L'Arcachonnaise Nous avons séjourné deux nuits en août dans cette maison de ville et notre séjour a été excellent. La maison est parfaite pour 5 personnes. Elle est moderne et bien équipée. L’extérieur est un vrai plus au centre de bordeaux. Commodités toutes proches (supermarché, pharmacie, tram, laverie). Accueil et communication excellents. Nous reviendrons!

L\'Arcachonnaise "Un remanso de paz cerca del centro del Burdeos. 🙂 La ubicación, a 15 minutos caminando de la catedral. Visitamos toda la ciudad a pie. El parking dentro de la propiedad. La privacidad del jardín y la terraza, increíble encontrar algo así tan céntrico. La comodidad de la casa por dentro. La habitación del sótano, muy espaciosa y acogedora. Las toallas de calidad y buen tamaño. 🙁 El frigorífico no tenía congelador. Tenía algunos fallos de mantenimiento, nada que no se pueda solucionar fácilmente. A la escalera de acceso al piso inferior creo que le falta una valla, por su situación delante de la barra de la cocina."

Antoine who met us at the property went out of his way to settle us in on arrival, including connecting wi-fi to our phones, etc. 🙁 No washing machine. No freezer. No airer for drying washing even though mentioned in the house details."

L\'Arcachonnaise "For the money it was a good value. If you\'re expecting a 5 star stay, you\'ll be disappointed. 🙂 Location was wonderful. Around the corner from a full grocery store, a vegetable store, pastry shop, a couple restaurants, and the tram station. Great privacy off the road. 🙁 There was no freezer only a refrigerator. (easy enough to deal with). Kitchen utensils weren\'t in rough shape, very dull knifes, chipped teflon pans. Bedroom ceiling light had a ton of dust. Basement clearly had some water damage on the walls at some point and there is a musty / moldy smell."

L\'Arcachonnaise "Comfortable oasis in the city. 🙂 Superbly quiet and away from the bustle of the city. Had garden and private patio area outside and light, comfortable sitting area inside. Showers very big. Near a tram stop, bakery and walkable to centre of town. We sighed with pleasure when the gates opened to reveal the property. We received good advice on the phone when our travel plans from the airport failed and were met at the property exactly as planned with a welcome and more suggestions. 🙁 Would have liked a washing machine and a freezer shelf in fridge, as stayed several days. Another electric fan would be good, as bedrooms got hot. We usually found it too much effort to go out into the city again in the evening, so would have liked some local restaurant advice if there were any suitable."

Есть кофемашина и запас капсул. 🙁 Во время приезда в доме было холодно, но потом дом нагрелся. Один раз закончилась горячая вода. Не смогли найти на кухне доску, чтобы резать продукты."

Sehr gute Küchenausstattung und für zwei Paare super, da auf zwei Etagen Zimmer und Dusche/WC sind. Wenige Gehminuten entfernt hat es einen Einkaufsladen mit allem, was man zum Kochen (HelloFresh Menues) benötigt. Jean-Christophe hat uns trotz verspäteter Ankunft freundlich begrüsst und alles gut erklärt. Wir empfehlen den CityPass und den ÖV zu benutzen. 🙁 Einzig das Sofa, welches für uns etwas ältere Semester etwas tief war, könnte ein Kritikpunkt sein. Aber es ist gemütlich, solange man nicht aufstehen möchte 😘"

L\'Arcachonnaise "Grossartige Zeit in Bordeaux - auch dank dem tollen Haus! 🙂 Das Haus ist sehr schön renoviert und alles sauber. Sehr gute Küchenausstattung und für zwei Paare super, da auf zwei Etagen Zimmer und Dusche/WC sind. Wenige Gehminuten entfernt hat es einen Einkaufsladen mit allem, was man zum Kochen (HelloFresh Menues) benötigt. Jean-Christophe hat uns trotz verspäteter Ankunft freundlich begrüsst und alles gut erklärt. Wir empfehlen den CityPass und den ÖV zu benutzen. 🙁 Einzig das Sofa, welches für uns etwas ältere Semester etwas tief war, könnte ein Kritikpunkt sein. Aber es ist gemütlich, solange man nicht aufstehen möchte 😘"

L'Arcachonnaise Nous avons séjourné deux nuits en août dans cette maison de ville et notre séjour a été excellent. La maison est parfaite pour 5 personnes. Elle est moderne et bien équipée. L’extérieur est un vrai plus au centre de bordeaux. Commodités toutes proches (supermarché, pharmacie, tram, laverie). Accueil et communication excellents. Nous reviendrons!

L\'Arcachonnaise "Very enjoyable. We had lots to do and time to relax in the property. 🙂 Space both inside and outside. Clean. Antoine who met us at the property went out of his way to settle us in on arrival, including connecting wi-fi to our phones, etc. 🙁 No washing machine. No freezer. No airer for drying washing even though mentioned in the house details."

L\'Arcachonnaise "Comfortable oasis in the city. 🙂 Superbly quiet and away from the bustle of the city. Had garden and private patio area outside and light, comfortable sitting area inside. Showers very big. Near a tram stop, bakery and walkable to centre of town. We sighed with pleasure when the gates opened to reveal the property. We received good advice on the phone when our travel plans from the airport failed and were met at the property exactly as planned with a welcome and more suggestions. 🙁 Would have liked a washing machine and a freezer shelf in fridge, as stayed several days. Another electric fan would be good, as bedrooms got hot. We usually found it too much effort to go out into the city again in the evening, so would have liked some local restaurant advice if there were any suitable."

El menaje es bueno aunque echamos de menos algunas cosas (tablas de cortar, escoba y recogedor de barrer entre otras). 🙁 Estaba lejos del centro y del tranvía (Palais de Justice) pero como nos gusta andar no fue un gran problema."

L'Arcachonnaise 🙂 Unieke plaats op 15 minuutjes stappen van centrum Bordeaux. Oase van rust met alle comfort en ruimte. Prachtig 19e eeuws huis met heerlijke tuin. Auto kan parkeren op terrein. We hebben er enorm van genoten.

L\'Arcachonnaise "Bordeaux Gold This location was chosen in part as it was close to the Patinoire de Bordeaux. My daughter was competing at the skating arena and she was able to walk back and forth to her practices and competition. The location was close to cafe\'s, the market, and of course the Patisserie. Within walking distance to town center and the famous Saint Andre Cathedral as well as transportation to anywhere around the city. The location was perfect for us and the accommodations were just as excellent. I loved the downstairs area as the second bedroom, and we did not feel crowded in the house. The front porch and yard made it feel like home. If I\'m in the area again, I would choose this location."

House was lovely with parking and outdoor seating. We enjoyed our short stay! Great kitchen with plenty of wine glasses! Only concern was we are 65, 68 and 75, the living room couch was floor level, it was like getting out of a bean bag, we could not use it. Otherwise recommend this house. Thank you!
