Hotel is shared with Home2Suites. Welcoming front desk staff, clean/well kept hotel, pool was a little on the cold side but the family still had a great time. Solid breakfast, good parking and a mile away from shops/restaurants. Will definitely come back.

We stayed one night for our anniversary trip and very nice hotel, workers were very friendly and food was great,etc. I will say that I was mostly looking forward to my husband and I getting in heated pool for the evening but we got in and back out quickly,as it was way too cold and we couldn't handle it. Other than that,all was great and we will definitely stay again if back in area. Thank you and God bless!!

Nice free breakfast. Waffles, eggs, yogurt, sausage. Room was clean. They have gone to new "barn doors" on bathroom. Not a fan since I often travel with my grandchildren so not much privacy. Cookies and cocoa offered at the desk. Most of the staff was pleasant.

Hotel was great; room was great; amenities were great; customer service was lacking. It took 15 mins to check-in. There was only one person in front of me. The guy took a phone call (that didn’t bother me) but told them he swamped. I was the only other person in the lobby. After handing me my keys, he stared at me. I had to ask where my room, which doors to use, where the elevator was because and ge acted like I bothered him the whole time. No one was behind me. The Hot Chocolate bar looked very welcoming and a nice touch. But it was a mess, most things were empty, cookies were empty. It was 7 at night so no big food rush. He was just “swamped” helping two folks.

the breakfast buffet was out of waffle mix and milk. noone around to ask for supplies. asked for the room to be refreshed - make beds and fresh towels. was not done. The pool was cold. We had trouble with the room keys. Couldn't get into pool area. Couldn't get into the room on 2nd day. had to have keys reissued both times. will not stay here again. very disappointed.

Good location. Easy to get to and from Louisville east side dining and bourbon places. Loved that Hampton and Home2suites had combined facilities so I could access my peloton account for a workout. Was a pleasant surprise! Great experience. Breakfast was pretty good too. Thanks

Facility was as expected but found a wad of 3 or 4 dirty balled up towels under the bed near the head of the bed like someone had put them there on purpose. I asked for them to be removed and they were with a nice apology but still made me question the cleanliness. Also smelled of flowery cleaning supplies that were so strong, I could taste it.

The property and room was clean and quiet. Hand soap in the bathroom was provided in a pump bottle, so you didn’t have to waste a bar of soap. There is a bar of soap provided as well if you choose to use.

Key did not work at check in. That should of given us an indication of the hotel. Room is small. Bed is lumpy. Shower had mold. Only gave two towels so had to ask for towels each day. Breakfast was not eatable. Watery oatmeal, eggs were horrible. This place needs to be torn down.

Hotel was clean, spacious with areas for families to hang out inside and outside. Only complaint was we booked 2 queens and when we arrived in room the beds were double. It was the same with 3 other families that booked here through our group. Beds were small and uncomfortable. Otherwise property was fantastic.

This hotel has excellent hardware facilities and a good overall stay experience, but one of the male front desk staff members had a very poor attitude, even telling guests to shut up!

We had a unique situation. We drove in for a tournament but in the evening my son got sick. In the morning I explained to the man at the front desk and he was only concerned about us. Is my son ok? Do we need anything? Do we need any help? He never worried about the room. Of course the room was fine but under the circumstances he had no idea. He helped us check out early and made sure we had plenty of bags for the road. They were needed. Yuck. Great service is caring about the things really matter. Thank you.

The people at the front desk were helpful, the room was comfy and clean. Everything was stocked. Breakfast was fair but hot. I had a small billing issue which was resolved super fast. If you want a negative, I'd have to say the pillows were a little soft.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The desk clerk was nasty and dressed horrible. Won’t be staying there again. Charged for two nights, left after the first night. Desk clerk refused to check me out.

We were visited Louisville to go to the zoo, museum, and science center. The hotel was continently located about 15 minutes from each destination. The area around the hotel was nice and we felt very safe. Food was only a short drive to major chains like Olive Garden, Chilis, and fast food. The room was clean and all the shampoo bottles were full. The lobby had a pool table and cookies so my kids were thrilled. The breakfast was delicious with waffles, bacon, eggs, bagels, and fresh fruit.
