10/13夜９時頃に受付担当してくださった、笑顔のステキな優しい男性受付の方が、とても感じがよく、急遽の宿泊でしたがここにして良かったと思いました。お部屋や館内もとても綺麗で、駐車場完備な上、コンビニも近いのでまた豊岡に宿泊する際には利用したいと思います。朝食もとても豪華で、旅館のようでした。子どもにも簡単なと言いつつ、豪華な朝食をつけてくださりありがとうございました。

10/13夜９時頃に受付担当してくださった、笑顔のステキな優しい男性受付の方が、とても感じがよく、急遽の宿泊でしたがここにして良かったと思いました。お部屋や館内もとても綺麗で、駐車場完備な上、コンビニも近いのでまた豊岡に宿泊する際には利用したいと思います。朝食もとても豪華で、旅館のようでした。子どもにも簡単なと言いつつ、豪華な朝食をつけてくださりありがとうございました。

接客も丁寧で施設もきれいでした。ただ、猛暑の真っ只中ということもあり出来れば冷蔵庫の電源を事前に入れていただけていればなぁ～というのと、製氷機が設置されていればと思いました。また、付近の飲食店が書かれた地図をもらったのですが、距離感は別にしてもお店の名前と場所が探しにくかったのも残念でした。番号がついていたら良かったのにな～！

I stayed here for easy local bus access to Izushi castle town. The staff were very welcoming and on arrival you get to choose 2 free items from the ‘mini bar’ (beer, soft drink, chocolate, chips). The hotel is very functional. I had a double bed room and I think you could squeeze (and I mean squeeze) two small suitcases and still be able to walk in the room. The bed was typically very firm but the more European pillows were soft. Hallway and other room noise (TVs) comes under the door but as the clientele seemed to be be mostly Japanese and very respectful, it was quiet around 10pm. The set Japanese breakfast is very filling. If you are on a budget, Sky Hotel is a good base for day trips (12min local train, Y200) to Kinosaki-onsen.

フロント・朝食のスタッフの方々はとても親切で気持ち良く過ごせました。お風呂に水をはっていると、蛇口から何か黒い物体が何個も出てきたので、シャワーで洗顔しました。残念でした。

リーズナブルな価格に惹かれて予約しました。お部屋がシングルにしては広く綺麗に清掃されていたので気持ちよく泊まれました。若干の排水口？の匂いが気になりましたが、使用しない時はフタをしていたら匂いが軽減しました。また、近くに来る時には利用させていただきたいです。

The hotel is clean and well-maintained. The staff is so friendly. They offered me a beverage when I arrived. My only disappointment is that the only room left was a smoking room. Unfortunately, having rooms that allow smoking is still a thing in Japan.

Great hotel close to the station. The staff is really amazing. The rooms are simple yet very good. Great Internet connection even for video calls. The free breakfast was just amazing (you can bring it up your room if you want) Just make sure not tk book a smoking room if you don't smoke like I did... But if you do, they have sprays that help with the smell!

スタッフの皆さんとても優しくて、笑顔で出迎えて下さいました。小雨の中、少し早めの到着したので、カウチで待たせて下さいとお伝えしたところ、空室の部屋があるようなのでどうぞチェックインして下さいと温かいお言葉を頂き、早めに部屋を使わせて頂きました。市内中心部で、駅や大型商業施設2つから徒歩圏内ですし、7月には目の前にスターバックスがオープンする様です。朝食も、素敵な笑顔のお母さんが優しく出迎えてくれましたし、炊きたてのご飯をよそっていただきました。眠気の中で食事を始めましたが、とても素敵な気分で1日を始められた事に感謝しています。とってもお薦めするホテルです。

駅前のアクセスの便利なホテル。私は、スカイホテルに泊まり城崎温泉の外湯めぐりをしました。城崎温泉までJRで片道200円とアクセスも良いです。ホテルの部屋は、通常のビジネスホテルタイプで清潔でした。従業員の対応も気持ちが良かったです。 1つ注文を付けるなら、インスタントコーヒーや紅茶を置いてほしかった。

I stayed here for easy local bus access to Izushi castle town. The staff were very welcoming and on arrival you get to choose 2 free items from the ‘mini bar’ (beer, soft drink, chocolate, chips). The hotel is very functional. I had a double bed room and I think you could squeeze (and I mean squeeze) two small suitcases and still be able to walk in the room. The bed was typically very firm but the more European pillows were soft. Hallway and other room noise (TVs) comes under the door but as the clientele seemed to be be mostly Japanese and very respectful, it was quiet around 10pm. The set Japanese breakfast is very filling. If you are on a budget, Sky Hotel is a good base for day trips (12min local train, Y200) to Kinosaki-onsen.

10/13夜９時頃に受付担当してくださった、笑顔のステキな優しい男性受付の方が、とても感じがよく、急遽の宿泊でしたがここにして良かったと思いました。お部屋や館内もとても綺麗で、駐車場完備な上、コンビニも近いのでまた豊岡に宿泊する際には利用したいと思います。朝食もとても豪華で、旅館のようでした。子どもにも簡単なと言いつつ、豪華な朝食をつけてくださりありがとうございました。

The hotel was very clean, spacious, and the staff very kind and polite. For people travelling, the staff speaks english very well, so check in and out is easy. As a guest, you are given a complimentary drink/food item every day, from a pre set menu; there is alcohol on this menu for those that are wondering. There is also a complimentary breakfast at their restaurant right next to the concierge. It is a traditional style breakfast, that includes Miso soup, natto, rice, tamago, salad, pork sausage, and fish. Drinks are refillable. Overall great place to stay. Toyooka is a small but peaceful city, so the train is within walking distance, as is everything else.

Great hotel close to the station. The staff is really amazing. The rooms are simple yet very good. Great Internet connection even for video calls. The free breakfast was just amazing (you can bring it up your room if you want) Just make sure not tk book a smoking room if you don't smoke like I did... But if you do, they have sprays that help with the smell!
