The hotel was amazing, beautiful, and clean. The one thing I was hoping for was that the pool was closed and we took my nephew there for his 10th birthday and he was sad that was one of the main reasons for staying at the hotel it had a beautiful pool so i would have stayed elsewhere if i knew the pool was closed.

The hotel was lovely, parking was confusing so I just got the valet. The pool is extremely small. When we were there kids (like 12-14) and they were harassing us and jumping over us in the pool even though we asked several times for them to stop. The parents had no interest in saying anything either. We had to leave because it got so bad.

We were very disappointed when we booked this hotel for our stay in Downtown Clevland with our 3 kids and found out only after we got checked in that the pool was closed. We also were quite shocked that the parking at the hotel was closed for construction as well and we had to valet our car across the street which cost us $59.00 US.

Had a super stay. However, the parking was very hard to find. No signs! Also, when you left the using Hilton card did not work when you checked out of the garage across the street. Had to call the front office not good. This process needs to be updated. Better communicated, and easier access Both going into the garage and exiting the garage

I was very satisfied with this hotel in several ways. First of all, the facility was clean. The surrounding area was also very safe and secure. The on-site shop is open 24 hours a day, so you can conveniently get snacks and drinks at any time. The bar was also very comfortable. The only drawback is that there are not many restaurants nearby. The property itself is grand in size, elegant and classy. However, the housekeeping was extremely poor even after being generously tipped. The housekeeper only made the beds and brought fresh towels each day. However, there was no new bar of soap, no new toilet paper, dirty floors, dirty tub, dirty bathroom trash, dirty toilet, no vacuuming done whatsoever (and a pretzel or two was already on the floor from a previous guest), and really no cleaning of any sort in our room over a 3-day stay. Luggage also was rummaged through while we were out, presumably by housekeeping. All the food was overpriced, especially the in-room dining options and Noshery market. $7-$9 for a bottle of water! $5 for a single Kind bar (and not the protein one)! $5 for a tea bag and hot water. It’s a bit of a robbery. The food at the hotel bars was just decent, but in room dining was downright nasty, especially the breakfast omelet. The best thing about the property was the location and the staff - the service and people working at the hotel were all top notch, friendly, helpful, and that was the saving grace. The beds were super comfy as well. The TV was modern.

Overall our stay here was subpar and the room was pretty dirty (and also in rough condition). There was weird black stuff all in our toilet, lamp shades had stains, and ledge near the tv was in rough shape. The valet took forever every time (not to mention it’s not complimentary when staying at the hotel) and every encounter with a staff member was pretty short/unfriendly. I wouldn’t really recommend this hotel if you’re staying in the area

This is the second time my son and I have stayed at the Hilton in downtown Cleveland. If you are visiting the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame or seeing a sporting event, it is the ideal place as you are in walking distance. As one would expect with a Hilton, the facilities, staff, and dining were all top notch. The one thing I did find odd... our room had no microwave. For $300+ a night, one would think rooms would have microwaves. There even appeared to be a space for one, but it was not there. I could not reheat food, which was inconvenient.

Was given incorrect room. Air conditioning did not work properly, it was hot all night long, and the unit ran loudly all night long and never stopped. There was a fluorescent outside building light on part of our window and flooded our room with bright light, even with the curtains drawn shut, it came through the top of the curtains all night long. It never shut off. We couldn’t sleep because of the brightness and tossed and turned all night. Do not recommend room 2626 at all!! It was an exhausting 6 hour drive home that next morning because of lack of sleep from the light and no air conditioning

This is a high quality hotel. Room was spacious and exceptionally clean. Everything you need including iron and ironing board were available in the room as well as tea and coffee. Toiletries were of high quality. View from room was lovely, overlooking Lake Erie. Hotel is within walking distance for Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, stadium and downtown. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel was nice, clearly a 4 star hotel. The staff were friendly but quiet. The front desk took us a while to check in as their computers had issues. The room was really nice with a great view and very clean. Unfortunately the sheets feel like average hotel sheets, rough and sleep hot. This was made worse by the fact that no matter how low we tried to set the AC, it never got below 69-70 degrees. So if you don't like sleeping hot, maybe find another hotel. The neighboring room was either having a party for blasting their TV. And when it eventually got quiet we were awakened by "False Alarm" announcements on the PA/alarm system in the middle of the night. Freaked my GF out as they mentioned evacuation (not to). For the money spent, I would have hoped to have a more flawless stay. It wasn't horrible but not sure I'd stay there again at least for $350+ a night it wasn't worth it.

