Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice property. Pools in the pool access suites are a little outdated. Tiles are falling off and ended up scratching my foot on one. Still would not hesitate staying here again.

Hotel’s breakfast buffet was extremely limited and had very few options. The pool’s tiles also kept coming off so it was very easy to get scratched and injured while swimming.

Location was an inconvenience, way up on top on the hill. They only had a shuttle that transferred people 2 times a day to the mall or beach. You will end up spending a lot on a taxi multiple times a day. Once you get to the hotel you will then have to wait to be shuttled to and from your room from the lobby. Kind of a hassle. The room wasn’t the best had a very hard bed.

The room was huge and clean, we had access to the pool it was very nice. Staff is amazing and friendly ! This hotel is so huge they have free shuttle service to the rooms because they are up the hills, so it makes it rough to get to your room by walking. Also free shuttle service to the nearest beach which is nice!

The surroundings are completely lacking maintenance. The pool has broken areas, and the rooms have old beds with some damaged parts that make them look worn out. The towels had a bad smell, and the sheets were stained. Additionally, the hotel does not accept credit cards and forces you to exchange money using a machine they have on-site. Other than that, the staff service was excellent.

Tolles Hotel, toller Service. Es gab auch einen Shuttle der bis zum Beach gefahren ist und auch zu den Zimmer 24/7 gebracht hat. Allerdings konnte man sich manchmal auf das Personal nicht ganz verlassen, dennoch waren sie alle sehr nett. Das Hotel lag auf einem Berg, wenn der Shuttle mal nicht kam, musste man die Strecke hoch und runter laufen. Aber die sind immer innerhalb von 5-10 min gekommen. Das Zimmer und die Einrichtung sowie der Pool vom Zimmer waren Hammer.

The resort offers a free shuttle bus to Patong Beach, which is a great convenience. There's also a shuttle car that picks you up from your room to the lobby — very helpful and efficient. The balcony view was excellent, and the bed was comfortable with a spacious room layout. The only downside was that the main road (high street) is quite a long walk away, which at times made us feel a bit isolated. It would be fantastic if the shuttle car could also provide access to the main road.

Shame the hotel shuttle didn’t go up and down the steep hill just outside the hotel. Breakfast was always exactly the same. If you went late on choice was very limited as they didn’t replenish some items eg fruit and pastries

This by far is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. The jacuzzi was dirty from when I arrived and looked like it had not been cleaned for years which is why I didn’t dare get in it. Requesting an iron they would take a picture of you with the iron as if you are going to steal it. They would then take it out the room and you would need to call almost everyday to request one. Would it not make more sense to make a note on their system rather than make guests feel horrible as if I was planning on stealing it. The room smelt and I assume it was from the air con vents but when hI called them all the maintenance man did was spray air freshener in the vent which obviously did not help. I was literally counting down until I could leave. The staff are rude and I understand there may be a language barrier but I have been places where another language is the main language used and staff were always very helpful. This resort I felt like they just didn’t care or try to care and understand. Even on the day we were checking out I got a call just after 9am (mind you it’s a 12pm checkout) telling me I can’t be late and I have to be out by 12. Seriously I was so disappointed with this. I was fully aware on the checkout time and didn’t need a rude call saying Don’t be late. Honestly I would not recommend this place. I think maybe the resort is too big for the staff they have so the place is going downhill. I loved Phuket but would never stay or recommend this hotel.

We came for our honeymoon based on the photos and comments of the rooms, but it was a completely terrible experience. We chose the premium room with bathtub but the hot water for the bathtub was not working. On the second day, when we came from outside in the evening, the room was invaded by ants. We waited for the room attendant to come and change all the sheets and wipe the floor. On the 3rd day, the door's card reader was broken, so we waited for half an hour for someone to come and enter the room. On the 4th day, the city's electricity was out, so we could neither charge our phones nor stay in the room because of the heat. On the 5th evening, the air conditioner broke down and we waited for more than 1 hour for the air conditioner to be fixed. Since there were no fly screens on the windows, the room was filled with mosquitoes as soon as the light was turned on, and therefore we could not sleep comfortably at night. After all these bad experiences we had, they neither apologized nor did anything to compensate. Everything we experienced seemed normal to them. I would definitely advise anyone who looks at the photos and thinks of coming because the room looks nice, not to come.

