Staff was very friendly. At night, they're at the reception of the Hotel Monjas del Carmen, but it's literally one block away, so it was easy to contact them. The hotel is right on Plaza Nueva, where all the buses, taxis, tours, etc are. Very pleased.

It was a fantastic area for what we wanted to see in Granada. Parking was at a different hotel but just a block away so convenient but not ideal. The room was fine for what we needed and had a great view of the plaza. It was a little hectic getting to the area but it was mostly on us misunderatanding the instructions sent from the hotel as its in a reatricted area for driving.

Ideal location on Plaza Nueva where the road up to the Alhambra starts. The room was small but fully functional, with the easiest to use shower of any we've stayed at on this trip. Only downside: chair but no table. Staff (Pilar) was friendly and helpful. Parking available at hotel next door; requires negoting some hairpin turns down the garage ramp. All in all an enjoyable stay. Book your Alhambra tickets way in advance; we hadn't, and only got tickets through sheer luck.

The staff was super helpful. We had a car and had a hard time finding the parking and the woman at the reception desk (unfortunately I did not get her name) came out and walked down the sidewalk while we followed in the car to the parking garage. The garage was super tight and another woman guided us down the ramp into the garage so we didn’t hit any walls. I would not recommend anything but a small car, it is tight. The hotel was super clean and modern with a great location to everything. The street the hotel is on is the same road you take to the Alhambra. It is a steep walk but that is the case all over the city. Room was small by American standards but pretty normal for Europe. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. I would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our stay here. This hotel is REALLY convenient to the Alhambra and all walking areas of Granada. The hotel rooms were a little small but totally acceptable. Ours had a balcony overlooking the square which was very enjoyable. The elevator was very small but worked fine for three people. We used stairs mostly for descending which were clean and very nice. Overall a very nice hotel with parking arrangements with another hotel down the street. That garage was the absolutely tightest parking entrance and spot I've ever navigated in 35 years of driving - but pulled if off - woo hoo! The breakfast is at the same hotel as the parking about two blocks away and we decided not to partake in this as there were plenty of good bakery and food options in the neighborhood. Overall would definitely return for a stay as prices were very reasonable and location perfect.

When I arrived to my room, there was hair on the floor that wasn’t mine. The bathroom smelled quite bad. The AC didn’t work, and when I contacted them about it, they said they would send someone to fix it the following day. They did not. Overall, my stay was below average

A good little hotel. Clean small rooms, good AC, friendly service. A nice common terrace on the third floor (although, the plastic chairs on the terrace could be cleaned every now and then because our backs ended up smeared with white chalky residue after eating there.) Our room had a cute tiny balcony with a view on to a side street, towards an abandoned part of the building across the street, but the hotel's general location is amazing - it is close to everything (a bit far from the train station if you walk, but right in the middle of all major attractions). Our biggest complaints were the tiny size of the shower stall and the strong trashy smell in the hotel hallway on the second day. The shower stall was so small that my wife had to become a contortionist in order to shave her legs. The stall had no shelving for toiletries, so we had to stuff our things behind the pipes and behind the provided shampoo bottles, which resulted in items falling down while we were showering and required further contortions in order to retrieve them. Other than that, a very pleasant stay.

Nous étions logés en plein coeur de la vieille ville, à distance de marche de la Alhambra. Restaurants, bars et boutiques tout autour, et spectacles de flamenco à volonté. Un peu difficile de trouver le parking. L’hôtel est impeccable, très propre et pourvu d’un ascenseur. La chambre, quoique un peu petite, était très confortable et on y trouvait tout ce qui nous était nécessaire, la toilette et la douche! De plus, de grandes fenêtres donnant sur de petits balcons ont agrémenté notre séjour. Je donne 10 sur 10 à cet établissement.

This hotel was in a great location, right across from the Plaza Nuevo. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing we didn’t like was that the beds were very firm and not comfortable. Otherwise we loved it and would stay there again!

Great place to stay. The woman who worked the afternoon shift on the desk was very friendly and helpful. Hotel location is great -- an easy walk to Alhambra, and right in the thick of old town. Loads of interesting little shops, restaurants, etc. Nice balcony with the room overlooking a plaza, great to stand out and people watch. Getting to the hotel was a story, however, LOL! Our GPS tried to take us right through Old Town, extremely narrow, bendy, steep hill cobblestone roads and whatnot. The roads kept getting narrower and narrower. And narrower still. We finally reached a point where we literally did not think we could get through without risking damage to our rental car. The sign said the width was "1 meter, 8." Despite having an "economy" sized car, we chickened out because there was a sharp nearly hairpin turn as part of that narrow byway (with scrapes on walls from previous cars). So we had to backtrack uphill in reverse for a long distance. An adventure to be sure! This story has nothing to do with the hotel, but just sharing as a warning for future travelers. Don\'t let your GPS take through through Old Town. We finally found a way to bypass Old Town to a parking garage near Old Town named "Victoria Parking." Perfect. Hotel has a nice elevator. Good A/C. Very clean and comfortable room with two twin beds. Housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommend this lovely hotel in the heart of Old Town.

Awe enjoyed our stay and we were able to store our luggage and we were able to check in early. Property is cleaned and well maintained. Property is located walkable distance surrounded by most the attractions in area and restaurants. In future I will stay there again.

The location was perfect! We were in the heart of the city! Close to everything we wanted to see! The GranadaCathedral, la Alhambra, hop on hop off bus tours, the plaza, so many great restaurants and quaint local bars The rooms were cozy and the balcony view was spectacular!

Best part was how close to the Alhambra it was. Negatives - it was not a 3 min “walk” to the Alhambra. Maybe via taxi or the bus, on a good day. The parking & breakfast was not on-site. The toilet paper were tiny sheets like bar napkins, not a roll.

La habitación estaba bien, aunque le faltaba detalles del aseo como por ejemplo, los vasos del lavamanos estaban con pasta de dientes.
