Express Inn & Suites Ontario Airport

I had a great stay at the Express Inn & Suites Ontario Airport. The location is ideal, especially for anyone traveling through Ontario Airport. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, which made the check-in process smooth and efficient. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated how quiet the hotel was, which allowed me to rest well after a long day. Parking was convenient and felt secure, which was a big plus. Overall, this hotel provides excellent value for the price, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again when visiting the area.

Hot water took awhile to get hot even warm. One of the bathroom towels was dirty looked like it wasn’t washed but over all the room was excellent parking well with lighting- if you love cats there is a few out side in the parking lot running around. Over all I’d stay there again.. (bring cash as well there is a holding deposit and u get it back when u check out.) other wise there is a 3$ fee to use the atm outside. If you don’t mind-

Room needed a cleaning (I did it myself with a washcloth). The shower curtain was filthy (stained multiple shades of yellow). The towels were dirty (not used, just dirty from use). There were two half used rolls of toilet paper (not one new roll to be found). Parking was easy and well lit at night. The staff that I encountered were friendly and helpful. I did not use the WiFi. I should also mention the entire exterior was being renovated during my stay.

Express Inn and Suites was clean, comfortable, and quiet — perfect for a relaxing stay. The staff was friendly and check-in was smooth. The location is convenient, with easy access to restaurants and major roads. Great value for the price — highly recommended!

Our room was clean, renovated, thoughtfully arranged, bug- free, and had an updated bright bathroom. For a budget motel, our stay exceeded expectations. The motel had working ice machines, free parking, was centrally located, and had a helpful, friendly, front desk. Despite the aging exterior , the room had plenty of outlets, usb ports, decent TV , bigger sized mini fridge and an AC unit that did not disappoint. Unfortunately , the surrounding area has a disproportionate amt of homeless, loads of discarded trash, street side tents, actively using addicts, and pan handlers most of whom stay/ hangout at the local budget motels. There were a few guests arguing and on the verge of fist fighting in the parking lot but they took their dispute across the street The pool did not appear swimable and I wouldn’t consider this motel as family friendly. It was fine for our one night stay and once inside the room, all was better than expected.

Excellent room with super cool jacuzzi tub. The staff is very nice and rates are good.

Exceptional and clean stay. The rooms are remodeled from my last stay. Good lighting and is also clean. Flat screen TVs and also much brighter bathrooms. Would highly recommend it for the price

The room was clean towels had hair on them look old. Bedding Pillows had worn tags and not fluffy they looked old and Mattress protector had stains.

First and foremost, booked online via Expedia, and upon arrival I was told a $60 cash deposit was required because the employee was not able to charge me again with the card that was used for the booking. Check in 6pm ish and check out 7am. The front door was locked , but they have a night window and door bell, I was able to return the key. But as I was warming up my vehicle, I saw two female employees walk in to the door. By no means was I expecting to experience a five star hotel, however, I do anticipate a clean environment. Thursday rate $77 total cost $89 the photos will you tell you all you need to know about the condition of the room. The cleanliness is questionable. I discovered 1 large roach in the main room and 1 small roach in the bathroom. The floor was filthy, my socks looked as though I had been walking outside. I placed the towel down in the bathroom and wow the colour change from white to black was shocking. I made sure to place another towel on the floor. The linens were also unsatisfactory, there was long brown hair strands , 2 holes, the towels also had brown hair strands. Plenty of parking. One entrance and exit. Atm on property near the stairs. For a no pets facility, there is a significant presence of stray cats.

Roaches welcomed me in. I should have read the reviews before booking. Looks like they reply to all the roach reviews with stating they have started to fix the problem but I doubt they ever would and also I am sure they have rats because there are cats all over the property and it smells like cat piss on the stairs to the second floor.

The rooms are clean. The staff is very friendly. Stayed here multiple times and the service has remained the same. The best. The prices are reasonable and the affordable. Highly Recommend for people passing by or staying in the city.

I woke up to a roach next to the bed. Alot of banging from other rooms....and had to figure out the tv. Plus old food from im assuming previous guest in the microwave.

Good for a night stay. The room is ok the pillows sucked.