Beds are amazing, always have the best sleep here. And it’s far enough out of the way of the chaos of Patong to not experience the 24/7 noise. We stayed in the cabins again, and again loved our stay. Absolutely nothing to complain about. My partner loves the massages/spa treatments they have on offer there. She would have gone everyday if I let her. House keeping is amazing too, they are so fast and do such an amazing job. I left tips for them but they didn’t touch them once, which i felt bad about but made me trust this place and its work force even more. You really can trust them, unlike many other places in Patong. I’ve had multiple items and money stolen from my rooms in other resorts and hotels in Patong, but never at Patong bay hill. Thank you for having us again. Hope to be visiting you again soon.

This by far was my favorite hotel I stayed at in Thailand. It is located on a hill overlooking the city, Patong and the Sea. The views are absolutely beautiful. They have a beautiful pool area by the main lobby and all the buildings have multiple pools so you don't have to go to main pool by the lobby. They have a shuttle to take you to your room from the lobby. The rooms are sooo spacious 1 bedroom suite, kitchen dinning room and balcony. Minnie bar and free water and coffee is provided each day. The rooms are soo clean and well kept. They made my stay so comfortable we didn't want to leave. We will definitely be back and we pray we get the same service it was lovely

Abbiamo alloggiato 6 giorni in questo resort che non rispecchia le stelle. Prima di tutto cauzione esclusivamente in contanti e non accettano carta di credito e non era specificato, secondo disagio i due letti singoli senza chiedere preventivamente che preferenza avevamo. Camere vecchie con porte tutte rovinate, scarsa pulizia, ogni giorno avevamo gli asciugamani macchiati. Colazione pessima, zona molto sporca. Personale poco accogliente e scortese, sorrisi e saluti sembravano degli extra. Organizzato male anche per quanto riguarda gli asciugamani per la piscina o per il mare, ogni mattina dovevamo rincorrere le ragazze delle pulizie per darcene dei puliti.

My partner and I just spent one amazing week here in a cottage and honestly we can not fault it one bit. We were greeted and made feel welcome as soon as we walked through the foyer doors. Ice and a few of the ladies made check in seamless and fast which we were grateful for after a long day of travel. Our cottage was 10/10 so clean and tidy, the bed was so big and comfortable, best sleep we have had in ages. The bathroom was perfect and having a large fridge was so convenient for us too keep stocked with snacks and drinks. The outside bath was amazing too, sitting in that in the afternoon after a long day of riding around and site seeing was the cherry on the cake. We are so impressed by Patong bay hill that we are already planning on returning for a week or two in July. Cannot wait to see you all again in July. Thank you for making our holiday perfect.

Was great having pool access from room, although many tiles coming off on the pools throughout. Makes it a bit rough underfoot, Many stairs and steep hills to get to your room unless wait for resort shuttle then only 2 flights of stairs to your room. Staff inside were absolutely lovely and attentive. Resort desk staff limited English, had to wait ages on arrival for them to “find our booking” Don’t expect bacon at breakfast, looks like cut spam, but they do hv an egg station, the noodles usually great too. You will need to fill up your drink a couple times though as the cups and glasses are so small. No cutlery or bottle opener in room. Not allowed to cook in rooms despite induction stove. They give you two bottles of water daily which is nice. Don’t bother with room service, pizza like a frozen pizza reheated and pad Thai less desirable. Microwave in room and the mini mart have great burgers half price late at night. Nightclub on site, don’t hear the music, just many drunk ppl coming and going when you are heading to breakfast, we enjoyed the ppl watching of this, quite funny to see. Easy commute to Bangala rd, barter price if using tuk tuk outside facility as they will say 300 baht upwards, be willing to pay 250 baht or hotel taxi 300 baht but very comfy vehicles. Return from town tell driver 200 baht, some will try 400 but many accept 200 or use Bolt app to even get 100baht at times Resort mostly clean Some black mould in shower corner bottom silicone and cobwebs

