The location was perfect. Access was easy and I appreciate the security arrangements. The room was comfortable. The bathoom had a small shower-only stall. The staff was helpful. We used the laundry service which was reasonably priced and was delivered same day as promised. We also had breakfast twice which was very well priced and had a good variety of fresh food. Would recommend stay again. Elevator was available but was small (old building retrofit - totally understandable) so best for customers going up or dealing with luggage. We had a nice view of the street, which was quiet.

Enkelt hotell som ligger sentralt i Madrid. Frokost i nabobygget. Enkelt men litt trangt når vi skulle spise. Hotell med resepsjonen i 2. Etasje, helt ok med heis og trapper. Rommet var enkelt,rent og funksjonelt. Beste med hotellet var beliggenhet med gangavstand til det meste.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden - die Lage war super. Zwar zentral aber in einer Straße die nicht überlaufen war. Die Umgebug hat alles geboten und wir konnten fussläufig extrem viel erreichen. Frühstück war lecker aber der Frühstücksbereich war etwas klein, daher musste man bissle Geduld haben :)

Hôtel très bien situé à 15 mn à pieds des principaux centres intérêts, pas besoin du métro.Accueil au 2eme 24/24, pas au RDC personnels servibles. Chambre neuve, très propre. Mais travaux dans la journée car certaines chambres ne sont pas terminées. Petit dej Buffet et copieux, mais salle trop petite pour circuler librement , situé a côté de l'entrée de l immeuble, se rendre tôt ou tard pour pouvoir s assoir rapidement.

Café da manhã delicioso, e localização segura e muito perto de pontos turísticos. A infraestrutura do hotel é ruim, um elevador, muitas escadas, nada acessível para chegar de malas, elevador extremamente devagar, às vezes esperávamos 10 minutos para ele chegar. Pouca informação para chegar até a recepção, ficamos perdidos na rua com malas. O café da manhã eh ótimo, porém é fora do hotel, tem q ir no estabelecimento ao lado, o que não é nada cômodo, precisar ir pra rua para ter o café da manhã.

Accueil excellent, stationnent sécuritaire à proximité pour 25 euros par 24hre + 1,5oe par heure ensuite. Chambre impeccablement propre, air climatisée portative. Situation géographique parfaite pour visiter. Hōtel directement dans le centre-ville donc bien entendu, avec les avantages et inconvénients normaux qui viennent avec.

Wir haben das Hostal für einen Städtetrip nach Madrid für vier Nächte gebucht. Ausschlaggebend war vor allem die zentrale Lage. Bahnhaltestellen sind direkt um die Ecke und es gibt viele Geschäfte und Ausgehmöglichkeiten. Außerdem sind die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichbar. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Wir würden das Hostal auf jeden Fall wieder buchen und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Super bem localizado, perto de mercado e de vários pontos para fazer a pé. Muito limpo. Trocavam as toalhas até quando não era preciso. Café da manhã Bom, com horário estendido, porém sem variedade entre os dias. Para uma semana, foi enjoativo. Mas a qualidade era boa. Cama excelente, chuveiro também. Quarto e banheiro espaçosos. Só uma coisa nos incomodou: o som vindo do corredor causado pelos outros hóspedes andando e falando..fora isso, tudo muito bom. Voltaria e recomendo!

Peccato per la pulizia della stanza (un giorno non è stata rifatta) e c'era molta polvere. Buona la colazione anche se è necessario spostarsi nell'edificio adiacente. Personale della reception scortese e per niente disponibile.

Newly renovated, our small room was clean, had TV and Bar fridge, and a nice private bathroom and shower. The premium room also had an American King sized bed. The Hostel was very nicely located, close to 3 Metro stations and nearby to hundreds of shops and restaurants. We're returning to Madrid in 3 weeks and wanted to keep our options open as to where we stayed but we're gladly returning here.

Das Zimmer war von der gröse in Ordnung. Da wir leider das Zimmer direkt neben Rezeption hatten. War es manchmal sehr laut. Die Wände sind sehr dünn und man hörte die Personen von allen Seiten. Es lag aber sehr zentral und die Zimmer waren sauber. Trotz des lärms würde ich wieder das Hostel buchen

The location is perfect, can walk to the main must-see sites and museums. Staff very friendly and able to take care of issues very fast. Room very comfortable. Breakfast with menu for all type of people and the staff exceptionally professional and friendly. Only problems found: Walls are not that sound proof, so if you get noisy people in the next room, then sleeping becomes a little interesting. The hand shower is a little difficult to manage if you do not want to wet the bathroom floor because of the shape of the shower door. I will stay here again at any time. Recommendations: make the reservation directly with the hotel and always check for busy seasons to avoid highest price (there are many local festivities that attract nationals and tourists)

Awesome staff, from frontdesk to housekeeping. Very walkable and convenient location to explore cities. Just small problem, walls are thin that you can hear the other person chatting in the their room, and the room was little bit warm. But still I highly recommend, this hostal if you looking to stay in Madrid. Still my hostal of choice when i go back to Madrid.

