Lux room was fabulous and absolutely “lux”. Hotel was in a great location. Staff helpful and friendly. Only drawback was early closing of restaurant and bar and no late night food options in house.

I already had one one of the best stay in a hotel in my entire life. The place is simply PERFECT! Cozy, calm, clean and have one of the best teams I met before. If you go to Finland, please, stay at Lilla Roberts. You’ll have one of the greatest experiences during your trip. The breakfast was also perfect.

Great location and short walk into the city centre. Breakfast had a very good variety and regularly checked and refilled. All the staff we dealt with were friendly and efficient. Room was well looked after and housekeeping was very good every day. Overall we can’t fault the hotel or our stay. We even went to the gym—just to look 😊

Like too many hotels these days Lilla Roberts has limited the guest's ability to adjust room temperature. As a guest you are expected to sacrifice your sleep "for the environment" (or something like that). The minimum temperature you are allowed to set is 20C which to me is way too warm. Unfortunately they have removed all handles from the windows so you cannot open them, and you also cannot turn the radiator off. I had the staff open a window for me anyway but since the radiator was not turned off (and the adjustment knob removed) my room was around 22 C (71.6 F) and it was difficult to get any sleep during my two day stay. With that said: If you like warm rooms then this is a very nice hotel. Staff was also very good, friendly.

Hotel staff were absolutely amazing. But the room layout was weird and not very comfortable, including the bathroom and shower, just a very strange layout which made it awkward to move around the room. That being said, it was comfortable enough and reasonably priced for the city centre

Windows don’t open- even a little. The air only goes down to 21.5- which you wouldn’t need if you could crack a window. Coffee machines only available in deluxe rooms. No coffee

Wir haben uns in dem schönen und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, mein Mann hat sogar Pralinen bekommen, weil er Geburtstag hatte. Early Check-in war auch kein Problem.

The breakfast is always excellent with a wide variety of food of a very good quality. The service is efficient and polite. I noticed though, that a Finnish speaking customer couldn't order in Finnish as the waiter didn't speak Finnish and the customer didn't speak English.

Pros: The hotel is cute. Breakfast is delicious. The beds are comfy. Cons: no on-site parking, no valet to help with luggage & completely inflexible cancellation policy. I accidentally double booked our 2 rooms due to a bad internet connection and they categorically refused a refund.

We arrived very late, around midnight. The lobby attendant let us in and checked us in quickly and efficiently. She was very friendly and answered our questions in perfect English. The room was spacious and had everything we needed, including robes and slippers. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet which was filled with fresh local specialties. The hotel is within 5/10 minute walk from the harbor and many things to see. Great location! A definite good choice in Helsinki! I will return!

The best breakfast buffet! Friendly and accommodating staff; very clean room and excellent amenities. During our stay, it was close to Superterassi event area which was a great experience to be with the locals. Overall, it was a great choice to stay at Hotel Lilla Roberts & for the price…it was worth it.