They give you two bottles of water daily which is nice. Don’t bother with room service, pizza like a frozen pizza reheated and pad Thai less desirable. Microwave in room and the mini mart have great burgers half price late at night. Nightclub on site, don’t hear the music, just many drunk ppl coming and going when you are heading to breakfast, we enjoyed the ppl watching of this, quite funny to see. Easy commute to Bangala rd, barter price if using tuk tuk outside facility as they will say 300 baht upwards, be willing to pay 250 baht or hotel taxi 300 baht but very comfy vehicles. Return from town tell driver 200 baht, some will try 400 but many accept 200 or use Bolt app to even get 100baht at times Resort mostly clean Some black mould in shower corner bottom silicone and cobwebs

Patong Bay Hill The room itself was lovely, spacious, and comfortable, with a great layout that made it easy to relax. Lovely swimming pool at your door. However, I was very disappointed with the kitchen setup. For a self-contained unit, there were absolutely no essentials provided — no plates, cups, cutlery, or basic cooking items. When I asked, I was told there was an extra charge to have them, which I find unreasonable given the price I have stayed at a lot of properties and never before had to pay for utensils. Overall, while the accommodation itself was pleasant, the lack of proper kitchen facilities really let it down.

Location was an inconvenience, way up on top on the hill. They only had a shuttle that transferred people 2 times a day to the mall or beach. You will end up spending a lot on a taxi multiple times a day. Once you get to the hotel you will then have to wait to be shuttled to and from your room from the lobby. Kind of a hassle. The room wasn’t the best had a very hard bed.

The hotel was a let down and I don’t even know where to begin. Firstly on arrival, we weren’t greeted when we were in the lobby, in fact when I went to reception to ask for assistance, the receptionist (who’s name I forgot) told me to wait in an abrupt manner which I found appalling considering I had been travelling for 16 hours and was so tired. Then I saw a notice the next day when I went to breakfast that a welcome drink is given to all guests on arrival which both me and my partner did not receive. Then there is the apartment. The size is good but it comes with a kitchen that has no utensils and a sign saying that you are not allowed to use the hob. Thankfully I didn’t want to cook on my holiday but for those of you that do, please know that the kitchen is nothing more than a display. The drainage system was rubbish because every time me and my partner had a shower, the bathroom almost flooded so we had to wait a bit for the water to go down or be really quick with our showers. When the cleaners came to clean our room, they didn’t actually clean, they only came to make the beds and leave and never replenished the toilet roll and I had to continuously chase and ask for some. Then there is getting to your hotel room. The hotel premise is on a very high hill so they have shuttles that take you from reception. The cars are not safe at all and the staff drive like maniacs so you’re at ever bigger risk of falling out or hurting yourself.

The room was huge and clean, we had access to the pool it was very nice. Staff is amazing and friendly ! This hotel is so huge they have free shuttle service to the rooms because they are up the hills, so it makes it rough to get to your room by walking. Also free shuttle service to the nearest beach which is nice!

The surroundings are completely lacking maintenance. The pool has broken areas, and the rooms have old beds with some damaged parts that make them look worn out. The towels had a bad smell, and the sheets were stained. Additionally, the hotel does not accept credit cards and forces you to exchange money using a machine they have on-site. This by far was my favorite hotel I stayed at in Thailand. It is located on a hill overlooking the city, Patong and the Sea. The views are absolutely beautiful. They have a beautiful pool area by the main lobby and all the buildings have multiple pools so you don't have to go to main pool by the lobby. They have a shuttle to take you to your room from the lobby. The rooms are sooo spacious 1 bedroom suite, kitchen dinning room and balcony. Minnie bar and free water and coffee is provided each day. The rooms are soo clean and well kept. They made my stay so comfortable we didn't want to leave. We will definitely be back and we pray we get the same service it was lovely

From the moment i checked in..it was bad! The service at reception is shocking, very slow. The hotel is on a hill and you have to wait for a shuttle to your room, which you have to wait anywhere between 10 to 25 minutes. The shuttle drivers dont listen and i was told by the driver he makes the decisions on when he goes! I booked a studio, it had a stove top, microwave and fridge. No crockery or cutlery provided. What is the point?The swimming pool is in need of repair, many missing tiles that you can cut your feet on. There was building works going on, a crane was parked and i was told i cant go to to my room on 1 of the days. They moved my bike, tipping it over, leaving scratches and smashing the bottle i had in the seat. Housekeeping were really loud, always waking me up. The worst part thou is i had my JBL blue tooth headphones go missing. I advised reception and were told they know nothing. The 2 other groups of friends in my group also had personal items and cash go missing. There was issues with my key card, and it took me to demand to speak to the manager to get it fixed. I had to walk to reception on 2 occasions because it did not work. (Its a massive hill) The hotel is a little out of the way, thank goodness i had a bike. Ive stayed at better hotels for alot cheaper and better service!!!

