La ubicación está muy bien, ya que está cerca el malecón, el museo naval, el faro del bicentenario, la parroquia y te haces unos 30 minutos para ir a San Juan de Ulúa, etc. Algo a considerar es que el hotel no cuenta con estacionamiento y su internet no es muy bueno. En si, cumple con la función de tener una estación para llegar a descansar.

No respetaron mi reservacion e informaron que la habitación no estaba a mi nombre cuando la app aun marca la reservacion, además de que me ofrecian una habitación a un precio exagerado a como lo marca la app

no respetaron mi reservación, me dijeron que no les aparecía, a pesar de que yo llevaba la confirmación me negaron habitación, encima me dijeron que lo mismo pasó con otro cliente y que se puso pesado… pues como no… si no tienen seriedad.