Maybe upgrading the tvs

The room was nice and very spacious. And I understand that they have to keep the outside of their hotel clean, but the fact that they were power washing, and all the water came into the room and no one came to clean it. I had to go and tell them and then they just gave me rags to dry it up. Then they came the following dayand were very persistent about coming into the room to change the towels and to the floor while I was trying to sleep. My room had wood floor , near the sink you could feel water damage and it would creek so bad , probably would stay again just hope they check the floors out .

It was cool but there was no remote for the TV and there was no soap

We had a need for coming in a little before 4:00 check-in time and they accommodated us which was very appreciated. The room itself was modern And not comfortable other than one swivel office chair. We did not find coffee in the office and had to walk across the street to the gas station for a cup of coffee. Perhaps that could be addressed.

It was pretty good for the price, but it's not the greatest area, and a bit close to the freeway, which makes it a little noisier than I'd like, but I knew that beforehand. The rooms are very clean and the TV is large and has a great picture. Nowhere to hang clothes, but it has a desk and chair area. Good room lighting. Shower didn't get very hot, but I only take 3 minute showers. I'd stay again.

Door didn’t fit the frame well. Lock would not lock completely because of the fit. Happy for the extra lock. Lobby had an odor but the room was alright.

My stay at Express Inn was thoroughly unsatisfactory, marred by an array of issues that underscored the establishment's lack of concern for guest comfort. The owner's evident power trip manifested through arbitrary rules and a dismissive attitude, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. Adding to the discomfort was the owner's son, who patrolled the premises, contributing to a sense of unease rather than providing any semblance of security. The presence of stains on the bed and the unfortunate discovery of roaches made the room far from the clean and inviting space one expects from a motel. What further soured the experience was the excessively strict no-visitors policy, a measure enforced with an insistence on collecting visitors' IDs for copying. This requirement not only felt invasive but also led to friends opting out of visiting altogether, undermining the purpose of a social stay. Moreover, the owner's practice of personally knocking on doors at 11:00 am to hasten check-out reflected a lack of consideration for guests' privacy and sleep. It appeared as though customer satisfaction took a backseat to the owner's convenience, leaving a lasting impression of a business that prioritizes its rules over the well-being of its patrons. To add insult to injury, the evident inconsistency in rule enforcement and the seemingly arbitrary nature of these rules only compounded the negative experience. Express Inn failed to meet even the basic standards of a comfortable motel.

Property is no frills, but the room is clean and comfortable. Be prepared to pay a CASH deposit (they will not accept a credit card for the deposit).

Dirty Towels. Super disrespectful property manager. Wouldn’t let us get our stuff from the room. So I had to call the police for a peaceful solution and that was just to get our belongings and go. He also kept our deposit. We will never go back to this dirty establishment.

First off, this is the first hotel I’ve stayed at that has only accepted a cash deposit. On top of that, there was no do not disturb signs so we had people going into our room every single day. We had request first floor rooms due to disability and we were only given one saying that there wasn’t 2 (even though we checked in on a Monday and for several nights there was no other cars). One of the nights my oldest went down to the car to get something and noticed prostitutes in rooms across the way with filming going on. One day on our vacation we tried to sleep in, but we had them knocking on our door at 9:30am wanting to bring in towels and even though we said no thank you they wouldn’t stop knocking. We would have to try to go up the stairs quickly because there was a foul smell by them. Overall was a bad experience and not a place we would go to again.

Housekeeping would knock way to early and the place does not have a do not disturb sign. TV service was shut down and hour before checkout.

The girl at night shift is rude with attitude. The owner next morning saw me in the parking lot leaving to work asked your checking out , I said no I booked the room for couple of night. He said No no you should check out he took me to his office and checked the system to find I am right ….. he is totally confused….

I had a great experience staying at Express Inn & Suites in Ontario. The room was clean, spacious, and had all the essentials — a comfortable bed, a mini-fridge, microwave, and good Wi-Fi. The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk staff were friendly and accommodating.Parking was easy, and the location was convenient and close to restaurants, gas stations, and freeway access. It’s a solid budget-friendly option, especially for a short stay or business trip. I felt safe and well taken care of during my visit. I’d definitely stay here again!

The area is very unsafe. There is homeless and questionable activity going on in the parking lot. I didn't feel safe so I didn't stay there.
