Stayed for a couple of nights for a concert. Parking was on-site and very secure. Uber was easy to ise from here. Indian restaurant within the hotel was gorgeous. Not so sure abiut the area, didn't feel we wanted to venture out walking, but then we didn't have too

Disappointing room located directly behind the lift shafts, needless to say made for broken nights sleep. Bathroom, shower door wouldn't close wet bathroom floor, reported to reception on check out. Limited bar menu for food, car parking expensive (very expensive at GB£ 26.00), overall very average, especially for the price and star rating of the hotel chain.

Running machine has been broken for 4 months. Multiple buttons on elevators don't work. Television volume limited to 15 even though TV is miles away from the bed on a wall bracket. I have been staying here for years, and the hotel needs updating given the price charged for a room. Parking cost is ridiculous... £24 per night. Street parking available for £2.

Attended as part of a course I was attending lovely big room air conditioning was remaining cool sì room was very warm, also poor tv channel selection due to weak internet signal but minor things. Hotel is very comfortable with a lovely Terrace to enjoy some of our recent great weather and a drink with friends.

Nice Hotel with friendly staff. The entrance could do with better signage as it is not clear that entrance belongs to the hotel. The corridor carpets could do with replacement. Convenient location for all canal amenities.

Hotel at the end of Broadstreet so a bit of a walk back to the ICC. Beautifully presented hotel room very clean Staff helpful however the two lifts to get from the ground floor to the rooms is rather than usual

The quality of the Hotel was absolute amazing... Once I found it! I assumed that the hotel was attached to the car park but… I was wrong. Took me a whole 20 mins and asking someone to point me in the direction of the reception. It really wasn't obvious. But once In, absolute superb! Also, to basically save half the price of the parking, there's a pub;ic parking opposite the hotel, recommend using that as its £9.20 for 24 hours.

I’ve stayed at this hotel three times during my work trips to the UK, but my experience has steadily declined with each visit. While I appreciate the friendly and welcoming front desk staff, the housekeeping standards fall well short of expectations. During my most recent four-day stay, I requested fresh bed linens on three separate occasions, but housekeeping failed to accommodate this basic request. The cleaning staff would replace towels and tidy the bathroom, and make the beds, but consistently ignored my requests for clean sheets. This lack of attention to guest requests and basic hygiene standards is unacceptable for any hotel. Despite the pleasant staff at reception, the poor housekeeping service and failure to meet reasonable guest requests means I won’t be returning to this establishment.

I stayed here around 2 years ago and had a great experience, unfortunately my stay this time was not satisfactory. My room was shabby, the walls in need of a fresh coat of paint, half the lightbulbs were out and it smelled very heavily of bleach. The shower had mold all along the bottom and while I can appreciate how wet England is, it was clear it has not been cleaned properly in a while. Floors in the elevator and lobby were sticky. I don’t know if it’s because it was a long weekend and there was an event but I was disappointed. Staff was friendly so no complaints there.

Staff was lovely and very helpful, however the room had terrible WIFI and no cell service. Room was also tired and had stains on the carpet. Fine to stay at but not worth the money.

Stayed here before and was all good , this time was given room 501 and all could hear through the night was lifts going up and down in the adjacent shaft and stairwell doors banging . Any floor next to the shaft will have the same noise . Rooms should not be made available with so much noise from shaft constantly running :-(

We had the noise of a boiler/heating keeping us up all night, the flush in the room didn’t work, we could hear everytime the elevator was used as we was places right next to it on the 10th floor and at 7am police were banging on the door opposite to us and causing a racket for 45 mins we could hear the whole conversation which involved attacking a woman. Won’t be returning ever.

Comfortable room, nicely furnished and great shower. Quite small though and a bit tight to move around. I spent a week and had to work in the room. Quiet in the hotel (well sound proofed) but noise came from the road outside. Cars tended to be used for street cruising.

We always stay at this hotel when we are in Birmingham. The last two occasions we can see things do et seem right. Staff don’t care about things that go wrong, We checked before we left in the bar menu that we could get food when we returned and were back by 9.20pm. By the time we got a drink from the rather rude barman who was working on his own so far too busy to be polite we were told no food available as the kitchen shuts at 9.30. All the menus , tv etc in the room show food available 10am to 10pm !! Very disappointed and the staff didn’t care. Just said write in and complain. Not good enough park Regis as you have always been a great hotel

The staff are amazing and very accomodating we had an issue with the inital room allocated but it was resolved very quickly. The reception staff and the duty manager on shift were very kind and understanding.

Nice hotel and we stay here often. We pay extra on our arrival for a late check out. But every single time we have reception and the cleaners knocking the door and ringing up to the room to say we should of checked out at 11am. Which is not good as we are being woke up. So for that reason i cannot give 5 stars for lack of communication between staff or system errors. The reason we pay extra for a late checkout is because we would be sleeping but once they come knocking and ringing the phone your then awake (not good) I mention this to reception everytime it happens and they say it wont happen again but unfortunately it does so ive given up telling them. Apart from that the hotel is nice and quiet and clean x

Check in was quick and simple. Very helpful lady called michelle. Very polite and curtious. We arrived early at the hotel and was able to have an earlier check in. That was a bonus. Hotel was absolutely beautiful. Very clean and tidy. Will definitely be visiting and staying again.