The room wa nice, but the door to the safe fell apart as soon as we opened it. The vent was duct taped. I know it’s hotel coffee, but it’s nasty they need to upgrade it.The light on the bathroom mirror didn’t have all working lights it was very dim. For King room lake side you’d think it would be in tip top shape.

I stayed 2 nights on the 31st floor. It's overall a nice hotel. It's really close to the Browns stadium and right next to the convention center. Our room had a nice view of the city. It's not really in the happening part of the city though. Not many restaurants in decent walking distance if that's important to you. I had a bad experience with the valet staff, specifically a rude employee named Aaron. It left a bad feeling on my stay. Customers shouldn't have to deal with rude staff at a hotel of this caliber. Management acted concerned with my issue and compensated me appropriately, but still a shame to end an otherwise lovely trip with that incident.

Woke up to loud banging on the floor above us and didn’t stop for 5 hours. Asked the desk and they told me it was renovations going on. Maybe someone could have told us beforehand before we checked in? Also asked the front desk to get someone to look at our shower as it wasn’t functioning properly, they didn’t send anyone up. The housekeeping staff didn’t speak much English and when we asked them to turn down our room they didn’t understand and our room was never cleaned or beds remade.

Property was amazing! Great spot right in downtown Cleveland. We were upgraded to a suite for our stay and it was an amazing experience! Caden at the front desk is a gem and every other staff member was kind and attentive. Would definitely recommend staying here if ever in the area again.

I chose this Hotel for it's excellent location. Both the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Progressive Field were a short walk away. Loved the view of Lake Erie and downtown from my 16th Floor window. The breakfast buffet and my omelet were absolutely delicious and the staff were friendly and attentive.

We were in town for a Browns game, the hotel is in very easy walking distance to the stadium and downtown. The service was very good on a very busy sold out night. We had the breakfast buffet on Sunday, it was plentiful and delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Property in general was very good from valet parking people to check in and all staff. Restaurant Bernham food was not good. Both of our meals were bad. Waiter did all he could to make experience good but nothing he could to do to cover up bad food.

The trip was wonderful. We loved the hotel and especially the view. We did find the app and the website lacking. Room service should be easily accessible and I have to believe if it was, you'd have more volume. We were told there was a breakfast buffet but no one really knew exactly what was on it and when i did a search, the restaurants didn't list that one was even offered. If the menu on the buffet changes, maybe update social media so your guests are more aware. AGain it may add sales volume. We chose to eat out. All in all the room, accomodations, valet and view were wonderful. Oh I was also unable to find if the hotel offered any shuttles....

Love the location, we always clean when we arrive and we saw no signs of lack of cleaning (except the windows) those were dirty with smudgy handprints - yuck but we were not touching those so it didn’t bother us. Loved Bar32 and Eliot’s Bar and the convenience shop was awesome for those last minute cravings. Every member of the staff from Valet to concierge to servers and bartenders were very attentive and accommodating. Even when they didn’t have what we asked for they still tried to make it happen. There was a small snafu at Bar32 but both management and the bartenders dealt with it very discretely and professionally. They didn’t engage the woman who was being argumentative and they addressed the person who was causing trouble. We love staying at the Hilton - thank you for a memorable weekend.

The room was exceptionally clean. The view from our room was amazing. The hotel had plenty of amenities, however parking was expensive and so was the food. There really is not many choicesfor food, but we were fortunate it was Labor Day and there were many food trucks outside of our hotel with reasonable prices. The only complaint I have is the only free coffee in the morning was in your room. I wish there was complimentary coffee somewhere in the lobby. There are other hotels that offer complimentary breakfast too, especially when you are paying $300 plus a night to stay there.

The staff was really helpful, and I appreciated how clean the room was. One small suggestion I have is to clean the windows a bit more—some dirt and stains could be removed. Other than that, everything was absolutely wonderful!
