The location is a 5-minute drive to the airport , some cafes , 7-11, and pharmacy shops around. They offered the pool access room and free airport transfer to me, which are great. The room is small, but everything is fine. The pool is big enough, but mostly part of it is without any sunshine. It would be a great choice as a budget hotel.

Our stay at Sugar Marina Aviator was fantastic. The service was amazing, everyone there was very attentive and friendly. The housekeepers were also attentive. There's plenty of places to eat along the main stretch there, with at least 3 7-11's within walking distance. The pool was nice, very quiet. Would definitely stay here again! We didn't hear the planes landing or taking off, even though we were close to the airport. The little balcony gave us a nice view of the mountains and sunrise. Just know that Paying beach is about 40 mins without traffic if you want to go in that direction, so plan accordingly.

Good clean and convenient option at a great price. Located super close to the airport so great for night’s stay after flying in or before flying out. Lots of shops and food options around. Breakfast was ok… eggs, bacon, sausages, toast, cereals, and a few local Thai dishes. Free machine made coffee or small cafe option on site for paid coffees. Pool was just right for a refreshing cool down.

Incredibly dirty and unsanitary. Chunks of blood were caked on the headboard. Staff promptly cleaned it at my request, but it was disturbing that their cleaning staff chose to ignore it when making up the room for our stay as it was very easy and obvious to see. Toothpaste and brown water stains all over the bathroom walls from previous guests. The shower stank of urine and was also splattered with brown stains.

Personalen var snälla och tillmötesgående. Vår sänggavel hade lite fläckar på sig och golvet hade lite smuts, men detta var inget som påverkade oss negativt. Frukosten var god. Vi stannade här en natt för att ladda batterierna efter vår långa flygresa innan vi bar oss av mot vårt huvudsakliga hotell. Vi tyckte det var mysigt. Jag gillade verkligen inredningen med flygtema. This hotel is fine for a layover for a flight. By North American standards it is not a clean hotel. The bed linens appeared to be clean and the pool is fine. Everything else is not very clean. I would stay again do to location to the Phuket airport ONLY.

Hotel looks like it needs some renovations. Seems dirty. They started hamering and renovating the room next to me quite early at 8am. There was a weird wire hanging out of the AC unit. Doors are wide open to lobby with no AC. Pool was nice. Restaurant food was not very good. I would not stay again.

Stayed 1 night after a long flight. All staff were really helpful and friendly, room clean and nicely decorated. A few imperfections in the room (stains on headboard and curtains), but otherwise it had everything you needed. Big comfy bed. Lovely stay.

Good but rooms look old fashion, close to airport is a plus . Lots of great places to eat for cheap.Hana Bryani is a great place to eat for breakfast/ lunch or dinner. Street food place to the right of the westside 7 eleven has very good fried chicken or wings.

Everything was great but the rooms are not sound proof and the room next to us was incredibly loud. Obviously not the hotels fault but do wish the walls were thicker so we wouldn’t hear every single conversation they had at 12:00am.

Hotel is a 5 minute drive from the airport. The wifi did not work the entire time we stayed there. We even got a room change because the wifi was down in our old room but that didn’t make the situation better. Definitely worth paying for the breakfast before hand. Easy to walk around and find good local eats. Great spots for spas we walked to.

Lied about dining options. As a vegetarian I booked because it was close to airport and dining options. There were only 2 vegetarian meals available. Staff is rude and receptionist made face when I asked for a second key, which did not work. There is NO reason to stay at this hotel. Go straight to patong or touristy places and take a cab.

Place was better than expected, staff very helpful and friendly. Only issue was getting there from the airport, the place made no options available so we used the airport shuttle, who charged us 600bht. When we got there, they told us it shouldn’t have cost more than 250, so getting ripped off as you arrive is not the best feeling. It would be nice if the hotel provided some guidance or information about which app to use before you arrived.

We usually stay at Phuket Airport but always at the Airport Resort & Spa. They always pickup from the airport. Although much more expensive, we booked the Aviator as it also indicated a free airport pickup and the room has an adjoining pool. We emailed this hotel the day we made the booking and again 2 days out from our arrival, all through Hotels.com, advising our flight details. The hotel never responded. Infact they never intended to supply the airport pickup service. After 1 hr wandering around looking for our name, and a phone call, we paid for the local taxi service. This hotel fraudulently offers a service on the Hotels.com website which they don't even advise that or provide and deliberately did not respond to the emails. They should be avoided as it is terrible being let down at the airport after a late night arrival.

I had high expectations for this hotel. It was beautifully decorated. My vibe. Hard metals against leathers. Loved it. Beds were soft and large. Very close to the airport. Here’s my disappointment about the hotel. I saw small blood stains on the walls in my bathroom. I called it in and they wiped it with a towel. No chemicals. Just a towel. My American standards of cleaning I found this hard to watch. Then I notice the unfinished bathroom title. It took the high standards of this hotel and dropped it low. I definitely still would highly recommend this hotel. Customer service was great. Buffet was so good.

The property had and aviation theme which we liked alot. Very modern rooms,well appointed nice shower/toilet wash basin area. Beds very large and comfy. Pillows very comfy also. Plenty of plug sockets which take UK plus without adaptors. No USB ports yet, so you will need to take phone chargers. WiFi was good didnt seem to drop out and gave a good signal throughout the hotel. Shuttle which is free to the Naiyang beach. Shuttle/taxi to and from airport 250bht each way. Which is well worth it. Hotel close to airport which we liked. I could see aircrfat taking off from my room on 5th floor which was good also. Breakfast buffet was very good nice selection of continental/Thai food. The Midway resturant was good also ate there once to try it out no complaints. The staff were very friendly and helpful, a special mention to the gentleman called Arm. I gave this hotel a good rating as it met all my expectations and more.

À proximité de l aéroport et de la plage. Très belle piscine. Le déjeuner au restaurant de l hôtel est excellent. La chambre est confortable. Le décor de l hôte au complet est incroyable sur l aviation.
