Hampton by Hilton Frankfurt City Centre

Very clean, free coffee and tea available throughout day, so great to stop in to rest between outings.

The hotel is nice and clean and comes with free breakfast. The staff are friendly. Underground parking is 19 euros per day which I think is a bit expensive. However, you can find free parking on the street until 9AM if you’re staying overnight. The hotel could also install small fridges in the rooms as it was very hot during our stay, and we had to buy several bottles of water from the reception for 4 euros each.

Zu dritt war es sehr eng und der Schreibtisch konnte durch das Klappsofa nicht mehr genutzt werden. Das Klopapier ist extrem dünn. Der kleine Fitnessraum ist eine nette Ergänzung. Die nächste Bahnstation ist relativ gut erreichbar. Für eine Nacht war es in Ordnung, aber länger würden wir hier nicht bleiben.

Breakfast was very good and the staff very accommodating. Too far from airport with 45€ each way! No shuttle service. Room AC very inadequate and didn’t cool the room down enough for our likings!

Schickes Hotel in Messenähe, gute Anbindung an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz. Schönes Bad, praktisch eingerichtetes Zimmer, sehr gut gedämmt, bequeme Betten. Das Servicepersonal war freundlich und nett. Beim Frühstück fehlte es an gar nichts. Parkhaus direkt unter dem Hotel, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Türrahmen mit Staub versehen Kosmetiktücherbehälter staubbehangen. Haare am Boden-Seige tropft ständig-Duschkabine unlogisch wird alles nass draussen Tolle Gegend

Das Zimmer war ideal für mich. Die Handtücher waren sehr flauschig. Alles überaus sauber und gepflegt. Zur Messe ein Katzensprung. Ich konnte auch früher einchecken, was mir eine große Hilfe gewesen ist. Ein aufrichtiges Dankeschön für den unkomplizierten Aufenthalt in Ihrem Haus. Sehr gerne wieder.

Pros: Hotel is in a good location - near restaurants, a shopping centre, a park, bus stops and the underground. Staff, especially at reception, were helpful & accomodating. Con: The shower could have been cleaner. If commuting from the train station to the hotel, I'd suggest taking a bus rather than walking, as the area outside the station is sketchy.

Pilz im Badezimmer

Leider war der Aufenthalt eine absolute enttäuschen für den Preis von über 380 Euro /nacht... das Zimmer war schmutzig. der Abfall des vorherigen gastes war noch da... der Teppich war schmutzig und mit klammer übersehen, was ich schmerzhaft Erfahrung musste... Das Frühstück ist lieblos und von schlechter qualität-- das Personal ist unfreundlich....

Good location to Messe Area and Festhalle. Clean modern room.

Helt OK om man ska arbeta på mässan. Tio minuters promenad. Bra service runt omkring men standard frukost, städet fixade inte rena glas och koppar på fem dagar.

Gute Unterkunft. Allerdings war das Bett sehr laut beim drehen und die dritte Person im Zimmer hatte ein Sofabett, welches sehr unbequem war. Frühstück war gut und der Service der Mitarbeiter:innen war super.

Good place to stay. Location is within 150m from Skyline Plaza mall and 20min walking distance from main train station. Breakfast is very complete and of good quality. The couch in the room was impossible to sleep in and very uncomfortable.

Das Frühstück ist eher einfach gehalten - kein Fisch, kein geschnittenes Obst, kein Honig, nur 2 Sorten einfacher Käse, Brühwurst. Das Bett ist sehr hart und die Matratze liegt nur lose auf einer Holzunterlage auf. Die Heizung haben wir leider nicht zum Laufen bekommen. Beim Parkticket wäre neben dem 24- Stunden Preis auch ein über Nacht-Preis wünschenswert.

Stay was adequate. Stayed 3 nights. 3 friends in 1 room. One on sofa bed. Never slept on anything so bad. Not suitable even for a child. Back and hips extremely sore the next day due to old mishapen bed. Asked at reception but no solution was offered. Asked to leave rooms before checkout time by cleaning staff. Breakfast was only adequate. Scrambled eggs on last day was undercooked and very wet. Public area was good

The hotel breakfast was rather limited. The bedroom was clean but had an old uncomfortable sofabed. The mattress was so hard, like concrete, we all had difficulty sleeping and we had sore back our whole stay.

Very good hotel overall. Staff were absolutely amazing. Friendly, helpful and always smiling. Rooms are a good size. Good size bathroom. Beds are a bit firm for my liking and pillows are too soft. There is a safe but no fridge. Aircon just blows air and we could not adjust it to make it cooler. They provided us with a fan. Breakfast was really good. Great selection and coffee was good and hot. Location ok. Needs more public transport out that way. There is a major shopping complex close by and several restaurants.

