It isn’t what was advertised. Towels were old and frayed not for human use, specially for what was being paid. No security, doors had been forced previously. Very insecure. Would not recommend to anybody

Check in is real hard as you have to find someone to let you in. The fingerprint setup for the main door needs to be renewwd each day qnd mostly you need to remind them to do it.

I was unaware of this property not been a hotel. No lobby or reception. No gym or snacks water or food available. We were told at arrival elevator was broken an unit was at10th floor. I have recent foot surgery so I was unable to go up on stairsI contact Expedia and they told me property hung up phone since no English was spoken. After been there finding options elevator got fixed. My impression was the lady receiving us was unable or didn’t have access to unlock the elevator since was very late at night. Another person then arrived and elevator started working!! The are very positive aspects of the place like been clean updated and well located.

Fingerprint locks on doors were difficult. Had a lot of issues getting in and out. Otherwise, room was clean and location was great.

I'd never stayed in Palermo Soho or had a full condo for a sense of what actually living in a City would be like. A unique experience, and a great idea! Fewer speaking English than La Rambla, I took a hand-held ($120) Translator from Amazon, worked perfectly everywhere without a wi-fi connection, both oral translation and on screen! Absolutely required unless you speak fluent Spanish. Staff is wonderful, solved any issues immediately (early/late checkin/out), help me with currency exchange, security includes a massive front door opened with your thumbprint. It's a residence, not a hotel, except for a cleaning crew and fresh sheets daily. Now: it's on a major street. Bring the little foam earplugs airlines hand out, you may need them for early naps/sleeping. Tile floors=bedroom slippers. Like most places outside the US, no washcloths, stick one in your luggage. Rooms vary, I had a Deluxe. I've traveled extensively for 50 years, this is at the top of feeling at home. Staff unobtrusive, but they're there 24 hours!

Lo único bueno es la ubicación. Pésimo servicio y la limpieza deja mucho que desear. tuvimos que pedir papel higiénico tres veces!!!! y el último día no dejaron! tuvimos que salir a comprar. no cambiaban la toalla del piso afuera de la ducha que como no tiene puerta inevitablemente se moja. hacen la limpieza de manera muy superficial ni siquiera sacaban la basura del bote de la cocina!!. Un vidrio estaba cuarteado, en el cuarto piso se oye el tráfico de la calle. La puerta de la entrada no está bien ajustada y hay que revisar dos veces que cierra. El elevador super lento. el personal no es nada cordial, contestan pero cero amabilidad. NO TIENE CAJA DE SEGURIDAD

Al llegar al lugar me pude comunicar porq la taxista me hizo el favor de llamar. Tener bien claro que no es hotel. Es más que todo Airbnb. Una vez que me entregaron la habitación, considerando el precio está muy conveniente. Te programan el acceso a la Entrada principal con tu huella digital. La Habitación muy cómoda con bonita vista. Me gusto el lugar. Es agradable con pantalla con canales locales.

O hotel tem uma varanda compartilhada com outros quartos que traz muita insegurança. Não pode deixar a porta da varanda e cortinas abertas

Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Great location with lots of choices for shopping and dining easily within walking distance. Common areas of building were very clean and entry was secure. On-site manager was friendly and helpful. Overall, a very positive experience.

La description de l’appartement parle d’une construction récente mais l’état de l’appartement était lamentable avec de la moisissure dans la salle de bain. Dans le frigidaire il y avait une tablette manquante et dans la porte il n’y avait pas de tablette pour les bouteilles. Les ustensiles de cuisine était presque inexistante et cuisiner m’apparaît impossible. Durent la nuit, le bruit provenant de la rue était insupportable et on penser dormir avec la fenêtre ouverte tellement il était fort. La seule chose de positif c’est l’emplacement, très pré de tout les restaurants et attraction.

Por favor no elijan este lugar es sucio, no limpian, la gente es grosera, le pedi a la camarera que limpiara nuestro cuarto y me dijo que si no me gustaba que por que reservaba en este hotel. No sacan la basura.

