4 nights at the Lantana was superb. Lisa, Anna and team so helpful. Beautiful view across the river with rooms well appointed and large king bed. Breakfast included was excellent. Lovely pool. Transport shuttle to the ancient town. But can walk in 20 mins. I would say this was a perfect place to stay.

I highly recommend this wonderful Hotel! The staff went above expectations and made us feel so very comfortable. The location is excellent and we enjoyed riding bicycles along the river into the market. It is also very close to the Memories show, which is a great night out. The rooms are clean and spacious. We enjoyed the pool and the restaurant. This is a wonderful hotel for singles, couples and families! But above all, the staff are what makes this hotel perfect. In particular, we appreciated Thuy and Mile for such wonderful service. We will be back!!

The hotel is in a great quiet location, but also has lots of restaurants and convenience stores within the area. To head into the hustle and bustle of Hoi An its only a nice 20min walk (or 5 min bike ride on a hotel bike). The hotel staff are extremly welcoming and caring, providing lots of reccomendations for restaurants, activities and shops (which were all spot on). The staff will also happily pre book you show tickets, tours and taxis/transport. What also really impressed us is that they remember your name and are always genuinly interested in how your your day was, what did you do and is there anything they can help you with.

This hotel was a nice stay for our family. The pool was small but we had fun playing games. The spa was lovely and so convenient. Breakfast was fantastic and we even ate dinner here too. The happy hour was an added bonus. Being able to rent the bikes and tour Hoi An was perfect for the kids.

Fantastic staff, some of the friendliest we’ve had in Vietnam. Great hotel, walkable to the old town (in about 30 mins) but also the free bikes are fantastic. It was nice staying out of the old town a bit and was a quiet space to retreat to. Rooms and beds were comfy and pool was epic. Would recommend:)

雰囲気が良くスタッフはフレンドリーです。中心部から離れているので観光客も少なく、宿泊者は欧米人老夫婦が多く、テト期間でしたがとても静かでした。RiverViewのお部屋でのんびり川を眺めリフレッシュ出来ました。旧市街までは徒歩20分程、自転車も借りられます。難点はシャワールームのドアパッキンがゆるいのか、外に水が少し漏れてバスマットがビショビショになってしまった点です。ポットも壊れていて取り替えてもらいました。設備は古めですが手入れされていますし、対応も早いので問題ありません。次の予定を聞かれダナンに戻ると伝えると有料送迎も出来ると提案されました。grobより安そうだったのでお願いしました。もっと長く滞在したい良いホテルでした。

It was a beautiful little hotel, my balcony overlook the river, the staff were amazing. Everybody was wonderful. My favourite people, breakfast is fabulous with a large variety to choose from. I didn’t go swimming in the pool because the weather conditions were unfavorable, but this hotel, I highly recommend and it it’s in a wonderful area with a beautiful view.

This hotel comes highly recommended. All of the staff were do helpful, always greeted us by name and anything we needed help with they were able to assist. The hotel itself was cute and very cosy. Easy walk from old town or bicycle ride from the beach. We came in the pouring rain and they helped us feel warm and welcomed. We would love to come back to Hoi An and if we do we will be staying here. We had some cocktails and breakfasts and lunches here which were served quickly and beautifully presented. Will be telling my family and friends to stay here without a doubt

中心地から離れた川沿いのこじんまりとしたホテルです。設備や食事などは街歩きをメインとするなら全く問題ないです。バルコニーからの川の眺めも良いです。スタッフの感じは良いですが、勧めてくれた内容と実際の相違（ホテル経由で空港までgrabを呼んだほうが安全で快適とのことでお願いしたが、3人分の大きなスーツケース αがあるものの小さい車で手配されていた、空港に向かうまでにシャワーも貸してあげると言っていただいたのでそれもお願いしたが、スタッフ間での引き継ぎが上手くいっていなかったようでバタバタとやや適当な対応をされた）があり、ホスピタリティという点では正直がっかりしました。grabは特別安い訳でもなかったので、自分たちでゆとりのある車種を選んだ方が気持ち良く帰路に着けたと思います。空港までの送迎もシャワーもこちらから提案した訳ではないので、悲しいですが良いように勧めてきただけ、という印象を受けました。

ホイアンの市街まで歩けますが、少し遠目で20分くらいかかります。自転車が一番良いと思いますが、バイクが少し怖いかも。ホテルから市街のシャトルバス乗り場まで、タクシーで50K VND位で気軽に行けるでそれを使うのもありです。帰りもシャトルバス乗場からタクシーで同じくらいの料金で帰れます。

1) Manager, Ms Mile Nguyen was most helpful & attentive. Also knowledge 2) Property is quiet & peaceful but off the beaten path, thus have to cab it each time. However hotel staff will always call cab, very inexpensive & quick. All restaurants are around/inside the night market. Plenty of cabs around back to hotel. Each way is only 5mins & cost between VND30,000-60,000 ( which is really insignificant) 4) Massage /Spa services could be better

- 좋았던 점 : 리셉션 직원들과 청소하시는 분들은 친절한 편. 호이안 현지인들이 사는 곳에 숙소가 같이 있어서 내가 정말 베트남에 와 있구나 하고 느낄 수 있음. 수영장이 작지만 그래도 놀기에 나쁘지 않음. - 아쉬웠던 점 : order해서 나오는 조식의 맛은 좋은 편이나, 그 외 기본 세팅이 너무 부실함. 첫째날 7시에 딱 맞춰서 갔더니 다른 휴가온 베트남 현지인들이 20명 정도 있었음. 한꺼번에 주문을 했을테니 바쁜것은 이해하나, 30분동안 우리가 온 것을 알고도 전혀 신경쓰지 않아서 불러서 얘기했더니 그제서야 한참뒤에 음식을 가져다 줌. 처음에 도착했을때 사진에서 느꼈던 분위기와는 많이 달라서 좀 당황했음. 시설은 전반적으로 깨끗한 편이나, 뭐랄까.. 현지 느낌이 굉장히 강한 편임. 어메니티도.. 어메니티라고 할 수 없는 수준이라 집에서 가져온 것을 사용. 올드타운과 멀어서 무료 대여 자전거 이용이나 그랩 이용 필수. 걸어서도 갈수는 있으나 편도 30분 걸림(걸어보았음)

호이안 올드타운에서 약간 떨어져 있어 조용하고, 투본강변옆에 자리하고 있어서 투본강의 정취를 만끽할 수 있다. 호텔건물은 좀 오래되어서 첫 인상은 다소 실망적일 수 있으나 친절한 직원들과 생각했던거보다 훨씬 풍성하고 맛있는 조식이 첫인상때의 감점요소들을 상쇄하고도 남는다. 만약 호이안에 다시 간다면 다시 찾고 싶은 호텔이다

It was a beautiful little hotel, my balcony overlook the river, the staff were amazing. Everybody was wonderful. My favourite people, breakfast is fabulous with a large variety to choose from. I didn’t go swimming in the pool because the weather conditions were unfavorable, but this hotel, I highly recommend and it it’s in a wonderful area with a beautiful view.

This hotel was a nice stay for our family. The pool was small but we had fun playing games. The spa was lovely and so convenient. Breakfast was fantastic and we even ate dinner here too. The happy hour was an added bonus. Being able to rent the bikes and tour Hoi An was perfect for the kids.

Breakfast foods are not fresh. Being a Vietnamese hotel but lack of Viet dishes. Far from Old Town and they don’t offer shuttle. Staff are nice.
