Schönes geräumiges Zimmer mit schöner Dusche. Sehr gute zentrale Lage Strand ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Bedienung der Lichtschalter und elektrischen Vorhängen war etwas ungewöhnlich. Schöne Dachterasse mit Pool. Reiseadapter für die Steckdosen hat man problemlos vom Personal erhalten. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit.

Loved the design of the hotel very chic boutique in a central city location. Worth the extra ££ with a roof top pool. The bed was very comfortable and clean, the shower space was lovely. Only slight improvements i can think of was self space in the bathroom (though not sure if this wa because i had the accessible room). Also my tv remote didnt work but it was not a problem as they provide tablets with Internet access!

Likes: some of the staff were brilliant (receptionist when I arrived, breakfast host absolutely amazing). General hotel design. Dislikes: the other two receptionists I interacted with - nothing wrong at all, but not proactive and somewhat "deer in headlights". Would have hoped that the pool deck would have some umbrellas, or... well, anything beyond loungers and a small pool! Small fixes.

Perfect stay in Larnaca. Great location, not noisy, nice room and bathroom but the best thing was the friendly and helpfull staff. Amazing pool where you could enjoy in peace. Everything near and it was easy to find a parking spot. 10/10 would recommend and book again.

This was my first stay at Lokal Boutiqe. It was a great experience in every way. The accommodations were terrific. Breakfast was exceptional, and I would specifically like to acknowledge Iman for the great job she did. I used the pool on the roof and recommend it. I have visited Larnaka over 20 times, and this was the quietest room I've ever enjoyed while staying there.

Everything was really disappointing : the room was almost empty, the light from the bathroom automatically switched off every minute (it's not really nice to have a shower in the dark), I had no privacy because my window was direct on the garden, no choice for breakfast and it wasn't very good, the rooftop abd the swimming pool weren't open in the evening and no light... I won't go back, that's for sure.

The staff is welcoming and very responsive . The hotel public areas were very nicely decorated. The room was newly decorated and clean . The only issues to improve were some small things in the room like : the door for the bathroom was very difficult to open , there are almost no charging options and the lights switches in one side of the bed didn't work. I would definately reccomend the hotel for a stay in Larnaca.

Nice property close to everything you need, rooms lacking in multiple ways , no fridge (Cyprus is hot country) small coffee only machine (did not use it) no fresh water or drinks in room daily (I guess because of no fridge in room) , breakfast is what they want to serve you and not really what you want , location as I said is great but super noisy , road noise is really bad as locals tend to drive their noisy cars round in circles in that area in the early evening and into the small hours, also right now there is building work on several buildings that are right across the road , on the plus side the hotel is clean and tidy and the staff are friendly and welcoming

We’ve been there before; shortly after it opened, so that’s why we went back. It is still a quiet, comfortable hotel in the old town. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. It’s an adult only hotel, so the management work hard to maintain peace and quiet. I have one criticism about the cleaning. The walkway to the new part of the hotel is glass and was always grubby, which let down the look of the place.

Excellent location wise although I wasn't so impressed with the room. We were in the old part of the hotel which unfortunately dark and and had a dingy feel. The bathroom light had a sensor which came on flooding the whole room which kept waking my husband up. perhaps not wise having glass walls? No head board on the bed, not enough plug sockets and no where to do hair and makeup. I would suggest asking for a room in the new part of the hotel which were wonderful with a lovely garden view! Lovely staff though.

È un bellissimo Hotel a due passi dalla chiesa di San Lazzaro. La posizione è ottima. La tecnologia e mi riferisco solo alla movimentazione delle tende e all'accensione e spegnimento delle luci della camera e del bagno è un po' articolata. Su questo punto inviterei la proprietà a sostituire il quadro comando con dei semplici pulsanti che risultano più intuitivi. La colazione è ottima ed è preparata al momento. Il personale non è mai invadente. Parlano perfettamente l'inglese. La piscina era ok, d'estate dev'essere senz'altro idilliaco farci una nuotata e prendere il sole sulla terrazza. L'hotel nel suo insieme è un bel colpo d'occhio. Ho apprezzato molto l'accoglienza al mio arrivo e la disponibilità di un check out ritardato di un'ora. È un po' costoso, ma lo consiglio soprattutto per chi va la prima volta a Larnaca. Girando nei dintorni ci si accorge dopo di centinaia di strutture sicuramente più a buon mercato però attenzione alla presenza di qualche locale serale/notturno in quanto i giovani tirano a far tardi fino al mattino e credo sia poi impossibile dormire e/o riposare. Ne approfitto per consigliare un ristorante sul lungomare vicino all'hotel. È l'Alexander. Cibo ottimo (piatti tipici dalla carne al pesce freschissimi, piatti super abbondanti) e a poco prezzo (un terzo rispetto l'Italia). Valutazione super positiva

So lala, bin seit Jahren im Hotel als Gast gewesen. Das Familiäre an das Hotel hat mich imme r fasziniert , sowie das gute Service und außergewöhnlich gute Frühstück. Das hat sich leider etwa geändert….ist immer noch nett, aber die Feinheiten sind leider weg.
