My husband wanted to give this hotel 100 stars. He loved the hotel, the rooms were huge each of my kids had their own bed. The kitchen was definitely a plus and everything was extremely clean. Front desk staff was AMAZING!!!! Check in and out were a breeze. Breakfast was ok not too many options, my husband loved it but breakfast could use a little more of options. Washer and dryer were a reasonable price which was a plus for us. The beds were very comfortable, will definitely stay at this hotel again and hopefully other Home2Suites are just like this one because it’s the only hotel my husband wants form now on because of the experience we had in this specific location. Every so often during breakfast who seemed to be the manager would say good morning and ask if everything was ok which was nice.

This hotel was so bright and inviting. And it was 10pm. That was great to see. Fresh fruit, complimentary cookies was well appreciated. The only thing that was disappointing was the indoor pool being closed and the gym upon arrival. It should be open to accommodate late guest because when we book we book for those features and for it to have a time limit is ridiculous. Most people work all day and when they come to the hotel at night those accommodations should be available.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Breakfast was good. On the back patio you could smell the gas from the firepits. That was the only concern.

Upon arriving we found out that 2/3 of the parking area had recently been resurfaced, yet the hotel was still fully booked. This meant that we were left going to another property next door to park. When talking to the manager of that business he was unaware that hotel guest were being told to park in their lot. This was a slight inconvenience. Not sure that they should have booked so many rooms with 2/3 of the parking lot blocked off. Hotel staff acted like it wasn’t a big deal when I made a comment about having to park in another properties parking lot and that the manager of that property wasn’t aware. We shouldn’t have to be checking with another property to ensure we don’t get towed. That should have been worked out by hotel staff.

I love everything about this hotel. The staff were polite and professional. The room was clean and the property looks well kept. I also love how they were able to accommodate my early check-in requests after a hectic morning of traveling. Dining options and convenience stores are within walking range of the hotel, which i really appreciated. This hotel is a must stay when visiting Covington and i highly recommend it to everyone.

This is a pretty new hotel and we had no problems with our stay. In addition to an extremely clean room, the free breakfast was very good. In fact, the best selection we have seen in a long time. Ultimately, we selected this hotel because they allow big dogs to stay here. When traveling with a Great Dane, it is very difficult to find a hotel. We are so glad we found this hotel and we will book with them again in the future.

We’ve been on a road trip, and this was by far the cleanest and most beautiful hotel we’ve stayed at so far! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and our room, including the bathroom was spotless. Everything felt fresh, comfortable, and well taken care of. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant stay! Especially if you are a vampire diaries fan, the mystic grill is minutes away and is also the best restaurant with great food!

Our 2 room suite was very nice and had lots of room. Staff was nice, esp the morning front desk clerks. Breakfast was very good. We enjoyed different food options like pretzel buns and chicken strips! Only downside with our entire stay was the sliding door on the bathroom. It wasn’t lined up correctly so it had a gap and was impossible to lock. A handle attached to the door would help some.

I had a brief but excellent stay at Home2 Suites. The staff were exceptionally friendly. My room was very clean and I enjoyed a restful night's sleep. Despite being located right next to the elevator, there was no noise disturbance throughout the night. I highly recommend Home2 Suites, which has become my preferred choice for travel accommodations.

The staff were absolutely amazing. It was one of the worst nights rest due to the bed and pillows. They were worn out. It was clean and convenient. I always love home 2.

The entire staff was great! I mean this hotel should be used to train other hotels. They were attentive and kind. Prompt and professional. Attention to detail and the needs of their guest. They put the word hospitality back into the hotel industry.

This would have been 5 stars but our second night the fire alarm started going off at 3:15 am and went off every 45 min until 7:30. It was a maint issue but no one called maint until like 6 am. In checking out the front desk clerk was no help about us getting refunded and said manager wasn’t in. This was 10 am. Mgr was to contact us but as of 4:20 no word. Terrible service for such a nice hotel!

Demetria is great always smilling, greeting and very attentive. Everything is very clean, rooms are very spacious. Parking is great. Breakfast is amazing. I went with my family on 23 October and left on the 25th I wish I was able to stay for longer but I only went to have surgery on the 24th my doctor recommended this hotel. Wonderful place we are going to Tennessee in December and we booked a home2 hotel at servierville as well. Highly recommend

My family and I love this location. We came into town to attend an event in Atlanta but wanted to stay on the outskirts of Atlanta to avoid all of the traffic and congestion (this was the best decision we ever made). We stayed 2 nights at this location. This hotel is right off of the interstate and is in walking distance to several restaurants. Also, Walmart and many other stores are located right across the street from this hotel. We will book at this location again in the future whenever we attend events in Atlanta.

As other reviews said, very difficult to find at night with all the construction. However, it is truly worth it. Exceptionally clean and comfortable bed and pillows. We've been in 6 hotels this trip and this hotel far surpassed the others. Don't know if they offer breafast or not.

One of the best if not THE best hotel I’ve stayed at ever! From cleanliness, to kind & knowledgeable staff to what felt like a new hotel, I gave 5 stars all around. If I am back in this area, I will definitely stay with this Hilton again. If I could suggest one thing to improve on it would be a larger continental breakfast.