Lovely place to stay, just on the outskirts from the hustle and bustle of Patong but still with a bit of peace and quiet there. Shuttle buses run 24 hours to take you from the rooms to the Lobby as there are a few hills. Overall good place to stay with a special shout out to Amo. The most pleasant individual who came over every day asking if there’s anything he could do to make my stay better.

Abbiamo alloggiato 6 giorni in questo resort che non rispecchia le stelle. Prima di tutto cauzione esclusivamente in contanti e non accettano carta di credito e non era specificato, secondo disagio i due letti singoli senza chiedere preventivamente che preferenza avevamo. Camere vecchie con porte tutte rovinate, scarsa pulizia, ogni giorno avevamo gli asciugamani macchiati. Colazione pessima, zona molto sporca. Personale poco accogliente e scortese, sorrisi e saluti sembravano degli extra. Organizzato male anche per quanto riguarda gli asciugamani per la piscina o per il mare, ogni mattina dovevamo rincorrere le ragazze delle pulizie per darcene dei puliti.

The property was just outstanding. Staff was polite, patient and very helpful. I specifically want to mention the bartender near restaurant for his help. Pool was absooute amazing. It was clean and fresh with no trace of chlorine. Thanks for the hospitality.

I chose this resort for the quietness and the views of the sea were beautiful also not to far from the beach. Rooms were also cleaned to and excellent standard Access to pool I loved. Walk to beach and shops restaurants convenient

Beds are amazing, always have the best sleep here. And it’s far enough out of the way of the chaos of Patong to not experience the 24/7 noise. We stayed in the cabins again, and again loved our stay. Absolutely nothing to complain about. My partner loves the massages/spa treatments they have on offer there. She would have gone everyday if I let her. House keeping is amazing too, they are so fast and do such an amazing job. I left tips for them but they didn’t touch them once, which i felt bad about but made me trust this place and its work force even more. You really can trust them, unlike many other places in Patong. Beds are amazing, always have the best sleep here. And it’s far enough out of the way of the chaos of Patong to not experience the 24/7 noise. We stayed in the cabins again, and again loved our stay. Absolutely nothing to complain about. My partner loves the massages/spa treatments they have on offer there. She would have gone everyday if I let her. House keeping is amazing too, they are so fast and do such an amazing job. I left tips for them but they didn’t touch them once, which i felt bad about but made me trust this place and its work force even more. You really can trust them, unlike many other places in Patong. This by far was my favorite hotel I stayed at in Thailand. It is located on a hill overlooking the city, Patong and the Sea. The views are absolutely beautiful. They have a beautiful pool area by the main lobby and all the buildings have multiple pools so you don't have to go to main pool by the lobby. They have a shuttle to take you to your room from the lobby. The rooms are sooo spacious 1 bedroom suite, kitchen dinning room and balcony. Minnie bar and free water and coffee is provided each day. The rooms are soo clean and well kept. They made my stay so comfortable we didn't want to leave. We will definitely be back and we pray we get the same service it was lovely

It's a really nice property on the outskirts of Patong. I will be back again. I stayed in the cottage suite and everything was great except for the private pool. The water is always freezing, especially at night, and I'm sure there is something that can be done to warm up the pool.

Tolles Hotel, toller Service. Es gab auch einen Shuttle der bis zum Beach gefahren ist und auch zu den Zimmer 24/7 gebracht hat. Allerdings konnte man sich manchmal auf das Personal nicht ganz verlassen, dennoch waren sie alle sehr nett. Das Hotel lag auf einem Berg, wenn der Shuttle mal nicht kam, musste man die Strecke hoch und runter laufen. Aber die sind immer innerhalb von 5-10 min gekommen. Das Zimmer und die Einrichtung sowie der Pool vom Zimmer waren Hammer.

