Worst experience we have ever had at a hotel. In the in the corridor leading to our room, there was this bad smell. We opened the door and couldnt stay in for a minute - strong stinch of mold or something was all over the room. We immediately went back to reception ( somehow the guy didn't seem surprised). He said there are no other rooms available. He refused to refund what we just paid. Luckily we were able to find another hotel. But out money was never refunded and the hotel kept avoiding any approach.I reluctantly leave the rest of it out of the review so it could be posted, just a warm recommendation - avoid this hotel!

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable and very clean. It is centrally located to what we were in town for, and we could bring our little fur baby. It was a very nice stay.

Stayed there for two nights only, it was excellent. At the front desk Michael was very helpful. Any request or services requested were promptly attended, within minutes. The rooms were clean, spacious and had all amenities. Airport shuttle is a bonus . The only thing I can think of is the location. A bit away from shops and restaurants.
