Staff, accommodation and cleanliness were superb. The location was convenient to the historic center. If you are driving your own vehicle, as we did, the restrictions for pedestrian traffic make it difficult to navigate your car. The staff was very helpful in guiding us. Valet parking. No breakfast available, but a cafe across the street.

God seng og veranda. Litt sparsommelig innredet. Ikke speil på rommet. Døren inn til rommet var dårlig. Ikke døgnåpent resepsjon. Lite tilbud på "kjøkken" kunne vært vannkoker og kopper.

I arrived late, at 8:00 pm, and the taxi dropped me off at the nearest corner on ViaVittorio Emanuele. I had the hardest time finding 261 Via Vittorio Emanuelle: it is an Office Bldg type glass door set back from the street with no sign for Cassaro 261 BB. Luckily I could call Francesca who came down and showed me to the Cassaro 261. It is a set of rooms in a larger Apt, involving several keys. The room was very clean. adequate, and close to everything. Just be aware that it is hard to find! and arrive during the day !!!

We only spent one night here but the place was stylish and peaceful, despite being literally in the centre of the city’s busiest area. The room was small but we expected this, and overall very clean and well appointed but the floor was quite dirty. Bed was comfy but a couple of extra pillows would have been good as they were very thin so my partner had to use towels underneath his! Location is great and Alessandro was very helpful. However I would not recommend driving there! Parking is available under ground for €20 per stay but to get there you have to drive through the busiest road in the city, full of tourists and food stalls. Horribly stressful. The car park is tight so they park it for you, and the cars are all one behind the other so they keep the key and you have to ask for your car when you want it. We had to leave at 07.30am for the airport so this was a concern although it was actually very efficient with we called, and someone helped us get the car immediately. We were concerned about it being scratched by someone other than us driving it, from an insurance perspective so had we known this would be the case we would not have stayed here with a car. Overall though, it was pleasant and very quiet so we had a good nights sleep. Air con was great.

It is not a hotel, more like a bed/ no breakfast, you are staying in an apartment set up in a mix apartment building. The apartment is share with a couple of rooms. The “living room” when you enter is quite stuffy and didn’t smell great. Room itself is fine, basic but clean. Even tho it does have a garage in the basement but I would not recommend to drive there, or they should have better direction. The area is pedestrian! Very hard to get to the street. Velindrettet lejlighed, dog med defekt bruser og hårde senge uden topmadras og ikke eksisterende aircondition med dejlig balkon i den gamle bydel. Er du til gadelarm og høj musik til over midnat, så er dette lige stedet. Er du i bil er det stort set umuligt at køre til adr. Her ville en guide have været en stor hjælp. Stedet har p-service - når du altså er kommet frem - til 20 Euro pr. døgn, som henter of bringer bilen, og det var en fin service.

Meget sentralt. Flott hjelp og instrukser. Flott med parkering, men skummelt å kjøre så sentralt i palermo. Du kjører i gågater og trange smug. Rommet er litt enkelt, men beliggenheten veier opp.

Room was clean and modern, the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve had in a hotel. The staff were really nice and even able to check me in when I turned up to drop my luggage just after 11am. The property is right in the middle of where you want to be in Palermo. I cannot recommend highly enough.

We recently stayed at Cassaro 261. We were visiting Palermo for our 25th wedding anniversary. The room was ok. It looked to be remodeled however, the couch and chair in the sitting room were very soiled. It needed a deep cleaning and we did not sit on either of them. Yikes! The bathroom was gorgeous and totally remodeled. We had no issues with it at all. The problem we had with the room was the bed. This was the hardest bed we have every slept on. It litterally felt like we were sleeping on the floor. No exaggeration. The other thing is the noise. The property is close to all the action but it was so hard to sleep with the constant noise. Even at 3am. First thing in the morning, we heard the horses trotting up and down the street. Between the bed, which was insufferable, and the noise, we got zero sleep. The bed and noise were so bad, that we had to leave the property the next morning and secure a different hotel.If you are looking for a romantic and relaxing B & B, this is not the choice for you.

Das Gebäude ist in der Fußgängerzone von Palermos Zentrum. Trotztem ist die Wohnung im ersten Geschoss ruhig. Direkt gegenüber liegt eine große Kirche. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und top in die Wohnung eingewiesen. Später gab es viele Tips und Links für die Umgebung per Wattsap. Das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt und check in und Check out war unkompliziert.

El hotel está ubicado en pleno centro con multiples establecimientos (tiendas y restaurantes alrededor). La estación de tren a 15m andando. La habitación estupenda, todo muy limpio y el personal que nos atendió encantador, nos asesoró estupendamente. Volveremos sin duda.

