Lovely colonial hotel in the centre of Merida with nice flair and great atmosphere Had a top floor room which was very quiet. (no lift, but you can request ground floor rooms) which was very spacious, had a kitchen and nice bath room. Very comfortable bed. Freshly cooked to order Mexican Breakfast, coffee, tea, juice and some fruit. Lovely small pool, great to chill a bit after a day of sightseeing. The front desk staff was really great and helpful. The hotel has some secure parking available (maybe 50 meters away). Walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants, not far from cathedral. Overall a great place to stay for a couple of days if you plan exploring Merida area. Would definitely stay here again.

Rooms were very clean and staff were very helpful and friendly. Water has plentiful and hot. Beds were comfortable. The included breakfast was good, but since it was it was made to order often took some time. Staff knew about the city and provided useful information, including printing maps, where appropriate. Very convenient location made it easy to walk to most areas of downtown. Only complaint was pool looked cloudy and not the cleanest, so we didn't use it despite the heat.

L hotel est idéalement situé. Tout peut se faire a pied. On apprécie le parking situé en face fermé et gardé. L hotel est une ancienne demeure coloniale. Le cadre est très joli. Les chambres sont simples mais confortables. Les lits de bonne qualité. Le menage est quotidien et les serviettes sont changées chaque jour. Le petit déjeuner est complet. À disposition café, eau citronnée, beurre, confiture et pain. Le petit déjeuner est complété par des fruits frais coupés et des gâteaux et un plat au menu (omelette, oeufs…). Gros bémol de l hotel la boite de nuit a ciel ouvert dans la rue qui incommode par une musique intempestive jusqu’à 4h du matin du jeudi au dimanche. Dormeurs legers s abstenir

La ubicación es excelente, hay estacionamiento, alberca, desayuno con platillo a elección muy rico. Quiero destacar la atención de Jimena, excelente atención en recepción. El único punto a mejorar son los baños de las habitaciones, les falta una remodelada.

The hotel is authentic, conveniently located near the Centro and very pleasant. The AC in the room worked great, the WiFi was fast and the free breakfasts were delicious. The service was also very good. If you have a car, free parking is conveniently located across the street in a secured lot. Hotel staff has to unlock the gate each time for entry and exit but the process was efficient and quick. The price point was good for this property. I would stay again.

Très joli hôtel, bien situé, et bien typique. Assez propre, bénéficiant d'un parking à 10 mètres de l'hôtel. La chambre familiale est très spacieuse et bien équipée, un frigo aurait été un plus. Les personnels sont très gentils et vraiment serviable en longueur de journée. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment appréciable. L'eau de la piscine est laiteuse à cause de la chaleur, nous n'avons pas pu en profiter. Mais nous y avons passé un très bon séjour et sommes très heureux d'avoir pu séjourner dans cet hôtel.

The hotel is in a beautiful traditional old house. The staff were super kind. But it needs maintenance; we booked two rooms for a night, and one of them had an old bathroom that didn´t look so clean. The other room let rain come in and wet the floor.

Great place! Location to restaurants, centro, markets excellent. Beautiful historic property. Room was newly remodeled. Breakfast and breakfast service wonderful! Only complaint was the room was never made up. After 2 days had to ask for tp, soap, shampoo, water, fresh towels.

Bed sheets were dirty with stains, asked for new ones and no one was available to change them. Had to change them myself, noticed the entire bed was full of hairs and more stains! Restroom wouldn’t flush, and mosquitos all around in the bedroom.

The room was so small and at the end of the property, needs maintainance and cleaning. The stairs was dirty and also the little pool. The amability of the people and breakfast were great. I would rather choose other better options for the same price.

Fabulous central location for this beautiful courtyard palatial property. Our room was just to the right of the reception and was massive. Israel at the reception was most helpful and polite. We were able to park our rental car at a secure car park across the road. Breakfast was adequate. Nice made to order eggs, and help yourself toast and coffee. Fruit plate was a bit sparse, but the rest was enjoyable.

The rooms look tired and need a fresh coat of paint. The rooms on the first level near pool and breakfast area are noisy. The room was too small and needed an extra counter space. The bathroom was clean but the shower had no water pressure and there’s no room for a towel in the bathroom! Avoid room 106 and 107 if possible.

Excelente el hecho de tener una piscina muy limpia y lista para refrescarse después de un largo y caluroso trayecto. Todo muy limpio. Lo que he echado de menos era una ventana en la habitación que tuviese luz natural. Por lo demás un 10. Como sugerencia estaría bien tener algún enchufe adicional y una pequeña nevera en la habitación.

