Me encanta la atención del personal en recepción muy atentos. El hotel esta hermoso y la habitacion super limpia y comoda. La alberca y el sauna estan equipados para cualquier epoca del año. El buffet la joya de la corona, lastima que en esta ocasión no tuvimos buenaatención por parte de la mesera

The reception staff are not welcoming in the least —borderline rude. The men’s side of the fitness area is absolutely disgusting —it had a rotten smell that was unbearable; the steam room did not work, the sauna barely does, towels are rare or nonexistent, no one to hand out the keys to the lockers. The rooms are nice but the hotel does not offer even ONE bottle of water when one arrives. This place is in desperate need of a MAJOR overhaul. I’d give it three stars and that is being overly generous!

The location is the best part. The confort of the room, cleanliness & overall the whole stay was amazing. Only 2 elevators were working and made it slow to go up and down, but it is always a great option

Carpet is old, dirty and smells, the shower would take life to drain, staff wasn’t very helpful and since they host parties such as weddings and XVs you can hear the music through the balcony door until late. Due to this as well, parking was always full so we had to park in the lowest level which could only be reached by stairs, no elevator available there. We paid extra to get a superior room with a balcony and got a unit with a roof view, so not worth the extra cost. Overall we wouldn’t bother staying here again.

Tengo algunos años hospedandome en este hotel. Me ha parecido una buena opción de ubicación e instalaciones, sin embargo en esta ulitma estancia despues de 6 meses de no venir las cosas han cambiado. El servicio y la limpieza han demeritado. La habitación que me dieron en una reservación previa el baño tenia un mal olor a drenaje. Solicite toalla adicional y se tardan horas en atenderte incluso al día siguiente. Solo te dicen que ya van para allá y no llegan. Mi segunda estancia, aparte de que el baño tambien olia mal, que tambien se piedieron toallas de mano que no había y tardaron horas, lo que más nos disgustó fue que salio una cucaracha en una de las camas. Esto es reflejo de falta de limpieza y control de plagas. Inmediatamente hablamos a recepción, nos dijeron que mandarían de inmediato a alguien para limpiar y cambiar sábanas. Despues de 3 llamadas y 1 hora y media solicité un cambio de habitación. Finalmente llegó la persona con la llave para otra habitación a 2 puertas de la actual. Hasta este ultimo cambio finalmente ya no sucedió otro evento. Creo que lo único que si mantiene su nivel de servicio y atención en el hotel es el equipo de bell boys.

Los cuartos están descuidados, las toallas roídas y maltratadas, mi cuarto tenía fuga en el wc y el lavabo tapado, no te ponen vasos, la pintura de la habitación en mal estado, las puertas descarapeladas. Los pasillos con unas persianas que nunca abren y están en muy mal estado, al igual que las alfombras muy sucias. Es un hotel muy grande que en las fotos da la impresión de estar muy bonito y en realidad está descuidado y maltratado. Pedimos una noche room service que tardó mucho y el club sandwich feo.

리셉션 직원은 친절히 빠르게 일처리를 해주었습니다. 방 문이 좀 오래되서 그런지 뻑뻑해서 열고 닫기가 조금 어려웠습니다. 샤워실 배수가 조금 느려서 샤워후 바로 물이 싹 빠지진 않지만 조금 지나면 다 빠지긴 하더군요. 방은 편하고 깨끗했으며 인터넷도 좋아서 아이 줌 수업을 문제없이 할수 있었어요. 아침식사는 맛있었고 커피는 조금 산미가 있네요. 이번에도 편하게 잘 쉬고 왔습니다.

La habitación se ve ya medio vieja, hay detalles que ya necesitan mantenimiento y remodelación. Pero en general bien. El primer día no había toallas de baño y el segundo nada más dos y éramos 4 en la habitación. Mucho ruido hasta las 10 de la noche por un evento en el jardín del hotel. Molesto porque íbamos con niños chiquitos que no podían dormir por eso. El bufet de desayuno muy rico y el personal muy amable. Si recomiendo el hotel solo si estén conscientes que es un hotel viejo con detalles que hacen falta de remodelar.