Super placering i Palermo. Meget basale værelser men generelt ok og fik aircondition Og helt perfekt hvis du vil bo i centrum! Men minuser er der også. Der er elendig lydisolering så du kan følge festen i gaden hele aftenen. Gardiner er dårlige og kan ikke lukkes helt til - og de skærmer ikke for lyset fra gadelampen lige udenfor - så værelserne er meget lyse også om natten. Og altanen kunne ikke bruge da dørene på vores to værelser ikke virkede.
Super placering i Palermo. Meget basale værelser men generelt ok og fik aircondition Og helt perfekt hvis du vil bo i centrum! Men minuser er der også. Der er elendig lydisolering så du kan følge festen i gaden hele aftenen. The location is great, just steps away from the Quattro Canti, and the place was just as in the pictures. It’s just very basic so I think is okay for short stays.

Francesca and Alessandro were very helpful and accommodating. They allowed us to check in earlier. Everything was fine accept for the water pressure and hot water.

Nice checking. Terribly loud… it’s a residential building and people above had a party all night. Do not recommend if you plan to sleep before 3am.

Room was clean and modern, the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve had in a hotel. The staff were really nice and even able to check me in when I turned up to drop my luggage just after 11am. The property is right in the middle of where you want to be in Palermo. I cannot recommend highly enough.

It was right in the historic center of Palermo - we couldn't have asked for a better location. When the train strike prevented us from leaving, they were very helpful and found us a room for an additional night.

Francesca, our host, was very friendly and accommodating. The room was lovely, comfortable, and the location was exceptional… within walking distance to many sites. For an additional €20/day, we took advantage of valet parking. We would definitely stay here again!

Check in was around 15pm but we arrived around 10am to leave our bagage, but we were told our room already finished so we can check in earlier, it was such a nice surprise , and they even beought us tea and coffee, snacks etc, we didnt expect so much kindness and generosity, best reception we ever have got. Last day we also ciuld check iut two hours later which gave us time we needed. The hosts are most kind and lovely, my strongest recommendation yet. The location was best, close to everything, good restaurants and best ice cream place in palermo. I would recommend the room we had, it was the room next to the fridge. Only thing I noticed was difficulty getting hot water in shower, that should be checked by hosts, maybe was just my shower. All in all, Strongly recommended, you wont regret it.

Der er elendig lydisolering så du kan følge festen i gaden hele aftenen. Gardiner er dårlige og kan ikke lukkes helt til - og de skærmer ikke for lyset fra gadelampen lige udenfor - så værelserne er meget lyse også om natten. Og altanen kunne ikke bruge da dørene på vores to værelser ikke virkede.

Very convenient location in a high pedestrian activity area so we heard people out having fun. This is a unit in a suite of units within an apartment building. It feels like a small hotel room that opens into a common area with several tables & chairs, a refrigerator, microwave, supplies to make coffee & tea. We liked the firm bed, good water pressure in the shower, and our own small terrace.

Staff, accommodation and cleanliness were superb. The location was convenient to the historic center. If you are driving your own vehicle, as we did, the restrictions for pedestrian traffic make it difficult to navigate your car. The staff was very helpful in guiding us. Valet parking. No breakfast available, but a cafe across the street.

This hotel is perfectly centrally located in the Old Historic District. Minutes walking to all the historic sites and restaurants. The rooms are beautifully styled with modern bathrooms. Fantastic breakfast to start the day. Would stay here again.

It is not a hotel, more like a bed/ no breakfast, you are staying in an apartment set up in a mix apartment building. The apartment is share with a couple of rooms. The “living room” when you enter is quite stuffy and didn’t smell great. Room itself is fine, basic but clean. Even tho it does have a garage in the basement but I would not recommend to drive there, or they should have better direction. The area is pedestrian! Very hard to get to the street. Taxi stand is right outside. Location is great. In the middle of the centro storico .

We booked this on both location and reviews. Location was perfect, right in the middle of the old town. Upon arrival we found the reception on the third floor but there was no answer. We phoned the number on the confirmation email and spoke to Chiara who was there within minutes. Chiara was exceptionally helpful and gave us lots of useful information on nearby restaurants and bars. The room itself was as described and as pictured. Breakfast consisted of a HUGE croissant, bread rolls, a baked roll with cheese and Parma ham in the middle followed by a choice of eggs and / yoghurt, fresh fruit with coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice. All of which were good. Absolutely no complaints and would recommend.
