Holiday Inn Express Strasbourg Centre by IHG

The hotel is very near to the centre of Strasbourg so we could walk there in about 20mins. Unfortunately there was no available parking when we arrived so we had to search for parking quite far from the hotel and we had to pay for it. Also the air conditioning was not working so it was very hot in our room (30 degrees), even with the window open. Apart from that, we enjoyed our overnight stay and the breakfast.

Room is Clean and Comfortable. Staffs are Very VERY GOOD!! But, Room's window is opened. If windows closed, more good. Thankyou.

the main bed was very comfy, the breakfast was grim and the worst coffee, reception staff were nice although we couldn’t get any glasses for our room when asked, location was ok.

I picked this hotel for its location and price, and both delivered, mostly. Check-in was an unexpected adventure: after being told our room would be ready when we returned, we had to check in all over again because apparently they didn’t know we’d already paid. Our room for three was cozy, with the second bed being a small pull-out couch that doubled as a contortionist challenge. Still, it was clean, felt safe, and the location can’t be beat, right in the heart of everything.
