We love to stay here for the proximity to 8th street. Love the jacuzzi and pool. Wish there was free coffee for guests like most hotels.

Very convenient and accessible. Did not like the difficulty of getting and maintaining internet connection . lack of television programming unless you sign in somewhere and use your own. My travel friend had no tv working at all but did receive minimal credit. I registered for 2 nights, Wed- Thur, Why was 2nd night $20 higher price. Probably will not repeat stay for the price of amenities offered

The rooms were very clean and updated, the best I’ve seen in a while. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We loved being right on the Main Street of town where shops and dining were just steps away. The outdoor balcony was a huge bonus, with a great view of downtown. The best part was swimming in the pool and sitting in the indoor/outdoor hot tub. I was surprised to see the pool area open until midnight, and we took advantage and had a late night swim. The only thing that would have made it better was a complimentary breakfast, although the cafe downstairs has options for purchase. Overall it was a great stay and I will be back in the future.

Great location. Comfortable spacious room, clean, quiet and easy parking. Only issue we had was we requested housekeeping (this was something they asked me at check in) but they never came. Not a huge a problem as the front desk staff were happy to replenish towels as there were only 2 towels provided that didn’t work for our family of 4. We have great experiences and wonderful food at both the bistro and the restaurant. We will definitely stay again when in the area.

By the way, scraping the snow off the windows of the cars is so nice!! Thank you! The staff was kind and helpful, the room was warm and clean. The location was fantastic! Walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. The restaurant at the hotel was fantastic as well! The food was delicious! Highly recommend this location.

Simple review, Paid for a room, upon check in was told that room wasn’t available. They wanted us to downgrade at our cost. I cussed the kid out at the desk, 2 minutes later they “found” the room I paid for was available. They simply wanted us to take a cheap room so they could book another guest into our more expensive room.

We absolutely loved this property and the staff was great! Spencer on the Night Shift charged a portable charging bank for me overnight because I did not have the right charging cord with me. The rooms are beautiful! The balcony was great. The location was wonderful, and Holland is beautiful! Watching the Memorial Day parade from our balcony was a bonus!
