Easy access and parking at the property. Rooms were very clean and in excellent shape! Would have been 5 stars across for me but the front desk stayed on a call for a little over 5 minutes while I was waiting to check in. Normally not a big deal but manager came out and still was not asked if I needed anything. Went on and on about the options in the area with another customer on phone then seemed irritated after hanging up and checking me in.

Overall would recommend. Hotel was nice, staff (minus bistro area) were nice, comfortable, had good cookies. Only issue was your by the highway so you can hear the cars. They did provide earplugs though. My husband left his AirPods and the hotel actually got them back to us which was a first! Normally you would call asking and I feel like the answer is always default no nothing was found in the room. So that was highly appreciated!

It looked great, and clean. The pool said it closed at 9, but people were still out there and we could hear them most of the night. The next evening, we went to the pool and the people there were doing drugs, so we left. Just wish hotel was better monitored because it was nice.

Excellent stay, very accommodating. Friendly staff, comfortable beds, amazing shower . The two things : bread easy very expensive two bagels and cup regular coffee black was $19. Next was the pool wasn’t working. Other than that I highly recommend staying there.

We were pleasantly surprised at how clean the property was. Everything was spotless from the lobby to the elevators, hallways, public restroom and rooms. Rate was reasonable and our room was super clean. Nice touch with the flavored water dispenser in the lobby for guests. Check-in staff were very friendly and helpful as well. We would stay here again.

Property was nice outside and inside. Clean, well kept, up to date, smelled really good!! Bed was comfy. Rooms are spacious and clean!! Room rates were really good and worth every penny spent.. Food and shopping within walking distance, and plenty of shopping nearby within a mile. Staff was polite, easy and quick check in. We’ll definitely stay again whenever we’re in town!

Cleanliness is a huge thing for me, especially with being a parent. The bed sheets were in horrible condition. Stained with spots and dirt. I called housekeeping to receive new sheets, however they never arrived. The staff should always make sure that the bedding is clean.

Was given a room directly off the elevators. Asked the desk if there was another room available. Was told the hotel was booked to over capacity and that while not everyone had checked in yet if I changed rooms it would more than double my rate. Room faced the freeway and it was EXTREAMLY loud overnight and especially early mornings. No need for an alarm clock as the increase in traffic would wake you.

Somewhat walkable. There is a walking path that goes under the highway, which will allow you to walk to some restaurants and pubs. The room's temp control pad was glitching out. I think it needed a new battery.

Love this hotel. When we come to Dallas this is where we try to stay. Only complaint was tv stopped working and felt kinda dismissed when we called about it but I still will continue it to come here because of the clean rooms, comfy beds and safe environment

Since we got to the hotel the room above us was stomping and making noise. We came back to our room after being out and still they were stomping around. We called the front desk and they said the room above us was having a party. We ended up having to pack our stuff back up and move rooms in the middle of the night. Never heard of a hotel allowing a party in a room. Front desk was upset we complained about the noise.

Internet did not work. Response to resolve was slow and not much support there. Had a meeting to attend via call but could not do it properly due to lack of internet access. The dining options in the hotel was not good and the food was below average. But the staff in general were very cordial and supportive.

Me and my family went on a road trip for 9 days and hit 7 different states. We stayed in 3 hotels ( we had family we stayed with as well) and this was hands down the best of the 3 hotels. Rooms had plenty of room for me, my husband and two teenage boys. It was very clean as well. You couldn’t hear outside noise or noise in the hallway which was a plus. Beds and pillows were comfortable and desk clerk handed us all water bottles when we checked it. Breakfast was not included but you could purchase meals and Starbucks coffee. The price for coffee was reasonable but food was a tad bit pricy ( but what isn’t ) hotel is in a good spot with plenty of shops and restaurants. This will be our hotel, when we are in the Dallas area again! Thanks Courtyard, you understood the assignment !!!

Great staff, great food, and incredible atmosphere. It's conveniently located right off the highway with on site food & bev. The Suite was terrific with all new furniture and a large TV. Very clean and very upscale for the price.
