Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Cleveland - Independence

The water in the shower isn't draining.

Missed breakfast, should consider extending wkend hrs to end at 10/1030/11am.

Had to walk go to front desk to get items for kitchen, towels and toiletries. No staff available to deliver items to room. The breakfast was pretty basic. Will be booking somewhere else or an air b nb.

I did a weekend getaway and was pleasantly surprised. My suite was nice and clean and the building smelled really great. The staff, especially Willie, were very patient and professional. Will definitely stay there again.

While checking out, I returned my remote control from the front desk I had to borrow because there was not one in the room. Told the front desk we had to shower without a shower curtian since the room did not have one and he did not flinch or make a comment. I told him it was time for us to leave anyways and he just started walking away. I asked him if he needed anything else from me and he just said no. That was the most he said. I asked where breakfast was and he pointed to a coffee machine that had a big spill, 4 granola bars that were the same flavor and one flavor of yogurt. I told him the guy last night mentioned bread foods and he just said the truck hasnt showed up. Obviously we had to go out to eat which made us a little late for our medical appointment. The next week i noticed we did not get our incidental back and had to call another location to get through where she had to have it refunded to me since they forgot to return it. First time I have ever had this problem. I do not llan to go back to an Extended Stay Ever.
