toiletries and showers worked well Good value for money for an overnight stay.

The room was fine, but we expected a beach hotel,not a room at a casino. There was no place to get breakfast, water bottles were not provided nor biscuits in the room. There was no place to go to get out of the room except the Restaurant or patio where we felt we had to buy something. The childrens play area was near the room and very noisy. It was a very long walk to the beach. We did appreciate the help from Katie when we checked in. But overall we did not get the beach experience we thought we were getting. We didn't have a car which made the experience more challenging. WE would have liked to have had more information before we booked as to what we were getting.

When arrived staff were lovely but once we were taken to our room we had noticed it was not cleaned with dirty towels in the bathroom, urine in the sink and beds not made etc. we were given another room it was presented well but the fridge had not been cleaned with used glasses and drink spill all through it along with used soap bars in the shower. It was very disappointing to have 2 unhygienic rooms presented to us.

Clean, cool, and ask and efficient check in. Nice in room services

The room had everything we needed and was well designed. Hotel is in a good location for walks along the esplanade
