El elevador muy pequeño, no cabe nada ni nadie y está todo rallado con groserías. La luz es de sensor de movimiento y tarda en prender, está junto a un antro y una calle que da miedo, las habitaciones están masomenos bien pero muy pequeña y el comedor y cocina está terrible, se ve viejo y ni que decir del baño, parece baño público, viejo y me daba asco. Una propiedad con una ubicación increíble , con acceso a pie a La Gran via! Inmejorable. Limpio , súper amplio y con todo lo que requieres para una estadía corta o larga (recibidor , cocina y recámara ). El concepto a tomar en cuenta que es más bien el concepto de Airbnb. No hay recepción y debes esperar a las 3 pm a que te dejen entrar y no hay quien te resguarde la maleta como lo haría un hotel (en la plataforma dan a entender que es un hotel ).

A pesar de que sólo nos quedamos una noche, el lugar fue muy cómodo y muy céntrico. Está cerca de gran vía y de fácil acceso caminando a otros lugares. Es una calle pequeña por la que no pueden entrar autos, así que si traes mucho equipaje vas a tener que caminar un poco, pero no es muy complicado, cuenta con ascensor pequeño pero muy útil.

Nice location and home. very central location. walkable to many places. Safe location. Home was clean. One room AC was not working. We asked for 2 to 2:15 pm home check in (instead of 3 pm). We travelled from USA to Madrid, Spain. Host was not required but it would be nice if given home 45 mins early.

Il ceck in è stato fatto alle 19.30 dopo ripetute telefonate dato che la struttura non inviava i codici di accesso, mentre nel contratto era indicato alle 15.00. L'appartamento è molto centrale e facilmente raggiungibile con la metro. Non molto pulito il pavimento. E' organizzato per 3 persone (3 tazze, 3 bicchieri.. mentre noi eravamo in 4). Molto comodo il deposito bagagli sulla Gran Via al numero 47.

We should have been warned that there is no desk. No attendant. No body to ask questions. No place to leave luggage after check out like a normal hotel and the address is wrong, number 6 not number 7 as all the materials state. If this is tolerable, then the location is good and the accommodation is as advertised, but checking in was a nightmare! I’m embarrassed that my friend, who arrived before me, had to figure out how to check in and find the facility, and there was no place to leave his luggage because he arrived before the check in time. I was very dissatisfied with this property and that the description was so inaccurate and incomplete.

It was smaller then pictures posted and it was dirty, the couch had a stain on it and it smelled bad, the air conditioner was making noise we did not end up staying there we checked out and we didn’t even get a refund

The location was great. There were cafés in less than 10 meters from the front doors. We were less than a 10 minute walk from a market. We were also at the centerpoint between places like the Royal Palace and Parque de El Retiro. The living space itself was clean, had good appliances, and great water pressure.

This property is very conveniently close to Puerta del Sol. There is no outside noise at night. It is clean. The problem appears to be poor management. The phone number is provided but it is never answered. They should make it clear that all communication will be by WhatsApp. They should make it clear that an entry code will be provided on the day of checkin. Handle of washer broken, no plug for kitchen sink, walls very thin so any noise from adjacent apartments is noticeable.

Kitchen was fine but the "1 bedroom" apt is basically just a studio. No living room, just a bedroom with a TV and a tiny kitchen. No sofa, no living area. The entire place is super noisy, hardwood floors combined with paper thin walls so if the apt next to you is occupied, it will feel like you're in the same room with them

This property was in a great location. Is very utilitarian. The shower is positioned way too high, which causes a mess that you have to clean up. They even leave a mop in the bathroom for you to use because they seem to anticipate that happening. Also, the Wi-Fi was extremely unreliable, which is problematic for overseas travelers who are trying to download apps and map out there Trips for the time that they are in Madrid.

The location is fantastic. Other than that, the apartment didn’t look the same as in the photos. Everything in it was the most basic thing ever leaving a cheap filling to it all. It was clean. There were unpleasant noises of running water from the water hitter, so we had to turn it off. And once in a while a noise that sounded like someone is coming into the apartment. We only stayed there for one night. I guess it’s worth the money. Over all OK nothing more. We stayed at Apt 5A.

This property was not exactly as advertised. Check in took over an hour because we did not receive a code and building does not have any on site staff. It is an apartment building not hotel and apartments are two buildings on either side of the street. We had to call multiple times to sort out how to get in the building. The apartments were very clean and comfortable once we got in.

Great location, lived the room but we had lots of issues, first with check in, it took us over an hour trying to check-in then the codes were a problem pretty much every day, staff was helpful and nice but it was very inconvenient. They need to make check-in and easier process as we were not the only ones with the same issue, there was at least three other people with the same issue while we were there

Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen, sodass man fußläufig in wenigen Minuten die Gran Vía und das Zentrum erreicht. Sie ist recht geräumig und weitestgehend sauber, jedoch riecht es in der Wohnung nach Rauch und die Einrichtung ist nicht gerade modern. Das Bett und die Kissen waren nicht wirklich komfortabel. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern im Vorfeld sollte kundenfreundlicher gestaltet werden, sodass man zum Zeitpunkt des Self-CheckIns auch tatsächlich die richtige Hausnummer und den Eintrittspin kennt. Alles in allem höchstens ein mittelmäßiger Aufenthalt, den ich nur low-budget Touristen für kurzfristige Besuche anraten würde.

Muy mala experiencia, estaba en obra el edificio, no sé cómo se atreven en poner disponible el lugar, personal de la construcción trabajando desde las 7:00 am, subiendo y bajando material , golpes de martillos, máquinas trabajando, estoy decepcionando con el lugar, el desayuno aunque es bueno tienes que caminar un kilómetro más o menos, nunca hubo agua caliente, no limpiaron la habitación, todo el edifico es de la misma compañía que ofrece en renta los apartamentos, hagan algo porque estoy muy inconforme, por lo que pagué lo recibido es pura basura .

God beliggenhed og god kommunikation. Meget lyt lejlighed, hvor man kan høre alle rør og apparater i bygningen. Ingen udsigt overhovedet. Overboer holdte fest lørdag og søndag så vi fik ikke sovet. Godt kaffested 50 meter nede af gaden. Stedet vinder på beliggenheden men jeg vil ikke selv vende tilbage.

Property didn't have balcony as it was describe. Door bathroom didn't work. Hard to close. No coffee to make coffee. Shade curtain didn't work so mornings sun was very bright.
