The bed was very tatty needs replacing

The windows rattled all through the night, constantly waking us up. The shower room had no towel hooks, the sink plug did not work and the shower door was so awkwardly placed it was difficult to access the shower. This meant that the door dripped water onto the shower mat. The toilet roll holder was broken and there was no shelf on the shower to place the shower gel and shampoo. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which was nice.

Room was very clean and a good size. Had a little problem with the shower but it was sorted straight away. Once working the shower was very good. Excellent location right in the centre of town
