Hotel was great, no issues. Pool was closed for maintenance but we were able to use the pool at the Hampton Inn next door and it had a water slide for the kids! Staff was great.

Service was not good. They were very pushy and demanding. The room was decent. The eggs, and sausage was horrible. Tried the hot tub and after putting on the timer for the jets, it was still water. Nothing worked. The floor all around pool area was disgusting. Didnt stay anymore. Packed up, checked out and left. The checkin and checkout times were different from the hotels.com app. Not happy at all.

I unexpectedly had to stay overnight in Lethbridge. Checking in was a breeze. The young lady at the front desk was extremely nice and sympathetic to my situation. What I really liked was that they have the smaller luggage cart that are easier to control. Lots of good parking. Hotel room was so nice and spacious. It had 14 foot ceilings that made it feel even bigger. The pool and hot tub were nice except for the screaming kids in the pool that gave me a headache from all their screaming. Breakfast was really good. Bed and pillows were super comfy. It’s nice that they have two elevators so you’re not always waiting for one.I would totally recommend this place and would stay here again.

No USB ports in our room was a surprise given the rooms look relatively modern. Ability to log in to personal YouTube/Netflix on room TV was great! Also nice touch having microwave. Continental breakfast is good but typical of what to expect - waffles, eggs, sausage (no bacon), cereal, baked goods, juice/coffee. It snowed and by the morning (8 a.m.) basic lanes/walkways were not cleared, hopefully that’s not the norm here. Otherwise can’t complain. Pool/hot tub were simple and there’s a basic workout room with machines and weights. Would stay again!

Room booked as part of a wedding block, arrived to check in and no rooms available, told they would 'maybe' be ready after 430pm even tho check in was at 3. Dozens of guests had to line up to change into wedding clothes/get ready in the one public bathroom which meant no one could actually use the bathroom after travelling in. Had to go to a gas station to get ready for wedding. Checked in at 130am. Room had ants.

Stayed three nights and never got a complete change of towels without asking, garbage wasn’t always taken out, shower never cleaned. This property is at a highway intersection with traffic lights where semi tractors continuously use their engine retarder brakes. Too expensive for mediocre service.

Paid a lot for what we got. The Marriott brand didn’t provide anything better than a Best Western or Holiday Inn Express. Loud air conditioner, worn mattress, nothing to differentiate the property or rooms from more budget-conscious brands. Staff were friendly and attentive, and complimentary breakfast had decent options.

Hotel is new, clean and comfortable. You can hear the train which is close by but was not a big deal. Within walking distance of the casino if that is of interest. Easy to access off of Hwy 3. Nice selection of breakfast foods. Clean and replenished often . Hot tub was out of order but, it happens . Good overnight stay. Have stayed before and would recommend it to others

We were on a long drive and arrived late in Lethbridge. Room was small but clean and comfortable. We didn’t need a lot as we were leaving the next morning so it met our needs. Bathroom was clean and well appointed. Breakfast was included and was average but we appreciated having it.

The room was clean, spacious & very quiet. The bed was comfortable. I didn’t like the feather pillows, but that’s just my preference. The breakfast has a good variety. I booked on Expedia & got a really good deal compared to other hotels in that area. We will definitely stay again.

It says 3pm check in. Was told we can’t check in till 4. They didn’t have the room ready till 4:30! They offered me a water and the couple behind me but not my 13 year old daughter?!? She had to ask for some. I then asked for a late checkout and was told No. which is funny seeing as I couldn’t check in on time. I will not stay here again seeing as I stayed across the road last week at the best western and was given an early check in as well as a late check out. Very unimpressed and won’t stay again!

Great place to stay!! Had trouble with our fire stick so called down to front desk. They sent someone up right away. We wanted to watch Netflix and they had a link to Netflix and Prime already. Very convenient . Staff are more than willing to help. Would recommend staying here.

We have stayed here many times and we think the service and the conditions of the facility have declined since our last visit. We were told housekeeping is done everyday. We had our dnd sign on the door when we were at breakfast. We took it off at 9 when we left for the day. Our room didn’t get cleaned. When I asked about it I was told staff saw the dnd sign was on the door. From 745 to 9 it was on the door. I removed at 9 am. She then told me they checked it 3 times. That is totally not true. Customer service was unacceptable. Do not make excuses for your oversight. If the oversight was mine I would have admitted right away. Probably try another place in Lethbridge next time.

I really wanted to have a smooth stay, but the hotel’s new computer system created a series of issues that made the experience unnecessarily stressful. Check-in took 45 minutes, even with three staff members assisting. Later, while I was already settled in my room, another guest was mistakenly assigned the same room, which was both awkward and concerning. When I went back to the front desk, they insisted I was in another room (112) even though I had been checked into 106. To finish things off, my checkout receipt showed eight separate transactions on my credit card—random debits and credits that didn’t clearly balance out. It was very confusing and left me double-checking everything afterward. The staff were polite and clearly trying, but the overall experience fell far below expectations. I hope they sort out the system issues soon, because right now it’s not guest-friendly.