A beautiful hacienda-style inside courtyard, parking available and close to Merida's central square. But those are the only positive points. Our room was very small for four people and looks larger on the photos. No windows that could be opened, only a small one covered with film, which made the room feel very stuffy. Rooms entrance directly via the courtyard and the old doors don't block noise from other guests arriving late or leaving early. Breakfast is very basic and very limited options, something to keep in mind. However, there are options nearby in the center for breakfast.

The hotel is lovely. Staff super friendly. Room is basic but clean. Hot breakfast outstanding. But the hotel is in a very busy street and even in inside rooms the cars and motorcycles noise kept you awake all night. However, other people in my party (we rented 2 rooms) didn’t seem bother.

Positives - very good location in the historic centre of Merida, short walk to a wide variety of restaurants, plazas and tourist attractions. - good shower with hot water anytime and good water pressure. Negatives - limited breakfast options for those who don't eat eggs, some more variety or cereal selection would have helped. - ground floor room was noisy so getting to sleep would be difficult at times, and room lacked natural light. - the suite was large but with very basic furnishings and the wardrobe and drawer chest couldn't be used. Overall rating, 3 out of 5. - accommodation is okay for a few nights, but Merida is a very easy city to walk around so one can stay somewhere nicer, a little further away and it wouldn't take too long to get into the centre of town

Excellently located just near the touristic Calle 60 and only 700 meter from Paseo del Montejo & Calle 47 with good dining options. Safe and clean, with outstanding service from Sara, the receptionist, that provided good tips about the surrounding area.

Price was right, hotel is older but it added to the charm. We were walking distance to anything you wanted to see or do in Centro Merida. Staff were so very friendly and helpful. Especially Israel at the front desk. We Did not use the pool. Breakfast was good with options available each morning . I would return on my next visit

L hotel est idéalement situé. Tout peut se faire a pied. On apprécie le parking situé en face fermé et gardé. L hotel est une ancienne demeure coloniale. Le cadre est très joli. Les chambres sont simples mais confortables. Les lits de bonne qualité. Le menage est quotidien et les serviettes sont changées chaque jour. Le petit déjeuner est complet. À disposition café, eau citronnée, beurre, confiture et pain. Le petit déjeuner est complété par des fruits frais coupés et des gâteaux et un plat au menu (omelette, oeufs…). Gros bémol de l hotel la boite de nuit a ciel ouvert dans la rue qui incommode par une musique intempestive jusqu’à 4h du matin du jeudi au dimanche. Dormeurs legers s abstenir

Muy buen hotel. Esta a 3 cuadras del centro por lo que esta suficientemente cerca para caminar y hacerte 5 minutos a la catedral y tambien esta lo suficientemente lejos del centro para que no te llegue ningun tipo de ruido de los espectáculos que dan en la noche en el centro. Muy recomendable!!

The included breakfast every morning was made to order and was very good. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The hotel was in a great location within a couple blocks of the Gran Plaza and Parque Santa Lucia. Within walking distance of so many wonderful restaurants, coffee shops, and bars.

Nice colonial property in the city center. Beds are comfy, good internet and netflix n prime service. 24 hour frontdesk, free parking in the same street. Breakfast is a la carte, but even though the hotel was fully booked, there was only one lady…. No glasses, no mugs for coffee, as she had to cook and clean. Sit an wait. This needs to be improved, maybe a small buffett with more options…

Rooms were very clean and staff were very helpful and friendly. Water has plentiful and hot. Beds were comfortable. The included breakfast was good, but since it was it was made to order often took some time. Staff knew about the city and provided useful information, including printing maps, where appropriate. Very convenient location made it easy to walk to most areas of downtown. Only complaint was pool looked cloudy and not the cleanest, so we didn't use it despite the heat.

A beautiful hacienda-style inside courtyard, parking available and close to Merida's central square. But those are the only positive points. Our room was very small for four people and looks larger on the photos. No windows that could be opened, only a small one covered with film, which made the room feel very stuffy. Rooms entrance directly via the courtyard and the old doors don't block noise from other guests arriving late or leaving early. Breakfast is very basic and very limited options, something to keep in mind. However, there are options nearby in the center for breakfast.

The location is great,right in the historique center of Merida. There is a parking included in front of the hotel and it is very convenient. The staff is 5 stars and very nice. It is an historique building and very nice looking but few issues for this reason. the rooms are non insonorised and you can hear the people on others rooms or in the pool patio , especially if your room is on the main floor. the matresses are super hard and it can be an issue for some people. The batroom are ok but could be more clean. The breafast is complementary are very basic but enought for europeen style.