Come to park Regis often. Normally everythings great top to bottom. This time crazy queues waiting to be checked in. Guy and girl at reception were jumping between queues. Proper amateur hour. Wasted 15/20 mins standing around. A lovely Asian lady with a head band/scarf came out of the office to serve me. She was so professional and genuine. Gave me choice of room, made my poor start so much better. She was top drawer. Wish I got her name. Everything else was decent as it always is.

When we checked in the guy at the reception, gave us complimentary late check out until 2pm, however the following day receptionist starting calling us from 12:30 onwards, then proceeded to knocking on our door, by 3 members of staff on 3 occasions, this was nothing less than harassment, we got so fed up we ended up checking out at 1pm. Although the room was lovely and comfortable, however one of the towels had ripped and had a massive hole in it. I used to be a regular customer here at Park Regis, but I do not think I will be returning after my most recent experience. I would recommend in future you do not offer late checkout if this is how you treat your customers.

Overall good experience- just overnight stay for business. Room was large and decently appointed (no coffee machine or water though which would have been nice). Allowed late check out and has car park nearby which was handy. Not my favourite location as at the not so nice end of Broad Street but short enough walk into the centre.

Nice Hotel with friendly staff. The entrance could do with better signage as it is not clear that entrance belongs to the hotel. The corridor carpets could do with replacement. Convenient location for all canal amenities.

Mixed a business stopover with pleasure: excellent location for Utilita Arena. Special thanks to Clarisse at front desk for excellent service and helping me out before attending a Depeche Mode gig there! Room a little noisy from the road but it’s a busy area. Otherwise lovely hotel.

Perfect and easy. Staff super helpful and welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable. Great stop for a Utilita Arena show a short walk away, also just a few stops on the Metro from the New Street station.

Very nice hotel which is clean, with professional staff, and is very well located. Limited options in terms of dining if you don’t like Indian cuisine but you can always order for delivery. 👍

Room was comfortable and food and service was good in the bar. Tried to ring reception to book table for dinner but couldnt get any answer either internally or externally. Lots of male staff behind reception and bar but all talking amingst themselves so a little intimidating to approach. Breakfast was a little disappointing guests had to ask for plates, coffee machine not working properly, I didnt feel there were enough staff around to help despite it not being busy.

Breakfast ordered to room but did not arrive. Called to reception and apparently there had been some confusion with my order because I entered the wrong date it. I was only staying for one night and it was ordered in person, so I fail to understand what the confusion was. When the breakfast arrived at 1100, having ordered for 9.30, it was stone cold. Morning wasted!

I entertained some customers in the Indus restaurant and can’t recommend it enough. Fantastic service from the staff and the set banquet was excellent. Truly delicious especially the mutton curry.

Christmas decorations looked good . We were surprised that we had to pay for parking but we could leave the car parked for 24 hours which was good. Food in Indus restaurant delicious but expensive. Staff in the restaurant were very accommodative and welcoming. Buffet breakfast was excellent with many choices. There was gluten free bread too . My daughter was very pleased. Decor in the restaurant was very good except the ceiling lighting which was green in colour did not match the rest of blue decor. We enjoyed watching the football finals which was memorable. Overall a very good property in the Centre of Birmingham.

The room was small after being told it was spacious. We found hair on the tea cup saucer and old dry rice on the tea tray. It was in a good spot close to the NIA. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The lobby and reception area was beautiful but the rooms let it down.

We had an excellent stay at the Park Regis Birmingham, very spacious room, comfortable bed, nice view and a modern large shower. The buffet breakfast was outstanding with great choice and presented well. The service we received by the staff was 5 star, they were all friendly and couldn’t do enough for you especially Meheh. We are returning again at the end of September and we are already looking forward to see you all again - regards the Italian guy with decaf coffee 😊

From the moment I booked a hotel to park Regis it has been nothing but amazing I was standing and magical. On the day of my arrival coming to the hotel I was first given a phone call that I was speak to kinal as she has been nothing but amazing and she deserves the recognition that she does want the guests and during my stay here has been exceptional and outstanding . She is outstanding and she goes above and beyond during my stay here at park regis , she has helped me with so much and is so kind from the moment i stepped into the building always making sure if I need anything to ask or reach out . Alex who also helped checked me in was great and helped me check in into my room , after check in Kinal helped me with receiving a discount for parking which was fantastic as it goes along way if you plan to stay more than just a night , complimentary sweet snack was also in my room which was delicious and along with complimentary drinks and a very warm welcome with a complimentary drink. The room was absolutely beautiful, clean and there is nothing for me to fault at all during my stay here I literally dont have nothing bad to say apart from leaving as i would love to stay more longer now . Housekeeping who also did my room she was amazing as i really liked the biscuits in my room and she always cleans my room very quickly and left me ore biscuits on the table after when i would come back which was a lovely gesture and surprise to see.

The hotel it's self is beautiful the decor superb.. the rooms were adequate compared to the hotel it's self they seemed basic.. the room was clean and comfortable all amenities including I liked the added wash cloths but a toothbrush and toothpaste would've been excellent. The room was clean only issue was on the window sill there were some peeling paint that looked like mould. Our room had no remote for the TV and the Aircon was stuck on all night which made it abit chilly.. the phone didn't work properly as we were trying to call reception we had to go down in person. Other than that we had a good stay.