The apartment itself is great. Cleaning people are rude. They threatened to call the police because we weren’t ready for 11am checkout when we clearly had Expedia VIP Gold status and qualified for extended checkout. They also don’t replace towel frequently and forget about you when you ask. There was blood on the sheets and we had problems getting them changed. Other than that, loved the place.

The apartment was amazing, but they didn’t clean the bathroom properly, there was no liquid soap in the container for shower The bathroom flood with water when showering

Los muebles estaban en malas condiciones. Mal trato de la recepcionista. Le sacaron foto a mi tarjeta de crédito sin mi autorización, cuaco ya estaba pago. Falta de limpieza. Fotos engañosas las q se publicaron. Los toallones estaban rotos con agujeros. Muy mal para el valor que se paga. Entregan un sola llave y éramos 4. La cerradura no daba seguridad.

Room was spotless. Furniture was comfortable. Place was good.

Good stay, felt safe, good location, spacious apartment, comfortable bed, internet, good for personal or business trip and clean space. Felt private. Easy pick up from uber. Recommendations: Bring earbuds- it’s noisy

Apartamento espaçoso, limpo e organizado. Cozinha equipa, ar condicionado funcionando bem. Ficamos de frente para a avenida e para quem tem sono leve o barulho dos carros passando pode gerar um incomodo. Para mim foi tranquilo, nao me incomodou.

Me gustó la ubicación del lugar. No me gustó que el baño se moje todo cada vez que uno se duchaba y que no cuente con ventilación hacia el exterior. Y lo más preocupante fue que un aire acondicionado directamente no enfriaba absolutamente nada. Se sufrió el calor y bastante.

Lo malo es q te hacen una foto de tu tarjeta de crédito y eso no es correcto Adicional el agua caliente solo sirve para un solo baño corto lyueho debes esperar 45 minutos para otro baño

Thankfully we were granted early check in without charge, however had to change room because size and configuration of the apartment were different. 1 1/2 bedroom not full 2 bedrooms and ill configured bathroom. Staff answered and reacted fast and helps us change room and extra towles. only problem with the building it is located on a corner right by traffic light and loud buslane during the week.

Location is good, but too loud street noicy. Cornerbuilding with constantly busses stopping and gearing up. slightly outdated furniture and very poor and old kitchen equipment. Good internet and safety. Good water pressure and good AC. Configuration of the rooms vary a lot with the pictures

The apartment is not as described at all, no separate bedroom, extremely noisy, very very basic and should not be classed as an "Executive apartment". we left after only staying one night.

The apartment itself is nice. Nicely furnished, good condition, clean, hot water, etc. It is however located on a busy intersection, making it loud 24/7. The windows have no insulation whatsoever so it’s both cold and LOUD. Also there’s no smoking on the balcony which they don’t tell you till you get there.

Pagamos el apartamento desde el 14 de enero y llegamos a buenos aires a las 6am del 15 de enero. Supuestamente había atención 24 horas, pero nunca nadie nos recibió, nos abrió la puerta, ni nada. Tuvimos que esperar sentadas en una cafetería hasta las 10.30 am que alguien nos pudo atender. La atención fue tan mala, que tuvimos que buscar otro lugar para hospedarnos y retirarnos. La señorita que nos atendió, no tiene la menor idea de lo que es ser un buen host, no conoce lo que significa servicio al cliente y peor aún tartar bien a un posible futuro cliente frecuente.

