The view is besutiful, Jesus was very responsive and helpful, and the room was clean (when house keeping bothered to show up). The hotel is selling and will be closed after this tourist season, condos will be built in its place. Its very obvious that the owners, which live nextdoor, are no longer commited to providing quality service.

Air conditioning barely worked, no food/drink credit, no bottles of water in room after first night, tried to reach local management but never received a response. High prices for non premium location, food, or accommodations.

View and pool were great. Bring mosquito repellent and water as both are needed. Easy walk to beach and long walk to the town. The place is run down and in need of updates and remodeling (currently under construction).