Hôtel très bien mais une des chambres que j’avais loué avait été relouée par l’hôtel. Erreur de la part de l’hôtel qui ne nous a trouvé aucune solution de remplacement et aucun remboursement de la part d’hôtels.com !!! On a dû se débrouiller en pleine nuit et repayer une chambre ailleurs.

Tuvimos un problema con el check in del hostal ya que ponía que era a una hora cuando reserva y cuando llegue me dijeron otra. No hubiera pasado nada sino fuera por el trato de una de las recepcionistas que fue horrible nos habló súper mal, le daba igual lo que le estaba diciendo. Eso fue lo que hizo que fuera nefasto el trato. Aunque otra chica nos trato súper bien y nos dijo que podíamos ir a nuestra habitación.

Wir haben das Hostal für einen Städtetrip nach Madrid für vier Nächte gebucht. Ausschlaggebend war vor allem die zentrale Lage. Bahnhaltestellen sind direkt um die Ecke und es gibt viele Geschäfte und Ausgehmöglichkeiten. Außerdem sind die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichbar. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Wir würden das Hostal auf jeden Fall wieder buchen und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Hotel ubicato in posizione eccezionale, a due passi da Plaza Mayor e da Porta del Sol. Camere decorose, letti comodi, pulizia accettabile ma pareti troppo sottili; si sentono i vicini di stanza. Il plus dell’hotel è rappresentato dalla cortesia, disponibilità ed accoglienza del personale, nella persona di Andrea, ragazza sempre sorridente e professionale. Gentile anche il personale della sala colazione, posizionata accanto all’albergo. La colazione è varia ed abbondante, sia per il dolce sia per il salato. Nel complesso è stato un soggiorno ottimo.

The location was perfect. Access was easy and I appreciate the security arrangements. The room was comfortable. The bathoom had a small shower-only stall. The staff was helpful. We used the laundry service which was reasonably priced and was delivered same day as promised. We also had breakfast twice which was very well priced and had a good variety of fresh food. Would recommend stay again. Elevator was available but was small (old building retrofit - totally understandable) so best for customers going up or dealing with luggage. We had a nice view of the street, which was quiet.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden - die Lage war super. Zwar zentral aber in einer Straße die nicht überlaufen war. Die Umgebug hat alles geboten und wir konnten fussläufig extrem viel erreichen. Frühstück war lecker aber der Frühstücksbereich war etwas klein, daher musste man bissle Geduld haben :)

Hôtel très bien situé à 15 mn à pieds des principaux centres intérêts, pas besoin du métro.Accueil au 2eme 24/24, pas au RDC personnels servibles. Chambre neuve, très propre. Mais travaux dans la journée car certaines chambres ne sont pas terminées. Café da manhã delicioso, e localização segura e muito perto de pontos turísticos. A infraestrutura do hotel é ruim, um elevador, muitas escadas, nada acessível para chegar de malas, elevador extremamente devagar, às vezes esperávamos 10 minutos para ele chegar. Pouca informação para chegar até a recepção, ficamos perdidos na rua com malas. O café da manhã eh ótimo, porém é fora do hotel, tem q ir no estabelecimento ao lado, o que não é nada cômodo, precisar ir pra rua para ter o café da manhã.

Als Familie einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß mit vier einzelnen Betten. Sehr sauber. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Wobei der Frühstücksraum für die Größe des Hotel zu klein. Frühstück zu viert nur ganz früh oder spät möglich

We had a good stay here. Good breakfast & clean room. The location was perfect and all key attractions were in walking distance. However, it was quite noisy at night as our room was on the roadside. Soundproof doors for the balcony would have made the stay even more enjoyable.

The front desk staff here is absolutely terrible. In particular, the man who was working the morning of 31/05 and previous evenings was the most unhelpful hotel employee that I have ever encountered. He was rude to us after check-in, when we needed to switch rooms because all three rooms we booked had malfunctioning AC units. He was demanding and degrading us when we were offered new rooms (after 3 hours of waiting). On checkout morning, we asked for assistance in obtaining a taxi and he rudely said, "I don't do that." In what world does a front desk at a hotel not offer at least a phone number for a reputable taxi company, if not call them for their guests? 0/5 would never stay again
