Great quite little village in NI staff were fantastic and couldn’t have been more helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Only reason It doesn’t get 5* all round was the disappointing breakfast, sausage cooked in the deep fat fryer bacon over cooked fried egg was over cooked and my partners poached eggs were like bullets. Breakfast cook needs alittle coaching

Staff were lovely, room was nice and clean, and the food was gorgeous. Location is ideal for quiet and scenic walks in the park, woods, seaside, and mountains. A peaceful base for exploring the local landscape. Highlight was listening to gurgling of the nearby river through the window while falling asleep.

What a truly wonderful place to stay. Right from the warm welcome by Bart, the manager, in the Crawford Pub next door, through to the fantastic Irish breakfast, we couldn't have asked for more. It was a perfect base to explore the Mountains of Mourne on our motorbikes for a few days. Rostrevor and it's residents we so welcoming. It is a magical place.

This inn was a good base for our three days in Rostrevor/Newry. We were within walking distance of Kilbroney Park, which was lovely with lots of good walking and hiking options. The restaurant’s breakfast and dinner were very good. The manager was very accommodating when we realized I booked a room with one bed instead of two, and she took care of it quickly. We would definitely stay here again!
