Mycket bra personal, supertrevliga och mycket hjälpsamma. Stort plus! Hotellet ligger väldigt nära flygplatsen, det går flyg över hela tiden. Det låter väldigt mycket. Erbjuds dock öronproppar från hotellet. Man vänjer sig även relativt fort. Väldigt fina men slitna byggnader, sämre underhåll på den privata poolen, vågade inte bada i den för det syntes ett lager fett ovanför vattnet, det var även grönt vatten. Mycket dåligt vattentryck i villan. Var mycket svårt att duscha rent tjockt hår. Bra högtalare i villan, fanns wifi och chromecast. Mycket stort privat område. Allmänna poolen var jättefin, snålt med solstolar dock. Men den underhölls dagligen. Frukosten helt okej. Goda varmrätter. Provade inte restaurangerna så har inget att säga om de. Relativt dyrt hotell, inte värt priset. Även annat var dyrt. En standard iskaffe för 110baht. Personalen höjde upplevelsen mycket! Mycket bra engagemang från de och de förtjänar mycket beröm för det.

Very cool resort, we enjoyed our night there. It's a quick 10-15min ride from the BKK airport, which is why we booked, awaiting an early AM flight the following day. Friendly, helpful staff... Nice restaurant, bar & pool area nearby the rooms. We would definitely stay here again in the future when/if we make it back to Bangkok 🇹🇭

Extremely spacious villa (which really creates an atmosphere of its own), with well-equipped with amenities, and a nice pool. Good food in nearby restaurant. Worth cautioning that due to close proximity to airport, there is a lot of noise from planes taking off. But it did not affect my sleep.

Meget spændende anderledes hotel. Ligger fantastisk lige ved siden af lufthavnen. Ideelt hvis man skal flyve på ydretidsspunkter Super sødt personale og fri lufthavnstransport. Vi fik god mad på stedet.

This is an amazing property! Huge villas with multiple rooms- study, hothouse bathroom with deep bath and shower, upstairs living room and patio. The opulence throughout the property is stunning. Great restaurant that draws people from all over the world. Top-notch service. 5 minutes from BKK. Yes, you can hear planes, but you forget about it quickly in such beautiful surroundings.

Staff couldn’t be more lovely or helpful , but the property is in dire need of an update . I booked for a long layover in BKK between flights . Restaurant was good , as were the spa services , however the gym was dusty, dirty and sparse . The pictures definitely are deceptive .

A uniquely creative resort that will fill you with awe. Staff are excellent and there is an onsite spa. We had a most excellent stay here and only 10 mins from BKK w/ hourly airport shuttle service.

The staff were very friendly. The room was clean. Transport to the airport was provided at no cost. The airport was only 10 minutes away. My only complaint was the loud planes taking off. They do provide you with ear plugs.

I stayed here two nights because it's very close to the airport. Room was interesting and relaxable. There was private pool in a garden...but we didn't try due to cold weather. If it's too hot to stand we can relax in the pool. Room was clean including bathroom but it's a little bit disapointed that garden was bit messy, butts, trash... Every three min airplane took off above our hotel, very noisy but got used to easily...it's a natural power of human...555

Although room was large and funky in design there was an oder of sewage that permeated the room. Originally choosing this hotel for its convenience to BKK hotel and photos/details provided on the website, we soon found out that planes were non stop all hours and the room had no sound insulation at all. We had an early departure from BKK and could not sleep at all even with hotel provided earplugs. All the floors in the room and bathroom were sloped significantly making it strange to walk on, shower, use the toilet and sink, etc. Absolutely bizarre. The front desk staff were pleasant but the waitstaff at the lake restaurant were the worst we had during our visit to Thailand. No smiles, energy, enthusiasm or interest in what they were doing at all. Couldn’t wait to leave the restaurant and the hotel.

One of the absolute best stays we had in Thailand! Everything was sublime! We will gladly come back again! Only drawback really, is that the Hotels.com app gives the information that the superior-villa, in which we stayed, has a private pool. It did not! It had a private jacuzzi though. We were very satisfied with the shared pool at Ammata Lanta though. Nonetheless, despite our general satisfaction of the hotel and the very friendly, helpful and professional staff, it doesn't change the fact that I have ordered and paid for a private pool that isn’t there! I urge you to get this misinformation corrected asap! It's really a pity with such an error in information, when the resort in it self is such a lovely, luxurious place to stay!

