Excellent hotel in a fantastic location, in the middle of everything and a short walk in any direction will find you somewhere new to explore. Close to markets, shops, bars, clubs, and the beach is a 10 minute walk away through poppies lane 2 and the beachwalk mall. Highly recommend a lagoon access room for sunny mornings and then up to the rooftop pool and swim up bar for some afternoon cocktails and kicking back on a sun-bed for some relaxation. Staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend.

Staff were very good and accomodating and also very clean hotel. Nice food at breakfast. They received my recommendation to put some soft cushion on the kids club slide ball pit area and acted very quickly as it was originally quite dangerous for small kids going down the slide with no cushioning at all on the hard cemented floor ball pit area. I am very happy with their service. They provide personalised pancake for kids with their name written in it. I will definitely come back here again next time.

Immaculate would be apt covering the facilities suitable for a family with a 2 year old toddler, amicable and honest hospitality of staff in every department and service provided. We were fully relaxed and rejuvenated.

We felt relaxed and welcomed from the moment we arrived. The staff took really good care of everything. It was a refreshing escape. I was very impressed by the peaceful atmosphere here. It felt like a peaceful, poolside experience, breakfast in the pool and every moment of our stay was relaxing. Absolutely loved our stay.The front desk team was incredibly welcoming, the room was large and spotless, and the breakfast selection exceeded expectations. The hotel's cleanliness and customer service were spectacular. The housekeeping team kept our room spotless and tidy every single day. All the staff in every section was very greatfull, helpful, friendly and always ready to help. Staff should be recognised. Great Hotel Team
