No complaints for the price. Very basic but clean and quiet. Bathroom recently updated. Bed was a bit firm but not saggy. No coffee or even shampoo though.

Stayed 1 night

This was, without exaggeration, one of the most outrageously unprofessional hotel experiences I’ve ever had. After a long drive back from Chicago, I walked into a lobby with the door open and the “open” sign lit — and no one at the front desk. I rang the bell repeatedly and stood there wondering if anyone actually worked there. After getting nowhere, I contacted Expedia, and only after sitting in my car for over 30 minutes did someone finally appear. Instead of an apology or even basic courtesy, I was met with immediate hostility and told, “I don’t know where you got that price from,” despite having a confirmed reservation. The interaction felt combative, dismissive, and completely devoid of professionalism — as if helping a guest was some kind of burden. There was no ownership, no accountability, and absolutely no effort to resolve the situation respectfully. The room I was eventually given was difficult to locate and, in my opinion, far below reasonable cleanliness and maintenance standards. The entire experience felt chaotic, disorganized, and shockingly careless. When a business leaves guests waiting in an empty lobby, argues over confirmed bookings, and delivers rooms that don’t meet basic expectations, that’s not a bad night — that’s a systemic failure. Based solely on my experience, this place gave the impression that customer service and professionalism are not priorities. Travelers expecting even minimal standards should think very carefully before booking here.
