Location is prefect, I was only staying there for 1 night. Price is reasonable as it is during Easter holiday. Staff is very friendly, especially Pear and Argelie. I would recommend this hotel.

This is very much a "I just need somewhere just to sleep" hotel. The rooms are shall we say, compact but the bed otherwise was comfortable and there were minimal random noises (but as with any hotel your mileage may vary) The staff were attentive and friendly. The morning coffee and pastry was a nice touch as well. The location itself is very central and close to a lot of different restaurants. It's a fairly short walk from one of the stations to the hotel.

The first room we were offered stunk of damp so changed to a much nicer room. Still very small rooms. Ok for the money. The foyer smells of cigarettes but they provide free water, tea and there’s a microwave if you want to heat something up. Very central to where we needed to be.

Absolutely brilliant stay, the staff were incredible and so friendly. The complimentary pastry and hot chocolate in the morning were delicious. Massive thank you to the hotel manager who I spoke to on the phone and did our check in, his service is above and beyond. Can’t wait to stay again.

The property was very central to where we needed to be. The rooms are outdated and could do with a spruce especially to be competitive in that area. Bedding was comfortable enough. We could not program the TVs which pretty much rendered them useless. Travelling with an older parent he wanted to watch some TV when back in the room but he couldn’t. The staff did provide a bottle of wine and some chocolates but the TV would have been more useful. Staff were pleasant and check in and out was easy. Complimentary water was in the room. No parking available but there are options close by. Suitable for overnight.

Really helpful staff - top rated. We chose it because of the location and the room setting for our family of 4. Street car space was luckily available to unload luggages on arrival, and the several parking stations nearby to choose from, making it easy for us to park overnight. (We ended up parking on Meriton car park right around the corner on 30 seconds walk - warning though, they advertise $22 weekend rate but our credit card shows $44 for overnight) The second bedroom needed a mini closet or at least a nail on the wall to hang our clothes though. Place was very quiet in the middle of the buzzing city street on Saturday night!

Our room was very clean although a bit small. As the weather had been bad in Sydney, the foyer cannot be as clean as it can be. The staff was friendly and efficient. The hotel is at a very excellent location.

This hotel was really convenient to Town Hall and Central stations, and the light rail on George St, as well as buses from QVB, so it was great for public transport. Staff were polite and very helpful and the rooms was very clean and well appointed.

The shower in the bathroom had a leak in the floor pan, resulting in the carpet getting wet outside the bathroom. The doorframe into the bathroom was mouldy. The toilet was located in a tight corner, making it tricky to use. The bedroom was a bit on the small side, with access to the queen bed from only one side. The rooms had poor sound insulation, where it sounded like the adjoining building was a nightclub from my room - with music not ending until after midnight. In my friends room, she could hear other people showering and flushing the toilets. The staff were friendly, but that can only go so far.

Room was listed at around $400, discounted from $900+ My experience with the room was that it was very clean, but small, no natural light. Window faced a small dark air conditioning unit room of some kind? The staff were very friendly and helpful in my limited interaction with them. My score is based purely on the fact that I feel that this room is not worth $900 and the discount price feels like a false advertisement to lure in unsuspecting customers. Even $400 is a stretch but it's almost acceptable because of the location in Sydney CBD.

The room we got was nothing like the photos. Room did not have a window (fully internal room) so it felt dark and claustrophobic. Room was tiny - the bed was up against one wall and make it hard to get up for the 2nd person. Room so tiny you couldn't walk past each other.

When we arrived, the staff member serving us volunteered helpful information to another guest who had just arrived, but did not provide the same information to us. This felt inconsistent and unprofessional. The room itself is one of the smallest we have ever stayed in during our many years of travel. There is no space to place luggage, the wardrobe is extremely narrow with barely enough room to hang clothes, and there is no safe provided in the room. To make matters worse, water was seeping onto the bathroom floor and into the room. Staff had to use towels to soak up the water, which was inconvenient and unacceptable for a guest room.

The hotel’s location was very convenient — just a short walk from Town Hall Station, and easy to get to places like Chinatown and Darling Harbour. It was located at the corner of the main street where they were many dining options to choose from. Staff were friendly when approached and offered help readily. However, the room was a bit small as it was difficult to open 2 large luggages within the room. I had to open mind in the narrow corridor in the room. The design was also a bit dated. Otherwise, still a good stay in view of the location and price.

Fantastic location, really lovely and friendly staff and quiet rooms. The room had good Aircon and the shower was great. Very good price for the accomodation. Loads of places for breakfast nearby so need to do breakfast included. Not a romantic couples hotel but perfect for exploring Sydney. Next time we're in Sydney, we'll be booking here!

It was so awesome. We didn't have difficulty looking for a place to eat since we were surrounded by a lot of restaurants of different cuisines. There were Thai, Chinese, Indian, Vietnamese, Western , Latino, Italian & Mediterranean restaurants at affordable prices. We can walk around or use a tram going to Circular Quay to see the iconic Opera House. Hotel staff were polite and accomodating. The room was spacious for both of us and it was clean and tidy.

Facilities in the room were fine. The safe was small in size. If you have A4 documents, you'll need to fold them. Friendly staff too. Hotel is in a very good location. Near transport, eateries and shopping.

地下鉄の駅も近く、スーパーもレストランもすぐ近くにあり、最高のロケーション。部屋は少し狭くてスーツケースを開ける場所がなかったが、ベッドは大きく、とても快適なホテル。PCデスクがないので、PCを使う仕事の人には不向きかもしれないが、観光には最適。オーナーも従業員の方もとてもフレンドリーで、最終日に荷物も預かってくれました。また泊まりたい。
