Hilton Cleveland Downtown

The hotel is centrally located, clean and up to date! The room was fabulous with a view of the lake and mall A for the Cleveland Marathon. Elevators were fast, staff was friendly and room was very clean. Will stay here again.

Check-in was easy and fast. Room was exceptionally clean and very nice. Staff were nice.

The staff were incredibly friendly & very helpful when we got there & the valet were friendly & kind. Parking was $50, or $60 with valet. My partner needed wifi for work & theirs was incredibly spotty. The manager told us we could "upgrade to premium" if we wanted it to work better. We just wanted it to work in general, which it did not. Our room smelled very fresh & clean, which was nice. The restroom in our room had a frosted glass sliding door, which lead to very little privacy, along with no vent fan. The lighting wasn't very bright. I was disappointed to see that there wasn't complimentary coffee or tea in the morning. Coffee was $5 in the lobby. The pool water was warm & the air inside was also warm. The pool is pretty shallow though & there's no hot tub.