We were detained a day due to flight availability and they charged us for the day we did not stay, but neglected to tell us that upon check in! Coveniently locked us out of room until we agreed to pay for an extra night at 30 dollars higher!

Was a slightly disappointing stay in a Hilton hotel so far. We always try to stay in Hilton hotels due to the facilities and because its tried and tested by us on our trips. After deciding we were going to Frankfurt, we were pleased to see that there was a Hampton close to the train station (it is about 10-15 minute drive if that and it can also be walked). The location itself is good and the facilities however out of the 4 nights we stayed, housekeeping only cleaned our room for 2. The first time they didn't clean and we requested we were told they only stayed till 4pm (we were gone by noon) which was understandable so we let it go and made sure to leave earlier the next day. Next day came and we specifically went to reception to make a request to clean just in case our room is again 'forgotten' but we got back a few hours later to see that housekeeping havent been and its as if like it was such an inconvenience for them that we had to ask. When we told reception all they said was "they'll be mindful of housekeeping next time" but Im not really sure what it means. Its just really sad for us as we trust Hilton hotels. We initially liked it too as the guy in reception (with curly long hair) was lovely and so was Cristoph who helped us join the Hilton Honours as we mentioned we travel and stay in Hilton quite a bit. The morning reception team however was not as welcoming. Hopefully our next stay will be better.

The staff were the absolute best. I had an issue with the first room I was given, as soon as they were informed that I wasn't happy with it, they provided a superior room with no hesitation. Breakfast was also great

Çalışanlar orda olmak istemiyor gibiydi. Temizlik için kart astık sadece yatak yapılmış havlu değişmiş bırakılmış çöpler duruyor akşamdan kalma bardaklar vs duruyor Aile olarak gittik 3. Yatak tam bir fiyasko, resepsiyona sordum neden böyle olduğunu işine gelirse bu şekilde ne bekliyorsun gibi konuştular. Birdaha asla tercih etmem.

Walking home, we got caught in the rain. Upon arriving one late afternoon, wanted to have coffee. I didn’t get coffee replenished in the room so I went to reception to get coffee but the also run out. Upon inquiring I was told that coffee at the reception will not be replenished due the day. Mentioned about the walk in the rain and coffee to warm me up. The late at the reception (1Aug) said that she will retrieve some instant coffee for me. Upon my return some 5 mins later, she handed me a hand full of instant coffee plus mentioned that I can help myself with coffee at the coffee machine in the breakfast area which they turned on for me. Very impressive and kind hearted. I regret not asking for her name so I can commend her. Thank you for the excellent customer service.

Because of a major construction project, the surrounding area does not permit pleasant walking.

The property is what you would expect a Hampton Inn. The breakfast was OK. There was also a few restaurants close by, as well as a large shopping mall. The U Bahn station 10-15 minutes walk, but it may be difficult for someone with mobility issues and most attractions are a bit far.

Great condition of hotel. Close to main train station, metro and buses, 15 minutes ride in Uber to airport. Breakfast included with great and healthy choices. Recommended!

Some construction outside on the road outside hotel. But not too bad

Relatively new property that is clean, well maintained, and with walkable access to S, U, and long-haul trains as well as the street trams/buses. Staff are all very accommodating. Solid breakfast spread though it gets crowded. The area is safe but you need be attentive how far you stray. The value for money is undeniable but it was an-off week in this area that is geared to conferences and conventions in Messe. I'd go again.

Great staff. Nothing to in the area, have to i Uber or Taxi to other arear to eat or drink and find fun. This area very quite mothing to do, have to spent lot of money for Taxi or Uber.

Schönes Hotel in der Nähe der Messe. Einkaufszentrum Skyline Plaza fußläufig erreichbar. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer sauber und wohnliche Atmosphäre. Lautstärke der Klima/-Heizanlage etwas laut auch auf der niedrigsten Stufe. Könnte für manche störend sein. Frühstück klein aber fein. Hat alles was man benötigt und es gibt ne Waffelstation. Hotel empfehlenswert.

Wir haben nur eine Nacht hier verbracht. Super Lage in Nähe der Festhalle Frankfurt. Im Hotel war alles super. Lediglich beim Frühstück war alles etwas hektisch und laut, da es wohl ziemlich voll war im Hotel. Wir würden hier wieder buchen.

The breakfast was poor, the bacon ran out early and there was no replenishment. Instead there were sausages. This happened on two consecutive days, so that the impression arose that this is method and it is saved at this point. The rolls and croissants were baked rolls/croissants and not from the bakery. The staff were friendly and helpful, despite these circumstances.

We had a great stay, the continental breakfast was wonderful with many options to choose from. The staff were knowledgeable about the area. If you stay here Dorian at the front desk is awesome. We recommend staying.
