The hotel is great. The rooms comfortable and the breakfast buffet decent. However, it is a considerable walk from the Masjid Al-Haram. The mataaf area is accessible from Gate 79 and that is easily a 10-15 mins walk - uphill on the way back. They do not have a shuttle. Only a bridge which connects to the walkway leading to the Haram.

Overall the property area in pleasant and staff is very kind. However there is currently construction on the mezzanine level that connects from the bridge to the Harrem...it's unaccessible currently due to construction. There is a 5 minute walk to the Harrem..I still recommend. My stay was enjoyable and the breakfast was super nice!

The hotel is very clean and the staff are very helpful and easy to deal with. They always meet you with a smile and an happy to help attitude. The room cleaning service is quite good as well. The surrounding area is relatively quiet compared to the rest of the hotels around haram. The only downside is being slightly away from haram and on a hill, the hotel might need to consider a shuttle service to Haram to assist the older guests and the ones with special needs.

The stay was good and staffs were very helpful. They gave me a free breakfast and extended my check-out time without charging me anything. I don’t know all the staff’s names, but the guy named Salim cleaned my room very well and made sure I had enough water, shampoo, and other necessities. I appreciate his help. Thank you.

A lovely room and wonderfully maintained by Shelim who was always very polite and courteous to anything required to allow our stay to be comfortable. I chose this hotel for its closeness to haram access via bridge however this was not the case. The route was longer than expected due to construction, and it was a steep climb. Felt disappointed for the price i paid due to the location.

Amazing! The hotel is only 10 minutes walk from the Haram, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I got very lucky to get a room update and breakfast for free during my entire stay. The room was stunning, the view too. A huge thank you, Jazakallah Khair. I will definitely come back inshallah.

Super enthousiast over ons verblijf in dit hotel!! Wij zijn op eigen houtje afgereisd naar Mekka om de Umrah te verrichten. Personeel is super behulpzaam, we mochten veel later uitchecken dan aangegeven waardoor we nog op onze laatste dag de umrah konden verrichten. Er worden altijd bij de uitgang drankjes aangeboden. Kamer is mooi en schoon, wordt goed schoongemaakt. Concierge helpt zelfs met wrappen van bagage, helpt ook bij zoeken van taxi's etc. Kortom zeer tevreden over dit mooie hotel, met zeer goede medewerkers!

The hotel itself is nice and clean and close enough to the Haram. It is a bit of a hike to get to the hotel from the Kaaba so keep that in mind; it was, however, the best price for a hotel on the Haram. Hotel staff were a mixed bag—some were super friendly and helpful, and others were standoffish (especially front desk staff). The breakfast is great.

I was with my mother and she is 80 years old I thought the hotel has shuttle or close enough but it is 7 minutes walking to the holy Mousqe which was hard for old people to go back and fourth . Hotel is great and walking distance from the Haram, however as a steep slope walking back to the hotel is very hard specially when you are tired. Very difficult to find the hotel with all the construction work happening around, we were lost for 45 minutes. The housekeeping staff specially MD Shafiqul Islam was extremely helpful went above and beyond to find me a bucket to soak my feet as I was tired and in pain. Very friendly and always checked on us if we needed anything. Very efficient and always polite and courteous. The hotel is great to have someone like Shafiqul to work for them. Thank you Shafiqul for making our stay great, we will be back soon.

After I booked 2 rooms, I spoke with hotel several times in order to make these rooms close to each other because I have 13 years & 11 years boys (My sons). When I arrived there, I found that there is no rooms close each other. They said that they will upgraded to apartment with two beds room. Then, I said okay but when I arrived there. I surprised that they only give a room with living room and they but my sons bed in the living room. I spoke to the reception & she said just sleep this night and tomorrow will make the change. Unfortunately, nothing change anything. I biggest issue for me the I paid with rate of two bedroom but I sit in suite which totally different. I spoke with manager in the day of check out in order to give me a financial compensation but she can not do anything for me. Breakfast is very limited and the quality less than good. This is the mean reason of Not Recommended that place.