Stunning resort, it is quite quiet but that is because there are not many villas on such a large plot but it’s an amazing place. It is by the airport which is why we booked it and extremely convenient. Very helpful and polite staff. Unusual and quirky villas, our villa was on a slight incline which felt a bit strange but it could have just been ours!

All staff were friendly, helpful and smiling at all times. Foods were great. The pools were amazing. The room was huge and clean. However, only one little issue for us was that the room did not have many electric dockets to charge our device.

We enjoyed our stay, but the wifi was in and out our whole one-night visit. The staff was responsive and worked to fix the issue, but it took most of the evening to get it resolved. Very neat place though!

The owner invested a lot of money in this resort and it’s unique and very well done, my compliments. He should also invest in a good managment of the hotel and restaurant, everybody is asleep and not really interested or capable. O yes, you have to enjoy the start of every Jet leaving the airport, it’s really noisy, so max 2 days in this resort is enough.

This staff is really nice and make all the can to help customers. Th air conditioning was not working in the living room.we noticed it late because we just arrive and go to the city to visit the city center. So due to the timing they upgrade us to a superior villa with private pool. My wife arrive and the forgot a bag in the taxi so they make all they can by watching the cctv camera to identify the taxi number to help us to find her bag. This team is very nice and engaged in their mission and treat all the customers as perfect as possible… The complex is also really wonderfull, with its on particularity design, art decoration as well as historic one. We really suggest this hotel and also suggest for customer to stay longer than our stay.

Although room was large and funky in design there was an oder of sewage that permeated the room. Originally choosing this hotel for its convenience to BKK hotel and photos/details provided on the website, we soon found out that planes were non stop all hours and the room had no sound insulation at all. We had an early departure from BKK and could not sleep at all even with hotel provided earplugs. All the floors in the room and bathroom were sloped significantly making it strange to walk on, shower, use the toilet and sink, etc. Absolutely bizarre. The front desk staff were pleasant but the waitstaff at the lake restaurant were the worst we had during our visit to Thailand. No smiles, energy, enthusiasm or interest in what they were doing at all. Couldn’t wait to leave the restaurant and the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay, but the wifi was in and out our whole one-night visit. The staff was responsive and worked to fix the issue, but it took most of the evening to get it resolved. Very neat place though!

This hotel was definitely one of the weirdest I stayed at. The villas were huge and very interesting and the pool was excellent to spent time at during our pre-departure day. It felt abandoned though and we saw very few people. There is nothing to do outside of the compound so I don't recommend this for your stay in Bangkok. It was ideal for one night stay before our departure as it is very close to the airport. It's filled with quirky art which I enjoyed checking out. We got a bargain on the room, nothing like the prices mentioned in the article when the resort was first open in 2016. I would stay again if traveling with others but not as a solo traveller.

Very cool resort, we enjoyed our night there. It's a quick 10-15min ride from the BKK airport, which is why we booked, awaiting an early AM flight the following day. Friendly, helpful staff... Nice restaurant, bar & pool area nearby the rooms. We would definitely stay here again in the future when/if we make it back to Bangkok 🇹🇭

Pros: close to the airport, friendly staff, beautiful facility. Cons: close to the airport, planes flying over can be loud, the distance from Bangkok requires a one hour ride, you need to plan accordingly. Breakfast buffet has nice selections, the only downside is the food is usually cold. Easily remedied, the cook staff need to keep the lids closed on the food to keep it hot. It doesn’t need to be displayed. Even though it’s far from any activities from Bangkok, I would goto this resort again. It’s worth the money spent.

The property appears quite outdated and in need of significant renovations. Our room had an unusual layout (floor was tilted), making it difficult (almost dangerous ) to move around comfortably and safely. Additionally, the breakfast offerings were below expectations and did not meet our needs. While the location is convenient for travelers, I would recommend looking into other accommodations to ensure a more pleasant and comfortable stay.
