非常に良いホテルでした。ホテル内にプール、レストランにスパ、24時間利用可能なジムもあり、道路を挟んでランドリー(1.5kRp/1kg)やコンビニがありと非常に便利でゆったりと滞在するのに向いたホテルです。但し、クタビーチまで1.2kmと少し距離があります。道路事情を考えるとglabの活用も検討されても良いと思います。スタッフの皆様に感謝。

Stay was very comfortable and staffs were friendly. Pool was nice and safe for the kids. Breakfast buffet was very good. I will give 5 stars for the stay. I would give 3 stars for the spa. They didn't check what oil I needed and when I asked just before starting the massage,they were not happy about it. Also I was being told card is not working and need to pay by cash. But in reception I checked while checking out the same person from spa came and accepted the card payment

L’hôtel est convenable pour passer une ou deux nuits avant ou après un vol. La qualité de service est très satisfaisante : les employés sont souriants, à l’écoute et disponible. Par contre l’hôtel est un peu vieillissant sur certains aspects et il n’y a pas d’insonorisation, vous entendez les moindres faits et gestes des chambres avoisinantes, ce qui n’est pas agréable quand on a besoin de se reposer. La piscine est belle et propre.

Came here with our two children and had a wonderful time. The buffet breakfast is amazing, lovely food and so much selection! Our room was great, had all we needed at such a great price! Staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful too. Pools were great, the small pool is perfect for young children and the large pool perfect for laps or games. Gym could do with some new equipment and some pool toys would be a nice touch but apart from that we really loved our stay and would return!

A good hotel conveniently located with all facilities at a reasonable price. I liked the room and breakfast with a lot of dishes available to choose from. The staff are very friendly and responsive. The presence of foreign currency exchange and clinic are a plus.

The staff was friendly and observant. The front desk called to check if we needed room service. Without us saying anything, the concierge told two customers to smoke by the porte cochere so that they would be away from us in the open air lobby. The room, restaurant, pool, lobby and gym were very clean. Breakfast had a good spread of local and western varieties. The sink stopper was stuck and the kettle leaked when we checked-in, but these got resolved efficiently. Though, Anathera provides two shuttle trips a day to the mall, it would be perfect if the hotel is within walking distance to the mall. Heavy chaotic traffic on narrow lanes with no pedestrian sidewalk does not make it conducive to walking in Bali.

We had a fantastic stay! The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and I especially appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to Discovery Mall, the souvenir shop, and the airport. A very beautiful hotel with a large and clean swimming pool. The rooms are also clean and fragrant. In addition, the staff is also good and friendly, especially those at the front office, very agile and always helpful. Only 5 minutes from the airport and the famous Kuta beach in Bali. We booked this hotel for one night prior to moving to a resort the following day. We arrived in Bali after midnight and wanted somewhere close to the airport to get into bed asap. We arranged an airport transfer with the hotel which all went smoothly. Check in was swift and our triple room was extremely spacious, with a shower the size of a small bathroom! Breakfast was great with lots of choice. We asked for a late checkout which was granted. I can’t fault our stay and would happily stay here again.

Loved the spacious room and washroom. Complimentary buffet brekkie by the pool was the highlight. Great food.. amazing variety. We also used the laundry service and received our clothes clean and ironed. Staff were welcoming. Only thing we noticed was that room needed some repairs/ maintenance..for example tables/ chairs were chipping off on the edges.

Over all very good, nice, comfort and good value for money too. Nice and close to beach, Airport and even city. So worth staying there. The only issue I faced was pick from Airport which even after informing them twice nobody turned up to airport and I had to take cab.

Hotel was overall clean and well decored with a modern look and Balinese fusion. Slow room service, slow housekeeping and not many options available for room service as advertised on menu. Hotel management was requesting to check out before paid check out time. Received multiple calls why I haven’t checked out 1 hour before required time. (Actually spoke with hotel reception night before to request late check out, was granted an extra 30 minutes. But was being forced to leave even earlier than standard required check out time. Iron took 30 minutes to arrive after requested, hence had a delayed check out. Hotel was not very guest approachable when checking out because of forcing to check out early. Breakfast buffet is amazing though, probably the only highlight of my stay. Hotel management upgraded my room to a family room which I didn’t need. Paid for a certain room to enjoy the lagoon view but had been placed in a corner with a wall view.

Mooi hotel, prachtig zwembad, vriendelijk personeel, heerlijk ontbijt. Geen guidsoverlast van vliegtuigen of iets anders. Minpunt vond ik tochel dat de omgeving niet echt mooi is en er zijn niet of nauwelijk winkels. Achteraf vind ik het te ver van het strand gelegen. Maar al met al een prima rustig, schoon en mooi hotel. Is wat mij betreft een aanrader als je een goed hotel zoekt.
