The room was small but very clean. There was no fridge. Parking was available for a $15. Fee. The breakfast was free and good. The eggs needed to be warmed up. A cot was provided as requested. All the employees were friendly. The Christmas markets were a good 15 minute walk. It was a good stay.

This hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the Notradame Cathedral, a laundromat, and many dining options. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. Our room’s AC stopped working and the staff were quick to change our rooms. There is no washer and dryer onsite. Parking is limited, but you can park on the street. The police department is very close to the hotel.

Für einer Kurztrip ist das Hotel zu empfehlen. In nur 15-20min zu Fuß ist man in der Altstadt. Das ist perfekt. Eine Parkmöglichkeit direkt nebenan ist vorhanden (Achtung: Reservierung nötig!). Frühstücksbuffet war ok, aber nicht wirklich überragend. Zimmer auch ok.

Stayed at busy time as Xmas market finishing. Had tried to book parking in advance through Expedia app and received no response, and told on arrival that the hotel can’t access the chat on the app. Without allocated parking it is very inconvenient managing a mix of nearby street and multi-storey parking (although it could be found) The room was very expensive for its size - we paid family suite prices for a standard room filled with 2 singles and a sofa bed.The hotel is conveniently located on edge of town and is well sound proofed, but the interior needs modernising. Lifts can get very busy. The staff were friendly and doing their best. Breakfast buffet was decent.

Quarto, ar condicionado não funcionava, falei na recepção que estava insuportável, pois só tinha uma janela que ficava assim a da ca da minha filha e ainda estava chovendo, ao falar na recepção me falaram pra dormir de janela aberta pois no inverno os ar condicionado são desligado. (Mas não tinha essa informação quando comprei) Limpeza pessima, Ainda tinha tufoo de cabelo no quanto, o chuveiro era um pinga pinga, o box quebrado. Pior estadia que poderia ter.

This hotel is about a 15 minute walk to the tram but was a safe area. The room itself was small for 3 people. The second bed was extremely uncomfortable and even concave in the center which made it difficult to get out of. The tile in the bathroom needs the grout cleaned and around the bottom of the shower door needs to be cleaned of rust or something. Breakfast was okay but nothing warm to eat.

The air-conditioning was not working in the rooms, and the entire hotel and the rooms were hot. There are two elevators, and one was not working during the days we were there; the rooms' cleaners occupied it for at least an hour in the morning without allowing the guests the priority to use the only working elevator to catch their appointments. The hotel management should have arranged this as long as they knew that only one elevator was working!!

Due to recent flight cancellations we travelled back via Strasbourg on the way to Paris. This hotel was well placed from the city centre and transport connections. We arrived late and the reception swiftly checked us in and we had excellent support in delivering food as we had arrived so late off the back of a long journey. The team couldn’t be more helpful. Excellent service.

I’m writing to express my disappointment with the parking situation during our recent stay. Prior to our arrival, I contacted the hotel to request a reserved parking space but received no response. Upon arrival, we were informed that the parking lot was full. When we asked where we could park, the receptionist simply told us to park on the street. While looking for a spot, we saw a car with a cracked rear window, raising concerns about the safety of the area. When we asked the receptionist about the security of the neighborhood, the response was, “That’s not our problem.” I find this attitude unacceptable. As paying guests, we expect at least a basic level of customer service, including timely responses to inquiries and a respectful, helpful attitude from staff. While I understand that availability may be limited and certain matters may be out of your control, communication and courtesy are not. I hope you take this feedback seriously and use it as an opportunity to improve your service for future guests.

Nous avons séjourné une nuit . Quelques traces d'usures sur les murs et le sommier . Sinon la chambre est propre et au calme . Petit déjeuner assez décevant . Les oeufs fouillés vraiment pas bon , le kouglof sec , les jus industriels ... bref produits de très moyenne qualité . Parking = 15 euros la nuit . A rajouter donc au prix de la chambre .
