As soon as we walked in the property they made sure we were welcomed with a refreshing drink. We arrived at 11am and our room was ready with a beautiful welcome note for anniversary. Alejandro our server at the beach was always so attentive and went above and beyond to make our day pleasant. The breakfast that is included with the stay was full of pastries, fruit, appetizer and an entree. The staff at the beach, restaurant and lobby were always asking us what we needed. We went with our 10 month old baby and 4 year old daughter and they loved the pool, beach chairs, and all the art throughout the property. For sure it was an unique boutique hotel!! Will definitely recommend it to all our friends and family and will come back soon

We have stayed here for 1 day and we enjoyed it, beautiful design, a lot of art, great pool, nice breakfast. Loved the experience and I would return Just some minor things I disliked like the mold smell from the room (comes from the humidity and it’s very common in Tulum hotels) And the fact that there was no water running at all after 11 pm, wanted to take a shower, brush my teeth etc and I couldn’t. Also the fact that I was charged 220 pesos for the breakfast tips. It’s the first hotel where this happens

AMAZING property with even better staff. Would recommend. Beaches were beautiful, spa had a cold plunge, sauna, steam and jacuzzi that we utilized everyday. Staff was super friendly and attentive. Shops and restaurants surround the area making it a great location. Hope to be back some day!

The hotel was really nice, and the beach area was the best of tulum. The front desk was also amazing to us and the whatsapping was so convenient. The only hiccups we had were that breakfast took over an hour to come to our table, while other tables received there’s first even though they arrived way after us. Also, the beach service was slow on the second day. Otherwise we’ll be back and we can’t wait for the return!

I loved the friendliness of the staff. We celebrated our 1 year olds birthday here and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. The resort was always clean and well taken care of. The food was prepared well and tasty. Artwork was amazing. Very nice place!

We enjoyed our stay in Casa Malca , the hotel is clean and relaxing , the only thing to mention is the food in the hotel , it's really EXPENSIVE and the taste is just OK. But we had lunch and dinner at the hotel next to for half of the price and amazing food .

My 6 night stay was ok. I didn't love the hotel and found things to be cheap and tacky. It also smells of mold because they have all these old furnishings and rugs everywhere. The AC unit in my room, 203 smelled of mold. The water on the first day also taste like mold. The beach is nice and the breakfast was very good. They have a nice spa area that you can use for a fee and i had an experience of the lights being turned off on me and then a lame explanation from management like i was a child and didn't know how spa services go. I wouldn't stay again and i wouldn't pay as much as they charge to stay here.

Unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations, especially considering the price point. Housekeeping was not properly carried out. Only the bed linens were changed; the trash was not collected, and the floors were covered with hair, which was quite disappointing in terms of cleanliness. There was only one restaurant open during our stay, and this was not communicated clearly at check-in. We were told that we would be contacted and our phone number was taken, but we were never reached. Although this was our honeymoon, no small gesture or acknowledgment was made, which we found disappointing. Overall, the hotel feels extremely overpriced for what it offers. The room was dark, poorly ventilated, and had an unpleasant smell, making it uncomfortable to stay in for long periods. Service was also inconsistent. Unless a tip was given, it was very difficult to find a waiter, and on some occasions, orders took hours to arrive or never arrived at all. The menu was very limited as well. Overall, this was a very unusual experience, and unfortunately, it did not feel worthy of a destination as special as Tulum.

Rooms are very spacious and clean. Hotel is nice but very quiet, absolutely no vibe. Food is good at breakfast but the service is TERRIBLE…. Very slow. Second time at the hotel… most likely the last time.

Unfortunately, our experience did not meet expectations, especially considering the price point. Housekeeping was not properly carried out. Only the bed linens were changed; the trash was not collected, and the floors were covered with hair, which was quite disappointing in terms of cleanliness. Our stay was amazing, and everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The place was absolutely beautiful. A big thank you to Luis for the stunning photos and showing us around, and to Alejandro for the thoughtful birthday cake. The team at the restaurant made breakfast a wonderful experience, with outstanding service every day. We’re truly grateful for everything!

AMAZING property with even better staff. Would recommend. Beaches were beautiful, spa had a cold plunge, sauna, steam and jacuzzi that we utilized everyday. Staff was super friendly and attentive. Shops and restaurants surround the area making it a great location. Hope to be back some day!

The only hiccups we had were that breakfast took over an hour to come to our table, while other tables received there’s first even though they arrived way after us. Also, the beach service was slow on the second day. Otherwise we’ll be back and we can’t wait for the return!

I love it! But…………… it’s at the end of the strip, so it’s a longer walk to get to the center. Taxi drivers are everywhere, but they over charge tourists these crazy prices.

We enjoyed our stay in Casa Malca , the hotel is clean and relaxing , the only thing to mention is the food in the hotel , it's really EXPENSIVE and the taste is just OK. But we had lunch and dinner at the hotel next to for half of the price and amazing food .
