Lovely and clean, great sized balcony. Felt safe and secure. Comfy bed, and great amenities. A driveway or drop-off zone would be well received, as we had to circle the block several times before we were able to stop the car to enter the Hotel.

Very pleasant overnight stay for a nearby hospital appointment. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Parking was easy with plenty of great sized parking spaces. Well lit and clean basement parking with easy access to reception. Highly recommend Quest Chatswood.

The property was very nice and appeared nicely renovated. There is a Westfield's next door and the train/buses just down the street. The hardest part was working out how to get into the carpark, however when we called as we were struggling, the staff were very helpful with guiding us in.

Checking in parking needs to be communicated as we didn’t know there was any to we drove out the next day. When we initially arrived we could not see any driveway foyer entrance, so we drove around a large block and had to find a car parking space and walk to the motel to book in. Other that that everything else was good.

The housekeeping is a bit disappointing leaving the towel placed on the shower floor not replaced, the container for the coffee stuffs was dirty with food scraps from previous hotel guests and some cutlery not very clean. The incidental deposit was not refunded after 3 days and was only manually processed for refund when I called up. Other than these, the hotel is good in terms of the great hospitality and curtesy of the reception and its handy location to the Chatswood station. If the hotel can address the above issues, I would still recommend it.

Hotel needs a good top to bottom clean. The rooms were ok but the carpet and bed cushions were a bit gross. Aircon didn't seem to be working in the hotel building (room had a separate split system that was ok but noisy) The biggest concern was that our room door didn't lock. Only by chance I noticed it when I went back to check and the door opened without needing to swipe the key. Reception gave us a new room straight away but had I not checked, we, and all our stuff, would have been in an unlockable room. Parking was easy and cheap and walking distance to the mall.

Shower floor slightly slippery/grimey but otherwise toilet, sink, kitchenette, bed and room quite tidy and clean. Air conditioner did have a dripping sound constantly, but worked well/fast so could turn it off after it cooled the room. Very cordial and no fuss service at reception both on check in and check out. Overall reasonably good.

Only 2 concerns we had where the rangehood would not turn off hence sound disturbance. When we called to ask about it there was no answer at the desk. On going down later we found out there was only one young girl at the desk which we thought was an OHS issue / security risk. The friend staying with me has health issues also and her concern was what if she needed medical assistance and we could get hold of anyone. Otherwise the over all stay was good.

Accommodation, location, friendly helpful staff; were all brilliant. But no check in details sent and office was closed when we arrived. I had to borrow a local phone from a fellow guest and phone a emergency number to get someone out to come and let me in. It was just a communication problem, but needs ironing out for future hotels com customers. Otherwise 10/10 place to stay

I was running the Sydney Marathon so it was really just a quick stop over. Reception guys were fabulous and so helpful. They even let me quickly shower in my room even though it was after my check out time because my room had not been cleaned yet. That made all the difference for me, after running 42k the thought of getting on the train smelling from that was not appealing! Great hotel, clean and easy access to everything I needed. Would highly recommend

My wife was having a procedure at the Chatswood Private Hospital - which was 40 paces from the Quest Apartments. Just so handy. Excellent accommodation, nice and quiet for post op relaxation. Great restaurant options and shopping just a short walk away. Very helpful staff. Highly recommend. We will be back!
