Personalet er yderst professionelt og smilende. Det gælder alle fra reception til bar, morgenmadspersonale samt rengøring.

A good location one block off the main street so much quieter. If you are arriving with a time change, request a room facing the courtyard. There is no real lobby but rather the street side breakfast room becomes the lobby later in the day. Rooms had nice high ceilings. A bit of austere in the decorating.

Kjempefint opphold. Blid og hyggelig betjening. Fra en god frokost til en sen drink i baren var alt perfekt. Lett og komme til alle steder av interesse. Anbefaler gjerne dette hotellet til venner og bekjente.

Stayed 3 nights. Very good rate (booked through Expedia) for the convenient location (5 minute walk to the basilica st Stephen, which I could see leaning out my bedroom window). Room was clean enough though my floor was a little sticky (not sure it gets mopped much), and pretty modern, double bed is actually two single mattresses put together which you can feel if you sleep in the middle. Downstairs lobby is shared with a dental office which takes up a good amt of space during business hours; not that it matters much, just pointing it out. We ate breakfast out, but it looked decent. Unbeatable rate for the location. Light sleepers note: the sound insulation is not great (sliding furniture above and below through the night, occasional slamming doors from neighboring rooms at odd hours, sirens at night if you sleep with open windows) - alas, you’re in the heart of the city! Staff was accommodating enough to let us extend our stay through Expedia but allowed us to keep our same room. I’d stay here again.

As a wheelchair user, I found the Revay 12 hotel to be an excellent choice. It is very conveniently situated close to major sights. The Opera House is at one end of the street while the Basilica is at the end of the other. There are bars and restaurants all around. Also transport is good from this area although trams are not very accessible on all the lines. The room was spacious and the bathroom well appointed with many features that made it a safe environment for someone less able. There is a decent sized lift to all floors. The entrance is level although on a fairly steep camber. Not all the surrounding streets have dropped kerbs and pavement parking makes for some challenging routes from the hotel. This is typical of the city, however. The staff at the hotel are brilliant and will do everything possible to make your stay safe, comfortable and enjoyable. I would recommend Revay12 for a cmfortable and pleasant stay in a safe, accessible environment.

Hotel was perfect location. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Breakfast was also surprisingly enjoyable. Plenty choice considering quite a small hotel. Only negative comment would be that some reception staff were not particularly welcoming so didn’t seem helpful. Had a nice little sitting area in reception area used for breakfast also. There was a little bar but again next to reception so didn’t seem very welcoming. Oddly a dentist waiting room was located right next to the bar and reception desk and there were consultations taking place in seated area. Overall nice place to stay and these comments wouldn’t stop me staying again.

We spent 4 nights at the 12 Revay Hotel, travelling as a couple. Normally we don’t post reviews, but this hotel merits one. It is lovely and quiet, set back in a side street from the Andrassy Ut, i.e. centrally located. Our room was spacious and clean with parquet floor adding to the overall impression of thorough cleanliness. The staff was very service-minded and welcoming. In our view they worked as a team and created a good atmosphere. Breakfast was good and varied with well-prepared cooked and fried side dishes (vegetables etc.). We had buttered croissants and freshly baked bread every day. The area for breakfast, bar and reception was small, but never crowded. We simply enjoyed the stay!

Bra och god frukost men trångt att sitta i restaurangen. Trevlig personal och jättebra läge och nära till centrum. Rent och fint rum men hårda sängar och kuddar. Städningen var okej, men fick ej påfyllt toalettpapper eller tvål.

It was easy access to transportation. I was able to schedule a taxi at the hotel front desk to the airport that for me was very convenient because I had a 6:00 am flight departure. What I didn’t like about the hotel was that I ran out of soap in the bathroom, I asked numerous times at the front desk and it was never refilled

The room was spacious and very clean. It was very quiet at night and the breakfast buffet was outstanding! The location to many of the sites in Budapest was very convenient as well as local restaurants. We found the staff very accommodating and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent location in district 5. Large room with nice powerful walk in shower . No fridge in the room which would have been appreciated. Our room didn't seem to get cleaned during our stay. Or topped up with water or tea and coffee . Friendly staff. Had breakfast once but €14 for basic continental is a bit over priced . Over all a nice place to stay

Extremely loud guests in neighbouring rooms. However, staff was responsive about this. I had to call 3 times throughout the night about the noise coming from the room next to mine. Noise from street as it’s central to the party areas.

