Room and common areas were clean and well kept. The pool was on the smaller side, but luckily we were one of 2 families using it at the time so there was plenty of space. Breakfast was good. Food was well stocked and there were plenty of options. The biscuits and gravy were excellent. Paige was at the desk at check in and she was so nice, especially to my 6 year old son. I would definitely stay here again.

The outside of the front entrance was being re-surfaced so no entrance there and no signage to indicate where to enter. Otherwise good reception, nice rooms and decent breakfast. There was a wedding reception that night and thoughtless guests were yakking it up in the hallways after midnight but no real drama. We'd go back.

this hotel was awesome. It had a great salt water pool, a great gym and amazing breakfast with lots of choices. Awesome overall place to stay that was clean with great rooms.

There were quite a few stink bugs in our room! But that’s nothing we’re bothered with. Place is currently under construction for a nice update. Concierge was super sweet! Overall a great hotel!

The TV did not work. The telephone did not work. There was dried urine and pubic hair on the toilet seat. There was pubic hair in the shower. When I contacted the front desk, i was told on two separate occasions that the manager would contact me but they never did.

Such a clean and well kept property …. Fresh cookies greeted us as we checked in…. Our room was spotless… beds so comfy …. And a yummy free breakfast the next morning …. Very pleased with our stay

My family and I stayed for a night while our apartment was getting ready and wish we could have stayed longer! The room was spacious and my daughter slept peacefully. We didn’t hear any noise throughout the night. Had a great selection for breakfast and a smooth check in and out process! We will definitely be staying at this location in the future and will be recommending to our family and friends when they visit!!

The receptionist had difficulty finding our reservation because she thought our last name was our first name. The WiFi was challenging to connect with. Our room was just around the corner from the ice machine….quite noisy when people coming for ice and you could hear the machine filling.

Showed up to check in and they told me we didn't have a room. No explanation, just that they didn't have one for us even though we had a reservation and confirmed it. Was advised to go to the Holiday Inn instead which was quite nice.

My husband and I stayed here forn1 night after a football game. We had an issue upon check-in. It was not the hotel's fault, it was an issue with Expedia. The amount Expedia was sending the hotel didn’t match what the hotel was to accept. Connor at the front desk was excellent at trying to get ot resolved. Between his phone calls to Expedia and my chats with a virtual agent it eventually got resolved. This was the first time I've ever had an issue like that and without his persistence it may have taken longer than the 45 minutes I was there. The hotel itself was clean and had a nice breakfast. They even had one of the staff handing out freshly baked blueberry scones.

Paid in full prior to arrival. Arrived at 9 pm after travelling all day. We had a baby with us and we were tired. Requested a king as my husband is over 6 ft tall. At check-in I was told sorry we are over sold on your room type so we don’t have a king for you. I stated completely unacceptable. After a half an hour of the clerk switching things around. We ended up with a handicapped room with 2 queens. The front desk let me believe we were getting a king. No discount offered. We will not stay here again.

There was a water main break in the area that left us with no water for the morning and dirty water most of the day. There was NO communication from the staff regarding this. No flyers under the door, sign in the lobby, info on the apps. I was looking info up on the local city website and sharing with staff. If asked they provided bottle water. They did not share issue with people checking in. They were clueless. Hotel needs an overhaul on customer safety and what to do an emergency!!

After driving a very long 9 hours we arrive at Hampton Inn, where we are told, “I’m sorry, but we have overbooked and have no rooms.” We made this reservation several days in advance so we would be able to get some rest upon arrival. Instead we had to go looking at other hotels for a spare room. Finally found one at Holiday Inn, no thanks to Hampton.

Right off of the interstate, this Hampton Inn was exactly what we needed en route home to eastern PA. Easy to get to, convenient to Fairmont ( don’t miss Muriale’s for dinner if you like Italian!!). Easy access to Morgantown and points both north and east. As always, this Hampton Inn was clean, welcoming, quiet, offered a good breakfast. We’ll stay here again next time we’re passing through!

A typical Hampton inn, great sheets, shower pressure and pillows. Unit in the room was very loud when it turned on and off. A bit annoying when trying to sleep. Breakfast was a bust: sausage was cold, the eggs were emptied and when they brought more out they were cold and the cheese wasn’t even melted inside of them(see picture)! It was disappointing. I expected better from a Hampton. The check in was great and everyone on the staff at the front desk was wonderful. It was a safe location. Places to eats. Breakfast just really bummed us out.

I’ve stayed at several Hampton Inns and this one was the worst for the breakfast. I was there at about 8:30 am and there was no coffee and no eggs, sausage or bacon. There was only 1 muffin left. There was no yogurt or fruit. I had to wait a long time for the coffee. They eventually brought out some scrambled eggs and sausage patties.
