A great hotel, room standard was excellent and far exceeded my expectation, nice facilities too, nice pool and small but useful gym. I will definitely return. Situated on a quiet soi, with a great little british cafe about a hundred yards away, and a couple of decent indians if you are brave enough to try. We enjoyed them. A great fried chicken shop near by that is very popular too. The hotel bqr is cgeaper than any bar at 50baht a bottle, so a couple of drinks before heading out for the night is worth it. The only negative 8 can think of is having to cross the main road to get to soi buakhau, but 60baht in a bolt taxi between 3 of us solved that problem. I will definitely return.

We loved staying at this hotel. We couldn't believe it was only 3 stars as it feels like a 4 star. The gentlemen at the main door were so nice and helpful and always had a smile. The room was very tastefully decorated and was a good size. We used the pool and gym every day and they were immaculate. There's lots of eateries, bars and massages around . We had a great time there and will return 😀

This is my second time staying here. Very nice hotel and good value you for the money. Good swimming pool for laps and also has a sauna. Great location walkable to restaurants bars and the beach. Also Central Festival Mall within walking distance.

My stay wasn’t as good as when I stay the first time the receptionist was very not nice had a stink attitude and I had a problem with my bathroom, the bathroom had mold in the shower area. They changed me to another room, but they was real nasty about it and that was very unacceptable.

Excellent hotel, lovely staff. Cleanliness very good. Personal property, phone's, ipads, money and passport all secure, no worries at all. Very friendly to residents and guest friendly and very discreet. Maid service is excellent when having a guest, room and bedding etc spotless the following morning but only when you put sign up, de not disturb sign is fully respected. Gym is pleasant as is the bathing area the side of pool with more towels available to you. I really can't recommend the March hotel enough, just hope that doesn't inflate the price 😕 I found booking early was cheaper, I wanted to extend my stay on checkout date but couldn't get that date on any site, all showing full. I paid reception but not as cheap as Expedia

This hotel is amazing. Great, quiet location that is within walking distance to any and everything you could need. Super friendly staff. Very modern vibe. Only negative is the WiFi isn’t great, don’t even try watching Netflix on the tv as it loses connection constantly. But don’t let that discourage you from staying here, hard to find a better hotel in pattaya for the price

Very nice property overall. The naming of their rooms is very misleading. "Poolside" doesn't mean that you are actually poolside at this hotel. It simply means that the pool is somewhere on the side of the building, regardless if you can see it or if you are near it. "Wordsmithing".

When we arrived we had previously asked in comments that we need extra pillows when booked took 3 day to get only one. Internet was down for 3 days after bad storm day before we arrived. then lost internet again 5 days before we left this time came back within the day but we had issues with the tv as could not get channels and all fuzzy staff did not want to know and did not send any staff to view and correct only had 2 channels in english to view. Room was cleaned each day by a nice lady.

I love this hotel but one thing. The room doors slam shut and it is loud. I think a rubber strip in the door jam would soften the slam when the door shuts. I did appreciate there was no road noise.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had at your establishment. The reception staff were extremely rude, attempted to withhold our deposit, and demanded additional money without justification. One of the receptionists, who was wearing a mask, was particularly unprofessional. I strongly recommend that the management retrains the reception staff and monitors their behavior closely to ensure better service in the future. The hotel manager asked for a deposit that a receipt was not given for therefore she basically kept my $2000 Baht room deposit since I had no receipt. I had no recourse which is likely my own fault. However, honesty would be a great turnaround for this persons character. Disappointed in her but nice property overall in need of some improvement.

Location is perfect. Within walking distance to second road and beach road. Quiet area. Stayed at the May section which provides bigger and newer rooms that those in the March section. Upper floor is recommended. Clean room, comfortable bed.

Very enjoyable experience. The hotel is very elegant and clean. The staff was friendly and the cleaning staff did a great job of keeping my room clean every day. The hotel was quiet at all times. Finally, the hotel is well located: within walkable distance of the beach as well as the downtown area while being in a quiet spot since it's near the end of a cul-de-sac.

Mein fünfter Aufenthalt im March Hotel für die Dauer von 28 Tagen war auch dieses Mal weitestgehend gut. Nach ca. 4 Jahren Abstinenz (einschl. Covidzeit). Das Personal wurde seit dem komplett ausgetauscht, war aber wie gewohnt sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Einziger Negativpunkt für mich persönlich war, dass trotz Hinweis in der Hotelbeschreibung, kein Frühstück mehr im Hause angeboten wird. Für mich ein Grund mich in Zukunft anderorts umzusehen.

What I liked about the property itself was it was very well maintained and clean. You walk into a marbled front desk, clean shinny marble floors. There were staff wiping down elevator doors and mirrors. The staff greeted you at the door opening and closing them for you at all times of night! The rooms were clean and well maintained. The only issue was their restaurant was closed. The area at the restaurant looked very nice and looked like it could have been a gem! Would definitly stay there again.

The hotel is very nice, The staff in the front lobby are very friend and helpful. The maid for my room is very helpful and cleans my room. Very nice.. The one thing that would be nice if they had some sort of snack bar. The 711 is a good 10 minute walk. It would be nice The hotel has snacks or a restaurant
