객실은 상대적으로 청결. 창문이 없는 객실이 많음. 건물 전체에 구조상 환기문제가 있음. 세탁기가 있어서 좋았고, 위치나 접근성도 좋음. 여러 후기에 있듯이 접객 태도에 문제있는 직원이 있음.

Very friendly staff, great location for shopping and dining. Only negative was no parking, my friend came to visit and was not able to find any parking space and the hotel didn't have parking. Hotel gave information about a parking lot few blocks away. Can park and walk about 8 minutes is what the hotel said.

ランドリー設備もあり部屋も綺麗でした。 観光地へのアクセスもしやすく、おすすめできます。

It has a cafeteria that could be used as a co-working area. This helped me to stay and work on my business activities.

普通に寝泊まりするには料金感覚以上の部屋でした。毎日の掃除もこちらの時間に合わせて行ってもらえました。アメニティーもスリッパ、歯ブラシ、髭剃りの他女性が使う物などが揃っていて、手ぶらで泊まっても良い位です。洗濯機、乾燥機が各フロアに設置してあり、無料で使用できるのも良かったです。周辺は繁華街ではありませんが、近くに屋台通りみたいな所もあり､食べ歩きもできます。今回は一人だったので充分な施設でした。

Got a window room. very clean, helpful staff, good coffee available in comfortable lounge on third floor. It was a bit cold when outside temperatures were in the 50s and low 60s, and the internet could be unstable, but overall, a good experience for a good price.

The facilities were clean. Our room was a bit small but was clean. There was a dining area that had free coffee, snacks and juice. The staff was helpful and friendly! This was a good budget friendly option for us. To get to the subway, it’s a few blocks away, not too far. Surprisingly, I didn’t spot a 7 near us, but a lot of shops around.

離遼寧夜市非常近，捷運站步行10分鐘內可以到達，床鋪舒服，有免費洗衣烘衣機服務，咖啡熱茶自助吧台在3樓check in樓層；衣架如果多一些會更好，浴室可以多一些掛鉤。

What an awful hotel. The carpet smells, and the mould is seen growing at the vent.

Let's start with the fact that the photos they put up are deceiving. It wasn't exactly a true representation of the conditions of the room. I could tell the photos they had on the website were old from when they first opened but clearly the condition had since gone down. The first night when we arrived, we had trouble entering the room because the lock had run out of battery. It took us 4 times back and forth from the room back down to their front desk to get things sorted out. They had to end up moving us to a different room since the lock wasn't opening. The overall stay was uncomfortable and the moment we walked into the room it had a very musty smell. The room really wasn't meant to be for 3 people. Spaces were tight and there weren't much space to put luggages if you have 3 people. The beds were basically just on box springs and it'd move whenever you have bigger movements. The carpets were dirty and you'd have to wear the slippers provided. For the bathroom, it's nice that they provided shampoo and body wash. However, the bottles had mold in them. There were no hooks in the bathroom to hang your towels. The room lights were dim and the sound proof wasn't great whenever people walk past the room. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

Pros: Of all the places I stayed, this hotel stood out as my favorite. For a budget-friendly option, it felt surprisingly complete — carpeted flooring, good amenities, and a clean, comfortable room that was serviced daily. Housekeeping was consistently professional. I especially appreciated the thoughtful service: even when I only asked to have my bin emptied, the staff insisted on vacuuming the carpet and restocking the tea bags before leaving. The location is also excellent — within walking distance of multiple MRT stations and surrounded by convenience stores. Very accessible and easy to get around. Cons: The hotel reception is located on Level 3 of a multi-storey building, and it wasn’t obvious at first. You’ll need to look up to spot the neon sign, then take an elevator to access the lobby. The property is surrounded by high-rises, so if you're hoping for a scenic view, you won't find it from the room — but the city views are all around you once you're out and about. The towels provided can be a little overused — one even had a small hole — though I was personally fine with it. If you're particular about towel quality, you may consider bringing your own.

Bathroom smelled like sewage Front desk service was bare bones

good location close to bus stop and metro, you got convenient stores nearby also a small night market. The bad thing is the bathroom smells so bad, it got the smell of pipes all day!