El personal excelente, la limpieza igual pero honestamente las camas de las habitaciones no me gustaron demasiado suaves incluso si te volteas de lado brinca demasiado, los colchones son antiguos incluso podría decir que es incómodo dormir 🙁 te sientas en la cama y brinca demasiado !!!

El jacuzzi estaba fría el agua ya el siguiente día si estaba caliente, quise pedir un refresco a la habitación y me dijeron que se tardaría 45 min de me hizo mucho tiempo para un simple refresco, otra cosa la tele no puedes ver nada no tiene aplicaciones para Netflix Disney etc, los canales que estaban son muy pocos y batallé bastante para ponerlos muy lenta la tele tenía una idea de que el frigobar tendría bebidas y no, solo colocan una simple agua en el baño deberían ser dos

Todo super bien, muy bonito el lugar, muy a gusto, el personal de lo mejor, lo único fue que el chico recepcionista que me atendió al hacer check in, fue descortés y payaso, pero de ahí en mas todo el personal adjunto excelente

No me gustó que tardaron demasiado en asignarnos la habitación.... Le dije a la Chica del Check in, que si no había otra persona que también nos asistiera pero con una contestación muy déspota nos dijo que tendríamos q esperar y fue muy tardado....su compañero q después de digno a atendernos primero salió vestido con una camiseta del Monterrey, después fue a cambiarse,.. creo era más importante el juego que su trabajo.... NO LE IMPORTABA NADIE... SOLO EL JUEGO DE FUTBOL

Todo muy bien solo no me gusto la atención y formas de la persona de recepción ya que mi esposa fue ha realizar el check in, mientras ya me estacionaba y eso que llevaba mi identificación y aun asi obligo a que yo tuviera que bajarme de la camioneta ( en ningún hotel habíamos tenido ese problema), aparte yo hize mi reservacion con la opcion que incluia el desayuno , pero le pregunte a ella para confirmar y me dijo que "no le aparecia" que tenia el deayuno , lo cual era incorrecto. Por lo demas muy bien las instalaciones y demas personal muy atento

Marcaron al cuarto 3:42 de la mañana y me dijeron que para ver si todo estaba bien con la estancia. No sé si fue una especie de broma por parte del personal, solo nos despertaron y asustaron y ya no pudimos dormir. En recepción me dijeron que me iban a enviar un correo ofreciendo disculpas y ver que había pasado; el cual NUNCA llegó. Pésimo.

Hotel a cruce de calle de Plaza Fiesta San Agustín, puedes llegar atravesando esta plaza al área de Fashion Drive donde hay varios opciones para comer y tiendas de ropa Les hace falta mantenimiento a las habitaciones y limpieza a las alfombras de los pasillos, sin embargo las camas son cómodas y su personal es amable El buffet para comer (después de la 1 p.m.) tienes 2x1 entre semana y está rica la comida Esta bien ubicado en la zona de San Pedro y es una zona segura

The location is the best part. The confort of the room, cleanliness & overall the whole stay was amazing. Only 2 elevators were working and made it slow to go up and down, but it is always a great option

La comida no es buena ni el acceso a ella , de desayuno el bufete está carísimo y no está rico y si pides a la carta te dicen que se tardarán mucho tiempo. En mi habitación la puerta del baño no cerraba y habia muy mala iluminación . Las personas que atienden sobre todo afuera son excelentes! Pendientes de los Uber que llegaban y de la atención hacia nosotros.

La comida no es buena ni el acceso a ella , de desayuno el bufete está carísimo y no está rico y si pides a la carta te dicen que se tardarán mucho tiempo. Extremely dated, old, dirty and not maintained hotel. The photos are deceiving as to what you actually will be getting. Check-in required a very unusual request of making a copy of my child’s passport and filling out information on my child. We have never been asked to do this ever at a hotel. Our hotel room had a very dirty floor, the couch was old, the bed had a stain, the towel holder broke when we placed a towel on it. The pool had stagnant water and was not clean. The floor at the pool area was broken and the elevators had one updated elevator and the other older elevators were old and smelled. We left within the same hour of checking in. We could not stay in a hotel like this.
