Clean and functional airport hotel. Does the job. There is no restaurant or bar in the hotel. Neighboring hotel (5min walk) has nice restaurant bar. Shuttle service from airport was straightforward. its on a 30 min cycle .

Decent hotel in the airport area that offers parking. They also provide free breakfast, but not before 6am. If you're leaving earlier than that, you just get a greasy muffin. Gym is ok, not a ton of weight equipment, only cardio.

Could definitely be cleaner. A lot of dust. Rooms can use an update but other wise decent stay. They only clean the rooms every 3 days so that’s probably why there’s a lot of dust in the building

We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathroom. The floor was quite dirty and felt sticky on our bare feet. My daughter dropped some lotion on the floor and went to wipe it up and the dirt that come off the floor when she wiped it was absolutely disgusting. The carpet was also sticky and felt unclean. We had to leave our shoes and slippers on all the time. My white socks were brown after the first hour in the room. They were new white socks! Bedding appeared clean and bed was comfortable. There was a blanket on the bottom that was gritty tho. The hotel itself seemed clean. Pleasant staff.

The rooms are fine, standard, typical, nothing special. Something I found particularly shocking is the fact that this hotel does not clean your room daily, and they only come to fix beds and change towels after 3 nights and all with the excuse of claiming this promotes them being “eco-friendly” when in reality it is likely to cut costs and corners on the staff they employ to clean. Furthermore, I found it highly distasteful charging $1 for coffee. Other hotels I’ve been to in calgary give premium coffee for free, but this one average one you have to pay for. Breakfast is average, the same is served everyday and they ran out of plates, cups, mugs and cutlery very quickly. Another factor that cheapened the experience is the room coming equipped with “smart tvs” that do not work, Netflix and internet signal are disabled on the tvs and when calling reception, goodluck getting any response. There was 5 occasions in one night I had to call reception and got no response, phone rings and rings to no end. The hotel also cheapens out on these mini sized bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. If anything giving out these mini disposable bottles is far less cost effective than having refillable shampoo/conditioner/body wash glued to the bathroom walls and would reduce on the plastic, yet for some reason the hotel sees giving out single use plastic bottles as more “eco-friendly.” If the stay was cheaper, I wouldn’t be complaining, but given the cost, I won’t be returning.

Was a clean room however we were booked into a room with an adjoining room door and you could hear every noise they made. There were a lot of loud people in the hallways and also multiple strangers knocking on our door all night. Would not stay at this property again

We enjoyed our stay at this location. First time staying there. We stayed for 3 nights. The bed was comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was good. Would like to see other options served as they didn’t change the menu while we were there. Only downside was the barn door for the bathroom. It’s loud when sliding across the track and doesn’t offer enough privacy while someone is in the bathroom. Location is easy to get to and ample parking.

The rooms are dim and dull but not bad. Worse was that the heater kept blowing cold air and I told the front staff. Someone came to check but I asked if a repairs can come next day. She said their maintenance doesn’t come daily. That was bizarre. Then I asked if I can get a portable heater and was told they’ll check and let me know next day. I asked again next morning and was told they’ll let me know later. Never heard back. Fortunately it was not as cold out but it was still frustrating. Iron board was broken. Breakfast was awful with basic portions. Eggs that tasted a bit off and gooey. Had a coffee machine costing $1 and it still tasted bad. For fruits just apples and they were the lowest quality ones. You won’t starve but it’s not going to be a tasty experience. Most staff were very kind but they didn’t care to make the situation better when I asked for heater twice. check out was wierd. One girl (the one who checked me out ) was kind and apologized for my bad experience but the one next to her gave me look as tho she didn’t believe or care for my experience. Just gave a blanke stare. I did tell the front staff that I had a bad experience and they just said sorry. I worked at a hotel for 4 years,when guests experienced inconveniences like I did we would either give them a comp night or a voucher or something to not just give empty thank you & sorry. Was shocked to see that I had 2 nights of cold air in my room in November and got sorry from one. Never coming back ever

Check in was fast and super friendly. The room was nicely decorated and clean. The sliding door on the bathroom leaves gaps though and couldn’t figure out if it locked. Breakfast was foo with a large variety of items and it was kept stocked and clean.

If you want to waste over an hour waiting for an airport shuttle, stay at this hotel. I landed at 9:40 PM, contacted them at 10:15 PM as instructed, and was told the shuttle would only come at 11:30 PM. I had no choice but to call a ride-hailing car. When my ride was about to arrive, they suddenly called saying they could pick me up in 20 minutes—long past the free cancellation window. I asked for reimbursement, but they refused, claiming the shuttle is free and already been offered. Ridiculous! This hotel is only 4 km from the airport, and the ride takes just 8 minutes. I arrived late at night, so there was absolutely no possibility of traffic. Under no circumstances should I have had to wait an hour. I did not voluntarily give up your service. Who would wait an hour for your so-called free shuttle? Of course, you could simply inform all guests in advance that airport pickup always requires at least an hour of waiting. That way, you won’t need to provide the service at all in the future.

Room was fine, shuttle from the airport to the room didn’t show up. I called to let them know that my bag had arrived that I would be waiting outside. They told me the shuttle would be there in 20 minutes, 55 minutes later I took an Uber to the hotel 😣

I was disappointed in the bus shuttle to the airport. I made my reservation for 7 am and I sat in the dining area waiting. No announcement was made and I missed my bus to the airport at7 and had to take the 730. I feel that someone could have announced that the shuttle was ready to go to the airport especially since I scheduled my name on the list for transportation. I was very disappointed in that and when I addressed it I was just shrugged off. Disappointing in the shuttle service.

Hotel was decent, but be aware of unwarranted and random charges on your credit cards by Wyndham. Took me way too long (3 weeks) to get things resolved. No one was able to help resolve or justify random charges. Any attempts for helping resolve this issue resulted in hour long wait times, promises to resolve the issue with no call backs, and customer service that repeats the same questions in order to prolong the refunding process. Other than that, it was a decent stay. Not the best choices for breakfast.

We booked the hotel for 1 night as we had an international flight the next morning. When we checked in, we inquired about the airport shuttle, and asked to be listed for the 6:30 AM shuttle the next morning, assured that there was no problem. When we came down the next morning, our names were NOT on their list. They offered to get put on their next one which would have made us late, and ordered a taxi instead. There was no offer made to cover the cost of the taxi, and when we inquired (as it was their error), they said they would not cover it. We will be using another hotel next time.

This hotel is in a quiet location, but it’s quite nice. Also, you are just 10 minutes away from the airport and they have a shuttle every 30 minutes 24/7 which makes it really convenient. :D

Nice and quiet hotel with breakfast included and prompt shuttle service to the airport. Lots of parking space and friendly staff. Downfall, no restaurant near by, we had to walk to another hotel about 3 blocks away for food.

The breakfast buffet had a good selection: scrambled eggs, sausages, pancakes, toast, etc. The shuttle service was good, though it only ran every half hour, so I had to wait 25 minutes at the airport, but i knew the schedule for the return.