Host was extremely helpful and nice! Came in late and she was extremely helpful with the check in and recommended a few places to park/eat. Beautiful apartment inside and out. 10/10

Literally, this place is awful. Upon entering the property, the building was plain, had no personality and just felt like a vacant room in an office building. After some time I realized it was not the room that I was paying for through Expedia, so I went to ask for a different room. the owner was a woman who was very rude and aggressive. She showed me another room that was actually the room I paid for on Expedia, and then decided that she wanted to charge me an extra hundred dollars for the room, because Expedia didn’t pay her enough. (she had the audacity to show me the invoice from Expedia which is so unprofessional) and not my problem. After arguing with her for about an hour I decided to skip this place altogether. I’m not staying here. I dropped her key off and got another hotel that was much nicer and cheaper even, hotel Rendez Vous. This woman that runs this apartment is awful. This place is awful. Do not stay here. I have been traveling over 30 years visited over 30 countries and I have never been treated with such a blatant disregard from my patronage. If u are visiting buenos aires for its life and art and magic, this place is not the vibe

As advertised and in a great spot to be in Palermo Soho. Very nice and professional check-in with very responsive property management to address the usual check-in matters, immediately.

Muy buen servicio, entregaron habitación antes de tiempo y el check out también lo extendieron muy amables y todo excelente y cómodo bien ubicado, recomiendo

For starters they call themselves a HOTEL, they are not a hotel at all. There is no one attending the lobby, no restaurant, no breakfast offered and so on. We spent there 14 nights, they never changed our bedding. They came 3 times in 14 nights to bring us some cheap towels and do a partial clean up with a vacuum cleaner. The day of arrival we had to wait for several hours for someone to come to the office to enable us to register our fingerprint to have access to the front door, we had to use our fingerprint to enter and to LEAVE the building, many times we had to try the finger 4 or 5 times before it worked, very annoying. Lastly the last day they cancelled our fingerprint at 10.30 AM, I went to the office and I asked for couple additional hours to check out, not only they denied it, they made me pay for a full extra day for late check out, I paid for the extra night in cash and I asked for a receipt and they refused to give me my receipt. The alleged manager a guy called JUAN, was very unhelpful and did not cooperate at all. I will never come back to this building even thought the lady at the office was somewhat nice and tried to help, but everything that I asked she had to text the management and management always came back with a negative answer. I guess she communicated with this guy Juan......

Llegué muy tarde en la noche porque tuve demoras en el vuelo, estuvieron esperándome y me atendieron muy amable y rápido.

No hay nadie en recepción hay que esperar que te den acceso desde el área de recepción, en mi caso tuvimos que esperar más de 10 minutos en la calle con las maletas pues se encontraban haciendo otro check in, la ubicación es muy buena

We have to wait in the lobby because there was nobody expexting our arrival although thst i informing them that i was checking it late. The room is Nice!

The accommodation was close to both EZE and AEP airports and also to the city centre. The check in was very easy and the reception desk was always there for any help. Definitely recommend taking this apartment

Es un hotel, la recepción no está al frente y a veces no están en el lugar. La ubicación es algo lejos del obelisco, si nos gustó por el espacio con la familia. No limpian todos los días, y ahí es donde a veces uno necesita algo y no hay personal en la recepción 24hrs. Tiene mucho ruido se escucha todo lo de afuera entonces para dormir si es algo incómodo.

Great location. Seemed like a safe area. The apartment is decent, but a bit pricy for what you get.

It was a secured building in the Palermo Soho district. The room was spacious with a kitchen, dining area and living room. There was a balcony with a nice street view. The staff was excellent and extremely helpful. There were plenty of eateries in walking distance in a trendy area that didn’t feel touristy at all. Plenty of Ubers in the area with minimal wait.

O atendimento da equipe é muito bom, são atenciosos e deixam os hospedes a vontade. A localização do hotel é excelente, próximo aos restaurante e supermercados. Bem próximo do AEP.

O atendimento da equipe é muito bom, são atenciosos e deixam os hospedes a vontade. A localização do hotel é excelente, próximo aos restaurante e supermercados. Bem próximo do AEP.

Excelente atención!, nos encantó el departamento, fuimos cuatro y fue muy cómodo, la ropa de cama y toallas de buena calidad, el agua caliente inmediata, en la cocina todo limpio y funcional. La ubicación fácil para el transporte público y se puede caminar fácilmente hacia las tiendas y restaurantes. Fueron muy amables en guardarnos la maleta mientras fuimos de paseo a otra ciudad, realmente quedamos felices con poder descansar bien en esta suite