清潔さは全く問題なく、客室・共用部分は綺麗な状態でした。3泊しましたが、毎日清掃をしてもらったので快適に過ごせました。 チェックインに関してはパスポートを提示して完了。チェックアウトもカードキーを渡してすぐに終わりました。フロントスタッフの方は英語でのコミュニケーションは問題なさそう。日本語対応となっているが、私が対応してもらった方は日本のパスポート見ても英語のままだったので人によるかと思う。 客室内設備は問題なく、WiFiの速度も充分出ていました。アメニティ類も揃っているし、一人での宿泊だったが無料の水が毎日2本補充されて助かりました。ただエアコンが経年劣化なのか動作音がややうるさいのと、バスルームの芳香剤が強めなのが気になりました。 アクセスはMRTからは南京復興駅か忠孝復興駅なのだがちょうど中間くらいなのでそこそこ歩く。目の前にバス停があり各方面に出ているので活用できればうまく移動できる。 遼寧街夜市がすぐ近くにあり、そのほか飲食店も徒歩圏内に多数。コンビニ（ファミマ）も歩いて1〜2分で便利。

Tv only had view options and reacted slowly since it is a digital signal one. I was waken up at 3:40 am by the sex noise from the next room.

這次住的是無窗房型，因為考量到行程的外出時間很長，回旅館基本就是洗澡睡覺而已，空間這樣就很OK了，只唯獨淋浴的地面邊角有發黑發霉，睡覺倒是睡得不錯

地點超棒 停車位折扣還不錯距離也算可以 床蠻舒服的 但冷氣雖然是大金的但好像壞掉 電視擺放位置建議改一下 不是很方便看

Shower water is not warm. The staffs said there's no problem and suggested it's my problem. Location is good though.

窓無しのダブルの部屋を利用。排水溝が匂います。　　周りの声や、歩く音が筒抜けで、神経質なかたは無理かもです。　 南京復興(緑のライン)の4番出口を出てから10分もかからないくらいです。近くに、生活雑貨店、コンビニ、マッサージ店、小さな夜市があり、ご飯には困りません。 大きな荷物はX線？かなんかに通します。出入口で。　　 使い捨てスリッパ有り、コンディショナー無し。 暖房は無かったです

I appreciated how accommodating the staff were. We changed rooms as I had an ankle injury and could not walk far. They were very helpful . We were able to arrange late checkout as our flight was late . Clean, centrally located!

電話受付の方の態度が無愛想で､まだ話しの途中にも関わらず一方的に切られてしまいました。

When I check in the reception the young lady with long hair one her attitude is rude & impolite.

The receptionist did not have very good attitude, when we checked in. May be they were busy, rushed. The manager though took care of us in the end. There is a sewage smell from the bathroom so had to keep the bathroom door closed at all times.

2日滞在。 1日目、お風呂の排水が悪かったが、部屋を変えてもらい、快適に過ごせました。 変化してもらうときのスタッフの対応も良かった！

夜市も近く、鉄道も近い、九分へのバス停もあり、とても良かったです。

The building looks old outside but the hotel itself is decent inside. Location is great. It is close to subway, buses stations.

駅からは少し歩くけど、近くに複数のバス停もあり、どこへ行くにも非常に便利な立地。 洗濯機＆乾燥機が無料で使えるのが、長期ステイには助かりました。 近所に、夜市をはじめ、美味しいレストランがたくさんあるのも、良かったです。

2度目の利用です。今回は4泊。 MRT南京復興と忠孝復興、どちらからでも徒歩10分圏内。 ホテル出入口の目の前がバス停で、台北、行天宮、松江南京、国父記念館など主要なMRT駅に泊まる路線が有り便利です。 朝食を食べる店が少ない(有名店が1軒だけ)のと、飲食店に土日定休が多いのがマイナス要素。 シャワーの出が悪い、トイレットペーパーが流せない、ハンガーが2本しかない、この辺もマイナスです。 深夜早朝も怖いくらい静かで、ぐっすり眠れましたが、これは隣人のモラルもあるので運ですね。 スタッフは愛想が良くはありませんが、リクエストには真摯に向き合ってくれます。 たまたまかもしれませんが、部屋の清掃が遅く、15時過ぎても終わっていないため、フロントに言ったらすぐ対応してくれました。 室内照明は暗く、眺望は望めませんので、窓なし部屋でも良いかと思います。

Didn't go shopping, but not too many choices for breakfast I like.

I used to stay at this hotel frequently for my business trips and resumed again after the pandemic. This hotel is well-ran, it's very basic but the staff try to keep it very clean. The internet is reliable and there are plenty of eateries nearby. 2 things should be noted: 1) After pandemic, breakfast is no longer made onsite. They merely order breakfast from outside restaurants and pass on a fixed cost to you and the portion is small. In my opinion, unless you are on business travel with tight schedule, it's not worth getting the breakfast option. There are Taiwanese breakfast restaurants just one block away, 7/11 with fresh coffee and pastry on the same block and a night market across the street. The ordered breakfast is only average quality and taste. 2) Probably because of inflation, the room rates have gone up a lot for this property compare to its competitors. I do not think it provides a good value on most days. It's a solid basic hotel but the 'CP value" as Taiwanese would call it, is below average nowadays.