The resort offers a free shuttle bus to Patong Beach, which is a great convenience. There's also a shuttle car that picks you up from your room to the lobby — very helpful and efficient. The balcony view was excellent, and the bed was comfortable with a spacious room layout. The only downside was that the main road (high street) is quite a long walk away, which at times made us feel a bit isolated. It would be fantastic if the shuttle car could also provide access to the main road.

L’Hotel est vétuste et n’est pas au niveau. Nous avions pris une chambre avec jacuzzi et celui ci ne fonctionnait pas. La porte de la douche était cassée. Le petit déjeuner était très quelconque. Quant à la piscine, impossible d’y rester car le niveau sonore de la musique était insupportable. Très déçus

This hotel was wonderful. We stayed in a hillside cottage with jucuzzi which had beautiful views and honestly looked brand new. Decor was stunning. Check in was great, staff helpful and we were helped with our bags via shuttle to the cottage. Whenever we needed a shuttle down the hill to the main lobby for breakfast or the pool it came within 5 minutes of us calling to ask. One night we ordered room service as well and it was good. We went for burgers and the meat was good quality and it arrived very quickly! Breakfast had a good selection too. It’s an indoor/outdoor set up but all the food was covered but there were some flies which is to be expected. We used the hotel shuttle several times into Patong Beach and it was seamless- so much so that for one of our evening shuttles the reception team phoned us in the room to confirm a shuttle to bring us to reception for the main shuttle into town without us asking. The walk into town is about 25 minutes but honestly it was such a great way to see Patong and there were loads of shops, restaurants etc along the walk that it really felt very close to everything. I was honestly very very happy with our stay here!

Beautiful hotel and grounds. Enjoyed the swimming pool. Enjoyed the beach. Buffet was great. Your Bar Staff Jessica is great. 5 stars for Jessica alone. Free ride to town and around. We were 9 of us in this family vacation. The only thing I would suggest would be to accommodate handicapped people. My sister and sister in-law had walking issues and not proper elevators to up level buildings.

Wasnt impressed by the fact the staff couldnt converse, the quality of the food at breakfast and dinner was shocking. My son had food poisoning from the buffet...and i also encountered very drunk, inappropriately dressed ladies with certain body parts hanging who clearly werent there as guests. This was shocking as it was around 8sm in the morning. I will not be recommending this resort!!!

Was great having pool access from room, although many tiles coming off on the pools throughout. Makes it a bit rough underfoot, Many stairs and steep hills to get to your room unless wait for resort shuttle then only 2 flights of stairs to your room. Staff inside were absolutely lovely and attentive. Resort desk staff limited English, had to wait ages on arrival for them to “find our booking” Don’t expect bacon at breakfast, looks like cut spam, but they do hv an egg station, the noodles usually great too. You will need to fill up your drink a couple times though as the cups and glasses are so small. No cutlery or bottle opener in room. Not allowed to cook in rooms despite induction stove. They give you two bottles of water daily which is nice. Don’t bother with room service, pizza like a frozen pizza reheated and pad Thai less desirable. Microwave in room and the mini mart have great burgers half price late at night. Nightclub on site, don’t hear the music, just many drunk ppl coming and going when you are heading to breakfast, we enjoyed the ppl watching of this, quite funny to see. Easy commute to Bangala rd, barter price if using tuk tuk outside facility as they will say 300 baht upwards, be willing to pay 250 baht or hotel taxi 300 baht but very comfy vehicles. Return from town tell driver 200 baht, some will try 400 but many accept 200 or use Bolt app to even get 100baht at times Resort mostly clean Some black mould in shower corner bottom silicone and cobwebs

Good service around the hotel. Especially shuttle bus upto our building. Also nice to have a shuttle bus to beach or shopping centre. Timings could be better. Shame the hotel shuttle didn’t go up and down the steep hill just outside the hotel. Breakfast was always exactly the same. If you went late on choice was very limited as they didn’t replenish some items eg fruit and pastries

I enjoyed my coffee in the morning with full view of Patong before doing my wake up routine with a swim in the Jacuzi. I absolutely loved this hotel, and is without doubt my best hotel stay. Staff were authentically friendly and always helpful. Highly recommended!
