Location was perfect with easy access to metro station and walkable to all Madrid has to offer without being in an overly crowded area. Plenty of shops and restaurants to choose from. Apartment was clean upon arrival with everything you need for your stay.

The property entrance could use lots of help. The rugs were dirty and bench was filthy. Thankfully the units were clean. The size of the unit 2A was great for privacy and larger group 3-5people max. All the basics were available. I would think they could offer more towels per visit. It is always nice to have simple extras like cotton, q-tips, shower caps nail file and sewing kit to help the visitors feel more taken care of… Good visit all around. Location is wonderful.

Small apartment in a good location yo metro buses or you can walk. There are many restaurants, bars, boutiques and supermarkets just outside locally. It has a small kitchen, plenty of storage and comfortable. It was clean with a few basic stocks, dishwasher and washing powder were provided. The entrance is not great but lift works, entrance system was good. It’s a great little place, the sofa turns into another bed.

Briefly, Check in to receive entry code was a nightmare. Air conditioning was not turned on the first night had to sleep with windows opened in an area where partying on the streets goes all night. Not my crowd either. The entry hallway looks and feels like abandonment. The apartment is spacious but that’s about it and although not my type of area it is close to the city center.

No pudimos acceder a ella el elevador nos dejó atrapados por más de 45 minutos y cuando el Técnico llegó no lo pudo reparar, estoy operada de rodilla con trasplante y no puedo subir escaleras nunca pude entrar estoy pidiendo reembolso de mi dinero y aún no tengo respuestas del hotel ni me coge el Teléfono expedía es una pena que esto pase y después de 3 horas el agente del hotel me Pregunta si ya salí del elevador 3 personas mayores casi sin oxígeno por poco nos desmayamos salimos en condiciones deportables y aún nadie se ha puesto en contacto con nosotros tuvimos q abandonar el hotel y aún nadie nos llama para saber ni que ha pasado

We stayed in this apartment for a few days with our family. Very clean. Highly accessible with elevator. Most importantly we felt safe around the neighborhood and inside. Uber can do pick up and drop off in front of the door. Some places in Europe are not accessible by car. Overall we would come back to this place. Note: we had trouble with the digital keys but luckily a maintenance worker was in the building. He was able to get help. We were very satisfied with the place. Everything was walkable.

El apartamento es muy lindoy super amplio, sin embargo el sofa-cama es muy incomodo, y no se ve muy limpio, recomendaria reforzar el colchon para que este mas estable o cambiarlo por uno nuevo. Tambien recomiendo equipar mas la cocina, pues no habia tabla para picar ni ollas o sartenes para cocinar.

This was a generously sized well designed and comfortable apartment. We lucked out with some great perspective and lots of light. There are many windows in the beds are also updated and comfortable. Apple, hot water and decently designed. It’s nice sometimes travel with a kitchen, and this was one of those times. The only thing worth mentioning is that there are two hotels with the same name, and we unfortunately went to the wrong one the first time. But other than that, the state was flawless.

Family of 4, with young adult kids. Location, location, location. Was walking distance to so much, including museums and main shopping street. We loved the neighbourhood and often went for tapas in Plaza de Chueca. Apartment was spacious and had the amenities needed for short stay. Management help centre were very responsive but the last minute access code made us anxious. Plus the pre registering for every guest took some effort. We all would recommend this as a great place to stay in Madrid.

we stayed al the apartment 4C. IT was very small for 4 adults, the bathroom was a miniature. and the furniter was too big for the place. The AC of the Bedroom, was faulty, it didnt blow cold, only fan. It was a a very hot apartment, because it is the apartement on the top of the buildin. It was not worth what they charged us.

The one bedroom for four people apartment was clean and recently renovated. The neighborhood is super nice, too. The reason I am giving 4 stars is because the sofa bed for the other two guests was unbearable, you can feel the bars and structure in general. To give you an idea, no adult could sleep there. Only my 5 years old was able to sleep there because she is super skinny, my 6 years old sleep with me, he wouldn’t tolerate the bars. I would definitely come back if they upgraded the sofa bed.

J’ai réservé ce logement en me fiant aux nombreux avis positifs. Grosse déception. L’appartement n’est pas du tout cosy comme sur les photos, la fenêtre de la pièce principale donne sur un mur donc il y fait sombre. Les locaux auraient besoin d’une rénovation : parquet qui se décolle, murs tachés, douche usagée… Et le plus dérangeant, aucune isolation phonique, on entend tous les bruits de l’immeuble. Le seul point positif est la situation géographique, tres pratique et dans un quartier vraiment sympa. Mais pour 400€ la nuit, il y a sûrement bien mieux ailleurs !

El alojamiento tiene todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda. Se encuentra en una ubicación segura, en pleno centro comercial, rodeado de restaurantes y sumermercados (incluso uno se encuentra las 24 horas abierto). El departamento aísla mucho el sonido exterior, un plus para los alojamientos de Madrid que suelen filtrar mucho el sonido de fuera. La comunicación y el acceso ha sido siempre fluido y rápido.

The staff was very communicative, any questions I had. They answered them accordingly in a timely manner. I would recommend this place and if I come to Madrid, I will definitely consider staying in one of the sweets. The complementary cleaning was amazing. They cleaned the whole place. Yes, I would recommend this to everybody who is traveling to Madrid.

Absolutely perfect from start to finish! Communication was great from helpful staff both before and after the stay. No staff on site, but door codes sent well prior to check-in time and all easy to use so no stress at all there. The apartment was centrally located and easy to find but not on a main road. My brother is a light sleeper and said he heard no noise at all in his room (I didn't hear any in mine either, but I can sleep through anything.) Apartment was clean, warm and comfortable with everything we'd need and even a few extras - there was (lovely!) toiletries left to use and even bin bags and dishwasher liquid - a really nice touch (especially for a longer stay) as it's often stuff you'd have to buy. Will definitely use this chain again and I'd recommend these apartments to anyone. Thank you!!

Had 5 people staying but only two of us received check in information so wasn't much point registering if they not going to share details to get into property. Access was modern by using link to unlock doors which was great. Also only had bedding for 4 people so that wasn't ideal not having that in place.

The unit we were given was not the same one we had seen in the picture. It didn't even appear in a photo. The sofa bed wasn't comfortable. And the shower drain was clogged. We tried to let someone know but there was no answer. Communication is very poor.