Great location being a short walk from Deák Ferenc tér bus stop . Staff were lovely and friendly. Breakfast was excellent with great choices . Room was huge and quiet . There was building works but it started late and finished early. Couldn’t fault it !

Staff is friendly. Breakfast complete with lots of options. And the location can’t be better. I’d certainly stay there again

Great location being a short walk from Deák Ferenc tér bus stop . Staff were lovely and friendly. Breakfast was excellent with great choices . Room was huge and quiet . There was building works but it started late and finished early. Couldn’t fault it !

Hotellet ligger i perfekt afstand til det hele. Så topkarakterer der. Der er også god valuta for pengene og nogenlunde rent - dog lidt slidt. Der er, hvad man skal bruge og værelset har en ok størrelse. Til gengæld var det sparsomt med den gode service, da vi beklagede os over, at vores værelse var ekstremt varmt. Og det gjorde det kun værre at tænde for aircon, da den kun kunne tilføre varm luft. Vi beklagede os over det to gange, og den sidste gang lidt mere end første gang, da der ikke var blevet gjort noget ved sagen. Hvortil vi fik at vide, at det var koldt udenfor, så vi kunne bare åbne vinduet. De gad i hvert fald ikke at forholde sig til problemet. Det er virkelig kritisabelt at bede folk om at være i så varmt et værelse. Det er ikke engang sommer, så det var ikke årsagen.

Hotel was perfect location. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Breakfast was also surprisingly enjoyable. Plenty choice considering quite a small hotel. Only negative comment would be that some reception staff were not particularly welcoming so didn’t seem helpful. Had a nice little sitting area in reception area used for breakfast also. There was a little bar but again next to reception so didn’t seem very welcoming. Oddly a dentist waiting room was located right next to the bar and reception desk and there were consultations taking place in seated area. Overall nice place to stay and these comments wouldn’t stop me staying again.

Great location near several main attractions including Cathedral and Opera House, as well as very good restaurants. The room was large, clean, and perfect for our family of 3. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of good options. Hotel staff, at the front desk, we're wonderful and made great suggestions and advice regarding sites, transportation, etc.

Extremely loud guests in neighbouring rooms. However, staff was responsive about this. I had to call 3 times throughout the night about the noise coming from the room next to mine. Noise from street as it’s central to the party areas.

Das Hotel liegt in einer recht ruhigen Seitenstraße direkt an der St.-Stephans-Basilika. Die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist hervorragend, nur wenige hundert Meter vom Hotel ist Deak Ferenc Ter, wo Anbindung an die Metrolinien 1, 2 und 3 besteht sowie an zahlreiche Buslinien. Der ÖPNV ist auch nicht teuer. Das Parlament sowie die Donau sind in etwa 10 bis 15 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Zum Hotel selbst gibt es nicht viel zu sagen, ich war nur zum Schlafen dort. Das Frühstück ist einfach gehalten, aber alles wichtige ist dabei. Für die Zimmer gilt das gleiche. Mein Zimmer hatte auch eine funktionierende Klimaanlage, ein großer Pluspunkt bei 38° Celsius Temperaturen. Ich würde hier auf jeden Fall nochmal übernachten, wenn ich wieder in Budapest sein sollte

Excellent location in district 5. Large room with nice powerful walk in shower . No fridge in the room which would have been appreciated. Our room didn't seem to get cleaned during our stay. Or topped up with water or tea and coffee . Friendly staff. Had breakfast once but €14 for basic continental is a bit over priced . Over all a nice place to stay

Everything was good except that I felt that they turn off the air conditioning at about 12 am. I was not able to get a good sleep as it was warm. I opened the window but there were some noise ie: police sirens.
