Rooms not clean, understaffed, room service never arrived, guest valet parking was never on site, no hot water

Loved the place - clean and fancy. Erika, their hostess, was so nice and friendly as she made us feel at home

Beautiful hotel and the staff went above and beyond! My husband got food poisoning in the evening and spent most of the night in the bathroom. With having a 6am flight home, I had to make sure that he would get some medication to even have the smallest of chances for us making the flight. At 2am there were 2 attendants at the front desk and both helped me call a 24hr pharmacy to see if we could get some meds delivered and when that was not possible, organized a ride and translator to take me to the pharmacy. We’re able to leave the hotel at 3:30am and make our flight. Thank you from the bottoms of our hearts! The beds are super comfortable, great pillows and our room had the view of the city and we got to see the lit up aqueduct one last time. Very very beautiful hotel. Highly recommended!
