Homewood Suites By Hilton New Braunfels

The room had a horrible moldy smell. The floor creaked when I walked and I could hear the people above us walking back and forth until two in the morning. Breakfast was already low on a lot of the items at 8 AM and the juice tasted like water. I regret choosing this hotel for such a special occasion.

Great stay.. very clean and staff was very friendly

On my 2nd night of my stay the water went out for the entire hotel. Luckily, I didn't need to use the water. However, the next morning only the hot water worked on the shower. Talk about a very unpleasant experience. The water was scolding hot. I had to wash my hair in the sink. Not the way to start a morning. That really is my only issue. Otherwise I would have given more stars.

I loved the property the only thing that couls have been better was teh beds. They were not super comfortable very firm and blankets/comforter on top of them was not great either. The staff was amaizing it was clean and super pet friendly.
